@wanton hatch there are dummys by the arena. Just click rightclick on a arena key and you will find its location.

@strong lance not right now. If you got 100% under your "character stats, you will be fine.

@tall sonnet You have to verify game files.

@primal silo every item will be tagged with the faction symbole if you got it somehow with the system / faction you choose.

@little estuary telling minions what to do is quit strong. Without the skill you wont have the ability to do so.

@sturdy totem depends on the faction you choose. You want to have a lot of gold if you join the trade faction. If you choose Fortune, you want to have gold for a certain dungeon and stashes.

@static stirrup make your own,. everything is possible.

@whole moss you want to do the story because you need the idol slots and passive skill points.

@topaz hill doing just the objective is better.

Not really a question but I’ve seen a lot of people stuck on it. On the Rahyeh’s Warpath quest, it would bug after talking to Heorot/Yulia and you weren’t able to progress to Heoborea. Tried several times before but was able to teleport to Heoborea without bugging just now, hopefully you all have the same luck.

I have unlocked empowered monos with friends but am still 70. Is it better to backtrack in normal echoes or level in empowered?
In other words, is there a level penalty for pushing on when underlevelled? Or like in D4 I know there was no point in going more than 10 levels above your character level for maximum exp. Just trying to get that level up before I push farther unless empowered monos will be more exp in which case I'll just keep going

Maybe I'm missing something but I just completed Fall of the Outcasts Monolith for the first time. Was given the option to select a blessing, selected one, was ported back out to discover one of the next two area but I checked my Character screen > Blessings tab and all three blessings are showing as discovered but the actual blessing slot at the top is still showing locked like I didn't select one. What am I missing here?

When specing into the concentration passive of rogue, it never shows up if its active or not above my skill bar. On the other hand, e.g. perfection stacks show up or golden aegis stacks etc.

@scarlet zephyr right click their portrait, choose gift item. There's also a Gifting button above your inventory that shows what you've recieved and all your resonances
@acoustic thicket CoF Rank bonus for chance of exalted seems to roll independently of normal exalt chance, so you can get 2 (or even 3!) exalted mods that way

we did Lightless Arbor for the first time tonight. Kind of fumbled through the boss as we lit the lantern or whatever. Mostly just found a spot to stand that seemed to light it.

Now I'm reading that in the whole dungoen, we should have been able to project our light source that was floating above us, to both kill the boss faster but also make the mobs vulnerable.

We totally missed that. What's the button?

Just unlocked empowered monoliths on my level 82 dive bomb falconer. Hes crushing the DPS. However im sitting at about 1100 HP 100% crit avoid and 60% glancing blow chance and full resists. Anyone else have this issue or is it just me? I logged out in the rewards room of a monolith earlier today, and when I logged back in ALL of my characters are gone. They're not in eternal or cycle, my hardcore ones got booted to softcore (yes all of them, not just one of them) and when I relogged now they're just GONE.

I get 4-6 disconnects per hour. Using bandwidth monitor I see once I desync, Download/Upload Peaks for sustained period until I DC.
When I play on my laptop at the office, no issues at all. When I'm home on my PC thats when I get consistant DC's as mentioned above.

@uncut scarab extra stil works up to 75%, at lvl 75 area and above, enemys have 75% pen, reducing yours to 0 (or negative if not capped). The 75% cap, and teh enemys pen, are seperate values, that work together to balance the game around 0% res on the palyer in endgame.

@dusty lagoon "1. Phase" I ran in circles around the tentacles so he wouldnt hit me. Just tanked the hits of the tentacles
and the "2. phase" (when you get teleported to the bigger arena) the wind did most dmg for me but they always go clockwise. So when you time it good, you are just "behind" the current circle and can focus on the tentacles
@long token If it isnt your class then you cant wear it. When the lvl is too high (bottom right corner) then you can also not wear it afaik. Both cases the item is marked with an X

The way to go is to rush to the objektive cuz the extra ca. 20 points for killing all enemys is slower than just doing another one. Only problem is leveling and items. Monster could drop something very good and you wouldnt get it and (like me) im now lvl. 75 and cant progres in higher "normal" monoliths cuz i need to level

The loot filter yeah. I usually update mine the further I progress (it's very easy to do and I recommend trying it out). Early on you wanna see a lot while later on you may want to see 1 item out of 10 (or likely far less) so it's only upgrades. If you really wanna sell due to a habit from other ARPGs, just filter rings, necks, belts and daggers, they use the least inventory space and you still get that sell feeling (I did that for a while 😂)

Gold:

  • Get to higher area levels. The gold ramps up a lot. In empowered monos (area lvl 100), increase corruption.
  • You can get a gold drop increase blessing from first monolith (Fall of the Outcasts). It competes with things like increased unique drop rate. Of course, in empowered you can get a stronger one.
  • Be on the lookout for gold drop shrines. Target gold reward echoes in monolith.
  • While you're still very poor, remember that unique and set items vendor for 500 gold. Keys used to sell for 1k but haven't checked now.
  • If merchant guild, sell some stuff to players.

Normally you get rewards when joining people's echoes.. But you probably died during the echo and thus don't get it. Also, quest echoes don't give cube thing and only give chest.

It felt to me like I was getting good exp from being 5 levels underleveled and then it didn't really get any better from being 15 levels behind. Still, in terms of content pacing I think it's normal to be 10-15 levels behind area level in the later regular monos and end up in lvl 100 empowereds at character lvl 80-85. If your build can push through.

Once you complete the three lvl 90 monoliths, you should be able to go empowered. I think the route there used to be clicking something on the middle floating island between those three monoliths but it may have changed.

No, 300% increased elemental should give 300% cold, 300% fire, 300% lightning. This probably wouldn't be hard to test by removing and re-equipping something since it's a big difference.

wish I could help u more but I don't own the game yet, I wait for better server stability to do it full coop with my friend + 30mins cooldown between messages in this chat makes it difficult to exchange without going into private conversation. CC can be a good form of support, u should check if there are any kind of AoE bonus like summoning totems or stuff. honestly the best support u can do is pick a fun class and have fun altogether. PS: On D4, my friend and I both played necromancer together to summon army of minions x2, it was pretty fun

Wonky question: If I have x skill that triggers y skill, if I then spec "15% more dmg with x skill", does that or does that not increase y skill due to it being triggered?

I can't seem to find Freeze Rate Multiplier for minions under my minion tab in the game. Is the Freeze rate multiplier in "Other" tab that stat, or is it only for my character alone. Also, does Winds of Frost, (stone for completing one of the level 90 islands), work with the minions? It says "+X% Freeze Rate Per Stack Of Chill"

Does anybody else have insane performance issues in monoliths ? I load into the maps with 120 fps and after like 30 minutes my fps drops down to 40 all of a sudden, it does not even on which map, got 2070 super, never had issues with performance in any game so far

@brittle vapor Lagon is mean and hates everyone; it's a rough fight for many
@bright trellis Minions only get minion stats unless it's specifically called out
@slow junco item level doesn't matter; but you can't Ascendancy boss-only uniques
@tiny wedge both; you keep your ranks but have to choose a faction for each character
@lime raptor items can give +levels which will give you more skill points
@main oak Personal affixes, you can't make shards from them

Why does this game keep connecting me to US servers? I have EU West selected in the server selection before staring online play, but whenever I check in-game, I have shitty ping and I'm connected to US. Even when the game states that it'll reconnect me to different server, it still connects me to US. Am I doing something wrong, or is it bugged?
