+22% DR on 20% (base) HP. Increased effectiveness if you have increased Endurance Threshold, which I will.

I'm just trying to rationalize the benefit of this other than automation, if it uses it at the end of Rampage and still costs the full mana.

A little surprised people wouldn't spec into this for 5 points (2 travel points and 3/3 for 30% MS), instead of the 5/5 Life+Rage on Hit/Kill nodes, assuming enough Vines to sustain Rage...
That sounds good for Echo rush.
Granted, CDR on Rampage is what I was originally looking for. As you'll typically hit an obstruction and want to restart the skill, instead of really MS.
While the move speed is awesome, it's easy enough to maintain Haste through Maelstrom, which then frees up those points for rage-maintenance.
the rage on kill is really comfy for clearing monoliths
the vines rage is mostly to answer single target
I run Swipe rather than Vines, myself - so not so much help there.
I dumped 5 cuz 2 wasn't doing it, but I was like level 50 and desperate.

I saw the dual wield node and IAS... but on HC , the 15% inc dmg taken was an easy decision to skip it.

Like Arborus said, it's comfy to have more rage generation but my swipe werebear runs on +1 rage on hit, nothing else. Still gets through monos atm but I'm not even in empowered yet ^^
But generally I think players go overkill on rage generation like they go for any mana regen they can find.
If you're fine losing out on a bit of that for more damage, go for it.
I definitely agree. Rage gen is build enabling, so it makes sense. I went hyper overload on rage gen, with the intention to scale back certain components until I hit a comfortable break point.

Yeah, the biggest thing for cold dot is just making sure you'll consistently have enough to roar and maul on CD, with both costing a decent chunk of rage
not really possible without vines or without throwing a bunch of stats into attack speed to swipe
the rage on hit vs rare/boss enemies is huge for single target sustain too
Vines are absolutely necessary, no question.
I always find that you get to a point where you can't use filler skills like swipe because you must dodge every boss mechanic.
And every salvo from packs, and so on.
if I had lp eterra's I'd probably consider it, but I don't feel like I have any particularly valuable bear points I'd take instead and I'd be losing a good chunk of movement speed, resist implicit, hp, strength, etc. from swapping boots

33 but that's not happening. (this would require you to have an item with t7-t7-t7-t7 with t5 seal so that requires dungeons for the t5 seal and it would have to hit t7 everything as well.
I think it's 30 but still not happening. Max sealed from dungeon for exalteds is T2 so either 4xT7 + T2 sealed or 3xT7 + T5 + T4 sealed.

yeah its not easy to implement acceleration when you dont have any

which types of enemy? there are certain enemies that are effectively rare, but don't have mods. There are also rares that make enemies near them very tanky

Totally unrelated mobs feeling like they are walking strongholds
enemies with jump type abilities are invulnerable during the animation as a temp fix to a bug
certain types of (normal) mobs are just really tanky for some reason

the mobs inside the dungeon are lvl 45 so id probably wait a bit. But its in the ruined era and marked with a red gate on the map (north of felled wood)
it also lets you spend a lot of gold to get good rewards from the end

you'll either need to use glyphs of chaos and hope you reroll into the desired affixes, or try and use runes of removal to get rid of the undesired affixes
generally you'll be better off trying to find a rare/exalted with some of the affixes you need instead of trying to completely change one that doesn't have any desired affixes
exalted items have a lot more crafting potential than rares, so it would be easier to craft on them

monoliths and dungeons are going to be primarily where you get them
glyphs of despair move an affix into its own slot, freeing that slot up for another affix
so you can potentially have a rare/exalted with 5 affixes
the higher tier the affix you're attempting to move is, the less likely it is to work (for example, sealing a tier 1 affix is more likely to succeed than sealing a tier 4 affix)
this chance is increased on exalted items
i would save those, they're fairly rare
so which one does it free/move ?
when you use a glyph of despair it can either upgrade the affix you selected or move it into its own slot

so im playing a 6minion storm crow build and the guide says that i should use the warcry skill, which last only for 1-2sec witch is kinda meh imo - but the point im curious about is that the storm crow deals lightning dmg and the warcry says (after adding 20 level on tree) that my minions now deal increased cold dmg -> and have increased crit chance - i think this doesnt work at all, bcs the storm crow deals lightning dmg as said and doesnt gain cold dmg just because of the warcry. i think this can only work if i convert lightning->cold on the storm crow tree, no?

