Right now my left mouse button says "move or attack", "Vengeance" is mapped to it. But the game does not automatically switch from movement to attacking, with said skill, just by hovering over an enemy, while i hold the mouse button pressed. I always have to release and then reclick the button/enemy, to make the game attack instead of move.

With the Circle of Fortune, you can specifiically aim at what you want to farm. They can give you a "quest" for example, which says: "Slay one exiled mage, in a monolith of fate = 3 random unique weapons as reward".

The other Guild lets you trade with other players for items, just like it says.

Are there items like Diablo’s Ubers in the game? Stuff everyone is chasing?

There are chase uniques that are very rare, yes. But LE has a special type of chase items due to the legendary system. Every unique in the game (apart from like, 3 story specific uniques) can drop with 1-4 legendary potential. This is a potentially much stronger version of the unique item, because you can forge onto it 1-4 additional modifiers by fusing it with another exalted item. So apart from very rare unique items, these very rare items can also (much more rarely) drop with 1 LP, or even 2+. High level uniques have very low chance of dropping with even 1 LP, because of how inherently strong they are. So getting 1 LP on something like a red ring of atlaria, wings of argentus or ravenous void is crazy good (and rare)

Man I love that, chasing loot is what I love and this is also what I mean by learning the crafting system because I have absolutely no idea how to do any of that, lol. I have some stuff that says legendary potential but no idea what that means or what to do with it.

The extent of my crafting is using shatter stones to break stuff down and upgrading certain aspects already on gear.

Again, the in-game guide is your friend. Hit G and type legendary. The summary is that you fuse together a unique item with LP with an exalted item to transfer a random number of affixes equal to the unique's LP onto it, thereby creating a legendary item

Those transferred affix(es) stack fully with the affixes already on the unique, so if you have, say a unique pair of boots with +#% movement speed, you can fuse them with an exalted pair of boots with movement speed on them, and, if lucky, you can get two movement speed modifiers that add together on the resulting legendary

Try to practice crafting on many throwaway rare items you don't care about, and using common affixes you have in huge excess. You want to develop a feel for the system and its risk/reward options beyond just glyph of hope. Because once you are confidently tinkering with the full set of glyphs/runes and including features like both kinds of sealing, your progression from T15-20 in each slot to instead T20-25 in each (non-unique) slot will be that much faster.

check on tunklab and lastepochtools about despair/research/insight to read about sealing for exalted. Experimental is probably the last thing you'll learn. But one thing that is crucial about despair is not just getting more tiers on an exalt, but I think it is more often used to move a less-desired low tier affix out of the way to then put exactly what you want on the item. That's why you don't want a hyper-strict filter until super late; instead you look at items that have 2 useful stats on them and evaluate the prospect that crafts can get it to become extremely good.

Example: We have a Melee Attack with a base Attack Rate of 1, and we're wearing a weapon with a 1.2 base Attack Rate. We also have 25% increased Attack Speed. In this scenario we get 1 x 1.2 x (1+.25) = 1.5

I meant T3 sealed. Also, typically people only attempt to seal T1 or 2 for normal affixes. But experimental affixes you can guarantee the seal for anything, yes even T5,6,7 experimental

cant be, as the player one uses your equipped melee weapon as part of the math. Minions dont have melee weapons generally.

the base attack rate on weapons is maybe a bit innacurate, base skill activation rate is dependent on the skill and that weapon base speed is a multiplier

for minions, you just skip that multiplier, but their base attack/cast rate is still based on the specific skill they are using

it's not visible in game, so you need to use something like LE Tools or Tunklab to know your actual attack/cast rate

So given that is the skill stats. The equation with 25% increased minion attack speed would be: 1.1 x 1 x (1 + .25) = 1.375

I see now that I re-read your original message you were already using the skill base speed - my bad, lol. Yeah, this is the correct calculation in the example you gave.

Minions can't equip items, so using a 1 for the weapon speed works fine, since that's the same as not doing that step

Particular amounts of health and ward don't directly scale with a particular difficulty handling

this depends on how well you can absorb damage either way, recover, dodge and how fast you can kill things

There is some adaptive boss damage reduction, but it doesn't really do what you describe. Sounds like your build just builds up some debuffs or buffs as you deal damage

I see, i do play wraithlord myself in a group setting and damage is plenty. So my advice will be to focus on defensive stats mainly. For offense intelligence is a great stat. It provides both defense and offense. So prio int over minion damage for example.

So here it goes: Lets say legendary power 3, I want life, necrotic damage and plus wraiths on my Exsanguinous. Rare to find but not impossible or maybe impossible, ye that's about it. To get the 3 desired stats I need exalted items with 4 affix and like I said, life, wraith and necrotic damage.

but basicly, prophecies are just bounties. each telescope has its own loot pool (weapons, armour, accassories, idols/crafting)

and lens change the apearance rates of certain prophices inside the telescopes

depends on the build and what uniques/legendaries you are using. some classes need some help in getting res or hp...and depending on what you use...or how many affixes you can transfer onto legendaries

there is no black/white yes/no answer

uniques have 0-4 LP. That number determines how many affixes it will get, and the craft is random. Yes a 4LP once crafted is hard to beat, but many times your build will enjoy a purple in some of its slots long before you find any relevent high LP unique for that slot. Higher LP values become exceedingly rare.

For monolith of fate, I saw that there are exclusive unique echo rewards but does that mean that the exclusives are only available in the specific monolith but you still have a chance to get other uniques as well?

There are boss specific drops that you can only get from those specific monolith bosses
But the echoes with let's say "unique glove" rewards you can get those unique gloves anywhere

Yeah, that just means they've echoes that have those as rewards but you can get the uniques those drop as a drop from anywhere. including prophecies or rune of ascendance

They do not at all. Oppressive only modifies the 8 sec duration. It will still fall off after one hit because of Illusion of Pain.

I usually last long enough to do a Quest Echo then take a break, that break usually being going back to an area that gave me trouble and mowing down Mobs now that I'm stronger 😅 Very cathartic and a good way to farm runes/glyphs etc

I'm trying to figure out this:

Item has any of chosen affixes, but only:
If at least 3 affixes with total combined value of X or higher
-OR-
If one affix higher than Y

And I'd like to keep the chosen affixes in a single list.

Otherwise I'd have to manage two identical lists, which... Well it's not the worst thing that can happen, but I was wondering if I can do it in one go.

What I do in a similar usecase is: Maintain one Affix list, copy it and change the condition part accordingly. Not perfect, but changeing conditions is a quick thing for me

Yeah the more I think of it the more I think I just have to keep two identical lists.

Well, you need an exalt with that affix on it. There's two ways. Either drop an exalt that already has it, or use experimental crafting on a regular exalt.

The result of experimental crafting are completely deterministic, although RNG might decide you're not getting the correct conditions to make the craft happen.

But once you use the glyph, you can know exactly what you're going to get beforehand.

So basically, save your glyph for when you know you're getting the mod you want.

Tunklab to help you see what Insight will give you. But sanctum does not care, it is agnostic to tier or type of non sealed affix, probabilities are uniform.

The usual strat is to have an exalt with 4 mods that all make your unique better, even if it's not the ideal one.
