It's some work, as you'll find items that say Requires Merchant's Guild on them, including the Bazaar items you buy. Same with CoF. But it is doable.

It's really if you prefer to look at an auction house type screen and pick out the exact item you want for your build. Or if instead like to grind the items yourself. Like if you're a PoE SSF player, you'll like CoF. If you're a PoE trade person, MG. There's 2 options so you can play how you like best.

But if you're looking a build on YT that says you must have this one specific really rare boss only drop, that may be difficult for CoF. As you'd have to farm that boss until you get it with some other build or character.

that one is in Divine Era, Chapter 9, by Maj"elka. Majasa is the end boss of the campaign at this point. You'd need to go to Chapter 9 and follow the quest chain. Would take awhile. Upper Temple is the closest Waypoint, if you've already fought her previously.

If you want to buy/sell items from other players, you use the Bazaar with Merchant's Guild item faction. It's asynchronous, imagine it like an auction house. It's not like PoE where you need the player to respond to you. Note that in LE items can only be bought/sold ONCE, so it greatly cuts back on item goblin shenanigans. There is also no direct player to player item trading. Only item gifting and resonance for giving items to friends.

Respecing is very easy. You can change your skills at any time for free, you just need to level them up a bit again after. You can Respec your passives in town with a NPC for the regular in game gold, no Orbs of Regret nonsense. You can Respec your Mastery - think Ascendancy - also for the regular gold.

EHG is the company that makes the game. As for the answer, most things can get to at least early endgame, but going higher will probably need more focus/better build. And the highest thing now is apparently rather restrictive so you'll need a good build to clear the uber boss.

Yes. To do LP crafting you need an item with 1+ LP and an Exalted item with 4x Affixes, Sealed is not counted or used. Then run Temporal Sanctum T2+ and you can pick 1x Affix to guarantee to transfer. More than 1 LP and the remaining LP is used to randomly transfer more.

If you run T1 then it's random.

Buffering system basically so that you aren't stuck waiting for like 3 mana to regen during continuous casting, but you'll need to wait for it to go positive again. There are also some interactions with negative mana (such as in Mage's Focus skill)

The game lets you get a cast off if you don't have enough mana for it, putting you negative. Once you have any amount of positive mana, you can do it again.
