since it was discussed in here yesterday and ive had time to play with it. The controller functionality is actually really good but with no explanation or screen prompts yet.

When in storage menu or shop menu hit the LT or RT button to enter the left or right menu then use the D pad to navigate your items. on xbox controller Y will equip the item you highlight while X will quick sell or swap the item to storage. After a little practice im using the storage and shop faster with a controller than i can with MnK.

Just be careful not to use your left thumbstick because your character will still walk while in a menu. it screws it all up and you have to back out and go back in. The quick swap and sell functions wont work with the controlller till you have hit LT or RT to enter the respective menu side

I'd go by upgrading tiers using glyphs(red ones) that change randomly the affixes, If lucky that's good, if not I'd try runes to remove the unwanted affixes and pray.

If you leave it as both elements, yeah it can proc both. The proc will only happen when you start channeling, and I don't remember if both can proc at once or if you need to start, stop, and start again to proc both.

The quests that matter are the ones that give you a passive point or idol unlocks. There are currently more of those quests than you need to cap. For passive points, currently total of 23 available quests that give a passive point and you cap at 15 bonus passive points from quests. For Idols, currently total of 13 available quests that give idol unlocks and you cap at 8. You can check if you've hit the 15 and 8 in the lower left corner of the map screen. It's possible to max out on both of these in Chapter 7.

There is also a quest that gives +1 all attributes point that you can get at the end of Chapter 9.

All of the other quests just award some experience or gold, with the exception of the quests in the beginning of Chapter 2 where you can get 1 of 2 different unique items depending on who you turn the Ledger into. And besides that exception, if any quest gives you multiple options, it doesn't really matter what you pick. Late game there are monolith quests which some give you two options and you can just repeat the monolith and select the other option to unlock both paths.

So you can keep doing the quests in the Campaign, but they'll just give you some XP and Gold. Besides the previously mentioned one in the end of Chapter 9.

Many players, after they've done the campaign once, will often just go in monoliths once they have 15/15 and 8/8 unlocked in Act 7. If you want to get the +1 all attribute quest later, the exit of the Temporal Sanctum dungeon puts you into Act 9. Bit of a short cut. It's not a big deal if you just skip it, though.

What are some defensive checkpoints that you need to reach to keep pushing endgame?

I'm a 85 necro summoner with capped resists, 17% armor, 1800hp, (only) 10% crit avoid, and i keep getting 1 shot by bosses.

You need a pretty good amount more health (I don't play endgame seriously with less than 3k), you definitely need crit avoid or reduction, assuming you aren't ward (which you don't sound like you are) you want 60% endurance. Generally you want some other form of mitigation, such as block or higher armor (17% is very low because that's 17% for just physical damage). As a Necro you should have decent access to Bone Armor in some trees. I'm also willing to bet you have spent suffix slots on resists which isn't the recommended path for gearing in the long run.

Early on, the easiest way to get full crit avoid is the chest drop from the first monolith boss - it gives 100%. That or you can use 3x items with high tier crit avoid. A bit later, you can get a blessing with up to 70% crit avoid from empowered monoliths, which will let you cap with that blessing and a single piece of gear with a high tier crit avoid.

I can't give you a good explanation, but it's something you will understand the value of when you start using it. You'll have a moment where you go "OH...." because a piece of gear you could use went from "eh that's not bad" to "wow what am I ever going to replace that with??".

those are affixes you can shatter for shards you can use to apply that affix to any piece of gear with the appropriate open affix slot (they're prefixes)

So you don't have to hope you find a good roll with that on it, you just... put it on a piece that was already pretty good

some affixes like skill points, class specific stuff, and hybrid affixes are much rarer and you should probably shatter those items whenever you find one (gold is pretty worthless ultimately, so buying Runes of Shattering all the time is fine)

Generally speaking the top line of your filter should be to show all exalted/set/unique

What I'm recommending is have a set for rarity itself so you can see those rarities. Then have the affixes that you want so increase level resistance health percentiles increased cold damage and things like that. And on the items you can specify like your helmet you want this particular helmet while you're just plate you can specify this just plate.

The cons are that it can be a little tricky and buggy to get into the party and get things running smoothly at the beginning. Also if you are from different parts of the world ping times can be messed with.

The pros are that you can blaze through content like monolith very easily and work off each other's strengths. You have company to chit chat with or voice chat with. And the biggest benefit of all is that you can gift each other items that you find along the way using the gift item function. So effectively if you are farming for a specific item you have three times the chances in a three-player group as long as people are willing to share

hi, I was wondering how do i import loot filter with GFN? I cant access the file system and using copy past, it says there is no valid filter. Is there another way like in PoE over the website or so?

No. Constant stuttering and lag. It doesn't matter if the person lives on a different continent, you will just be put on the same server and thus one of you has like 100 more ping which is virtually nothing. The game lags by seconds at a time and constant rubberbanding in multiplayer mode, in general, and when you're playing with another person it's even worse.

The game is great, but I can't recommen it for people who want multiplayer until the devs double down and fix this. I'm sorry.

My experience is painless, but a friend of mine gets some light rubber-banding and was hit by one of the networking-related bugs in recent patch notes. Networking is identified in the patch notes as an area of ongoing rework, so your mileage may vary.

Spy Master Zerrick is in Imperial Era, Southern Desert, Titan's Canyon. The quest is The Desert Waystation. Try clicking on the quest, it usually centers the map near the area.

You just unlocked Empowered? Now when you click on a Monolith, you can choose Regular or Empowered. You raise Stability the same way, but you can go directly to the boss fight once you have enough Stability. You no longer have to do those two quests before the boss.

Im confused? item found characters cant share stash. sharing stash offline is default unless you tick the box. You can undo the challenge mode in the options if you wish to gain access to your stash. However, when you go from character found to shared, you only get to take whats on your body and in your inventory, if you have 10 stash tabs, those just get deleted.

So if your goal is to farm items for other characters, you most certainly dont want to click character found.

Maelstrom is a very, very strong leveling skill and legitimately works into endgame very well. Spriggan Form is pretty locked into like one skill/build and doesn't scale as easily early on

This I can't answer, I don't use leveling guides. Or any guides actually. As a catch all I can say it depends on your build, but most things like vit when possible, and if you're on a bleed build then more chance to bleed is always good, you get the idea I hope

There's also multiple tiers of the dungeons. You have to do the lower tiers to unlock the higher ones. The lowest one is like level 20. So if you want to do some of the earlier, feel free. You'll end up with tons of keys.

It's worth looking up the enemies in each dungeon to understand what they do, as well as the boss mechanics. The dungeons are not places to "figure it out as you go along" because if you die you lose the key and have to restart. Bosses have things that will kill you in one hit if you aren't aware of them.

I say this as someone who got annihilated by the poison damage in T1 Lightless Arbor... at level 69. Because I didn't know I needed poison resist.

It's very rare if you're not in the level 100 version of the monolith, and it's more common with higher corruption and farther distance from the center

the areas are level 100, your character doesn't have to be. If you play normally you'll reach them around level 75

Normal monoliths can get corruption to 50,which pushes it just a bit.
Get to empowered monoliths, all of them will be area level 100 and start at 100 corruption

specifically, once you complete the three level 90 timelines you can interact with the device in the middle platform between them and that unlocks the ability to select the level 100 version when entering any timeline

Like, some slots ike helm and relic have skill level+ affixes.
