Im playing bladedancer rogue and I have a question,, right now im using synchronized strike to leave shadows and when I use shadow cascade or shift, the shadows use shadow cascade and then are consumed and leave umbral blades behind (from umbral blades specialization). If i get the specialization skill from synchronzied strike that immediately consumes the shadows, they dont leave umbral blades behind, is that normal?

You can select either Circle of Fortune of Merchant's Guild item factions. There are also Harbinger and Woven factions that everyone can join in the end game.

In LE, monsters get 1 elemental penetration per area level, up to 75. So if you're in an area level 75+ with 60 resistance, then you'd be taking 15% more damage. If you had 75 resistance in a 75+ area, you'd be taking zero % more damage.

Note that 75% resistance is the cap and going over 75 doesn't do anything unless a skill or passive mentions using uncapped resistances. You do NOT need 150% all resistance, that doesn't help. There are a few debuffs like Marked for Death that can reduce your resistances.

If you have no interest in playing Merchant's Guild item faction to buy/sell items, don't care about partying, and don't care about leaderboards, then Offline is perfect for you. Play Circle of Fortune item faction.

Looks like it drops 10% (from attack speed) by just getting the talent. Then when you equip a shield it reduces damage by 20% and then another 10% from speed reduction...

I'll say Orden's watch is too insane because the whole process is too long. I spent more than 15 mins to complete this arena because enemies are too much. The pack size of enemies is too big in both arenas ( 8-16 enemies surround me per second) due to double aspects, the density of enemies and the movement speed of enemies.
In divine era, tons of Osprix warriors and Osprix mages hunting me around so I'm hard to close to champion boss I want to attack, the same case in imperial era, profane fleshes and watchers are too overwhelming for me to close to the target I want to focus on. Plus attack from champion boss, it's like they're want to flood me.
This map need 88 stability to fill, to compare with, normal arena echoes is halved, another echoes needs less than 6 mins, which is explained the process will be the longest one to complete.

I was just recommending that if you're looking at a build and it says it needs a certain item to function, you probably don't want to start with that specific build. Maybe use something else until you have the item required for bring that particular build online.

Most of them do not require uniques, although for most uniques are helpful. And the theoretical best gear will most likely always be 4LP uniques or equivalent (but the chances of getting 4LP in every slot is astronomical)

That Rune of Ascendance drop chance gives you a general idea. If a random world drop unique ring drops, it has around that % chance to be Red Ring. Higher Corruption you'll see a lot more item drops

My fps seems to flip flop. Not that it's going up and down a varying amount. It's set amounts. It's usually at 60, during combat it sometimes goes to exactly 29FPS after which it goes back up to 60FPS. It's always the exact same value, no fluctuation. Either 60 or 29. Usually when there's lots of visual spells on screen. Tried fiddling with fps limiter and vsync without much in the way of a solution. Anyone else experiencing this?

You'll need resonance to trade. They drop regularly enough once you do content together.

Fastest would be to play together, then if an item drops while you're in the same area in a party, you can directly give it to your friend with item gifting. Resonance will be slower.

That's based on the loot filter you're using. The person who made it sets the color. Red is often a hey check this out, i think it's important, color
