What does this red text mean? Im trying to add certain affixes to be highlighted.

Tells me to add my own affixes but this text comes up when trying

Yeah those mods dont go on small idols hence the red errors

if you want to do this idol specifically to be found as its own colour then youd do a rule looking for "large idol" with just the 2 affixes you're looking for (health and shark effect) then save it and duplicate it but change the "show" to recolour

you'd need to use a dodge skill or learn his pattern in SC

Does corruption only go up by 4 each time? Thats a lot of timelines per mono to get up to 300 . I can’t fathom the 1000 corruption people on YouTube are doing that’s a long grind? Lol

i didnt know there was any safe spots. im a sentinel main (well paladin) and never have issue with lagon by just waiting out his beam then i lunge to the other end and wait for the cycle to go back to the other one and i usually stay in between the tenticles rather than going to the wall sides

It's all about the balance of stats. If you have 50 Flat and nothing else, 24% More Damage will be the same as 24% Increased. Since Increased is much more widely available, it's common to have something like 1000%+ on any given build. At that point, adding 100% Increased would give you the same as 10% More. Hope this helps clarify Increased Vs More. More is always multiplicative

Stun vs trash mobs is available on a variety of builds, namely Lightning Swarmblade which gets a good amount of increased Stun chance per stack of Maelstrom on you, or Spark Charge Frostclaw which just Stuns a lot from raw Damage. Not really a slam build, but those Stun quite a bit.

You could enjoy a good Erasing Strike slam or Judgement slam though.

The thing is, if you die to your own nemesis, your item shouldn't drop even if it dies after you die. If you die first it should be saved...Kind of not really fair, especially with the pricing in MG at the moment. Minimum is like 3m for that relic.

• are you dying a lot? is it a skill issue of not dodging attacks? You typically cannot facetank attacks unless your build allows for it, and even then you will still need to dodge plenty of telegraphed attacks that hit hard
• is it taking a long time to kill them? could be related to your build, could be related to your gear. if you were not following a guide before, perhaps its time to look some up and try to understand more about how to increase damage output
• is your build not properly optimized? are you spreading out your focus too much? with a good build you can easily take on empowered without good gear at lower levels e.g. my spark charge sorc started farming and pushing corruption in empowered at lvl 70 with just a few pieces of 0lp gear

a quick fix is getting more mobility. i always recommend a minimum movespeed of +40%. without movespeed it is incredibly difficult to get out of things. higher movespeed also makes your evade faster.

getting to the point of ending fights early needs a lot of optimization in the build (and a good build to that end)

a 'fair and balanced' build is always going to suffer. all encounters are still doable, but you gonna need to DODGE

for Hydrahedron, it's cast Runebolt once for Lightning Rune, then you can either hold Flame Rush for two Fire Runes or Frost Wall convereted to Flame Wall + Flame Rush. Flame Rush has a passive that automatically casts the Invocation at the end. There's a passive in Frost Wall that casts Flame Ward when you go through it. So you can have almost full uptime on Flame Ward.

at the end of the dungeon, you can sacrifice an exalted item, and random affixes from the exalted item will get inserted into the unique item with LP. depending on how many LP the item has, thats how many affixes will be transferred

Hey all, just had a quick question, when do you know you can handle corruption? currently level 79 and doing the last 3 monos

Only way to know is to try it. Though I have to say from experience, defense is usually the issue when going into higher corruption. So make sure your resistances are up to par, and you have enough HP. (Max res and 1800-2000 HP should be a good start. Not to mention to make sure you have other layers of defense (armor, crit mitigation).

It can feel really crappy when you start getting oneshotted.

I have considered a great many things, but the rule number 0 of managing any public service is at least commenting when that public service faces issues that are disruptive for many customers. And yes, in case you had no idea how this game works, which is likely by your eagerness to make excuses, then not being able to access Sanctum to craft legendary items is absolutely a core component of this game's endgame progression. Not being able to do it is largely equivalent to not being able to play the game.

static orb is for single target burst that I use to dump my mana on a boss or elite. For the meteor build, all you need is the coc belt thats very easy to get (technically you can hard cast meteor too until you get better gear). I converted from glacier to glacier coc meteor around 800 mana and lv80 with all rares except the coc belt. It is doable but my meteor damage is not as high as pure glacier as my mana is low. Also mana management has been tricky around 800 mana (now I am around 1k mana). So to answer your question,, it is not expensive at all to be playable, but expensive to outshine and eventually outscale pure glacier for clearing echoes.

i transitioned from pure FC to static orb / FC and I'm now at 1400 mana

but my wrongwarp has -4 mana cost so my FC doesnt procc Spark, so I need to swap to glacier / Orb or something else

Oh you have 1.4k mana then definitely grab the coc belt. Static is the strongest single targe burst for sorc and one of in the entire game I believe.

I think the guide talks about crit capping and several other things that are essential to make the build functiona well, mostly mana and crit stuff to make the coc smooth and efficient in echoes.

Yeah it is easy to cap glacier, and the guide talks about ways to cap orb. Capping orb is about mostly bossing; for going through maps you can drop crit for speed

🙃 I find no wand with crit multiplier and cast speed make the game super hard even I can play sorcerer instead of warlock... Both of them need the same thing is annoying...Well I play necromancer too much and want to get many fresh feeling only. Marksman need necromancer's help for a new Drelkor's compass so all of my classes need to be supported by necromancer actually.

Not a good trend in my opinion...I'm losing my enthusiasm.

Got a few nice T6/T7 experimental items during this progress though. But play a lv.100 class for too long time and another classes just can't level up to lv.100 because of lacking parts of gears will bring more negative mood

And I still not try to challenge Abboarth again due to busy work of leveling up 😅

rive only has a base dmg of two phys. so, adding a bunch of void, while not changing the base 2 phys, is still a much better way to scale it with void
