All increased damage works the same, they give increased damage for skill with the corresponding tags. However, more specific mods tend to have higher numeric values at equal tiers, so "increased melee fire damage" would generally speaking have a higher value than "increased fire damage" if both were the same tier

@median glacier if its a boss drop, it only drops from the specific boss, global drops are more likely if you have a blessing that gives that item type, and certain regions have nodes that drop a guarantee of that item type

@half drift looks like the game doesnt rebinding mouse keys in general, I'd just swap the skills on your hotbar (click the icon and change it)

@hardy sand it was in game at least in the multiplayer patch 0.9, not sure before that

@winged tundra the gold cost is pretty insignificant when you make a little progress, I wouldnt worry too much about it.

@spring current hold onto them until you know what you need to use them for, they do have a higher value the higher tier you can clear of the dungeon

@lusty fox teal circle icon on the map in combat zones, you cant really target farm them -- but they are common

@rich bluff I'd keep trying but if its a consistent issue maybe get a friend to make the instance and help you

@mint thorn its maps like Path of Exile, with boss content. you can technically play in a group during monoliths and bosses. there's also pve dungeons with specific rewards and unique functions, and more bosses.

You have to reset points individually currently, and you can't remove points that have other points higher up in the tree "depending" on them. If you want to just mess around with the tree I'd recommend using https://www.lastepochtools.com/planner/, that way you can figure out how you want your respec to look before actually respeccing all the points in-game. They'll probably add a "reset all points" button eventually, but for now there isn't an option for it unfortunately.

@dusty star watch the map as you do the campaign. There are spots that say "alternate leveling path". Those paths require you to complete a dungeon to skip a few zones. You can't skip the campaign entirely

@hidden ether I did monoliths from 35 to 75 and it was easy and very fast. got loads of upgrades+exp. I then dropped a sanctum key and did the dungeon and skipped the campaign from Chapter 5 to 9 with it and finished the campaign in 15~ from there.
Got all my idol/passives now, main story complete and ready to blast.

Question: I need to respec my skills from my leveling build to my actual end-game build. How long will it take to get my skills to level 20 again~ ?

@rain oyster the problem with your skills not leveling up anymore sounds like your character is too low level to have level 17 skills, you should just keep progressing

@tidal mantle increased minion damage is the only mod that naturally scales minion damage unless you have something to alter that

@little trail all the scaling tags are shown on the skill

@vapid isle they do different things and everything has diminishing returns if you over-invest in one and not much in the other

@gaunt iris skills level as you gain exp when you are specialzed in them

@slim heath dungeon keys randomly drop from rare enemies, more frequently as you progress in difficulty

@young lily sounds like you hit alt+z to hide loot

@torn elk go to the small island inbetween all 3 of the level 90 monoliths after you complete them, there will be a small cutscene that unlocks empowered monos

@fading raven yes you can get exsanguinous from using a rune of ascendance, im not sure on this part, but im assuming you just need to meet the minimum item level with the equipment. it could also just ignore item level requirements though.

I go to the degree of using runes of removal on the first 3 affixes and a shattering on the 4th if its the one I need.
@hidden ether to further explain, I use Runes of Removal until I randomly hit the affix I desire, or until the item only has 1 affix left, and then shatter it.

@daring dust make sure you're adding them with their account name -- not their character name. otherwise this sounds bizzare, maybe one of you are in offline mode? not sure without more context or seeing if other people have this issue

@vapid isle yes stacking any amount of ailment chance over 100% will give you a chance to apply 2, 3, etc at once

Hey everyone. I was planning on making what I thought was a fun build centered around ignite and bleed damage that converts to electrify. I was gonna use the Divine Throws node on Javelin to do this and thought it could be fun. The node specifically says it converts ignite and bleed from all sources to electrify, but when I use it in game, I still proc both bleed and ignite from my weapons. Does anyone know if this is intended or have any thoughts on it?

@bleak venture endurance is essentially 1-shot protection, if it's maxes out at 60% the any damage done to you below the endurance threshold will be reduced by 60%.

@twilit pendant pretty sure you have to be killing mobs in the same zone to drop them

@split trout you could go into windows setting and swap the inputs of left and right mouse buttons.

I can't seem to get into Pannion's Study because of a Rune Door that's sealing the way. I feel like I'm missing something. Does anyone know how I can progress the quest?

EDIT: To any of the lost souls who were stuck on this like me, the quest marker appears to be bugged in the Council Chambers. You're supposed to go left (through The Last Archive), and then follow the path upwards until you reach the entrane to Pannion's Study. The Rune Door in the Council Chambers is not the entrance.

Yo question about tooltips. When I hover over a skill I get a tooltip. I can hold alt to expand. However sometimes the tooltip contains an underlined keyword like "Berserk" that is not explained. how is damage calculated in this game (other than base damage * inc. damage * multiply sources)? if i apply 7 poison stacks on a dummy, it says ~165 damage. but the in game guide says 1 poison stack = 28 damage. that is 7 x 28 = 196 already more damage than the dummy says, even before inc. damage or damage penetration which poison provides. where am i wrong here?

Hello, I have a question related to loot filter. I was trying to edit my loot filter and items on the ground. Seems like enabling and disabling a rule is not applying to ground items unless you close the loot filter after you make your changes. At least my client behaves that way. It would be awesome if there was an apply button of if they were applying after rule change without you closing the panel.