The 15% more damage taken by enemies should work regardless of damage type.

so even if you can survive the initial hit you'll have to deal with the dot
the boss will follow you after you swap and spawn a long lasting void puddle under you, so be moving so you don't take too many ticks of it
then she'll spawn three towers and healing fountain which you might need to kill

you can if you time it right yeah
though I think the swap back to avoid the mechanics is unintended
if you swap too fast you'll eat the explosion, if you swap too slow she'll follow you twice, which costs you uptime to deal damage and also spawns an extra void pool

you can forge higher lvl req uniques in the cache, higher tiers have different boss drop uniques available
and the higher tiers have stronger modifiers for other drops

If I'm rushing Echoes to try and get to Empowered, (currently at level 85), should I grab the corruption nodes as I see them? I understand they increase Stability per echo, which is my logic on this thought.
it's not a huge deal either way. they do increase stability per echo by a small amount but distance from the start also increases stability per echo, so resetting the web offsets the gain in the short term. obviously better in the long term but there is no long term for base timelines

primalist has a few good totem builds yes

Proper min-max of a loot filter would include good gear for all builds (that you want to play). So I imagine a proper filter could get quite long. For now I'm just searching for bear stuff, but truthfully, if I knew I wanted to play Reign of Winter too, which I do - i'd be searching for that class stuff too.

very small chance for me though considering my hits per second are very low, and so is my crit

also pretty minimal benefit even with capped crit since roar has such a low cooldown already
if you stack attack speed you might get to 4-ish attacks per second. so you have maybe...16-20 attacks max to land that 5% chance to basically reset your cooldown
and the later into the cooldown it procs the less benefit you're getting from it

Still a little fuzzy on the Threshold vs flat Endurance. If I am currently capped at 60% Endurance Threshold, and I put 1 more point into Ursine Heart(6% increased Endurance Threshold), it could mean I could take 6 passive points out of Hideskin and stay at 60% Endurance Threshold?
I'd lose 15*6 = 90 health from the passive, and gain 40 Endurance Threshold from the Ursine Heart, yes?
If that's the case, there's so many good passives for Primalist. It might be worth losing the 90 flat Health.
Hideskin only increases threshold, which has no cap.
Ursine Heart increases your endurance % (which is capped at 60%) and gives threshold too.
Hideskin giving a % of your max hp as threshold is what makes it particularly powerful, as flat sources of threshold, while not bad, are generally weaker than just stacking hp in terms of ehp scaling
Hideskin puts it even more into the favor of stacking hp

Not quite - you do have to finish the 'final four' Reign of Dragons, Spirits of Fire, Age of Winter, and the Last Ruin, then interact with the doodad in the middle of them.

I've leveled my shatter strike spellblade to around 64, but at the higher end im not a huge fan of how it plays. I would like to level something else to take through the endgame for the first time. I've watched Empyriangaming's journey to 100 on his autobomber voidknight and thought that looked pretty fun. Is this build a good one to take through and experience all of the endgame? Also, is it pretty tanky so I can learn mechanics?
devouring orb vk is super easy
tanky, good base damage, no required uniques, etc.
it doesn't scale very well, but it's a really solid starter
Would it be better to stick it out with shatter strike or maybe go with VK
not a huge fan of how Shatter plays but it is my highest character for sure
I reckon going with the VK is a good idea. it's such a fast build with a smooth playstyle, you'll catch up reasonably quickly. the other advantage is that if you end up not loving anything about autobomber, there are a few other VK caster builds you can pivot to pretty easily that have different strengths and weaknesses
Fantastic! I will begin leveling the VK then. I liked the thought of spellblade, but definitely too new to make my own build and it seems like Sentinel is inherently more tankier
it's definitely easier to get tanky on sentinel, and especially VK since you can scale damage with vitality.

it's a noticeable jump but if you were cruising through the level 90 timelines you'll probably not struggle initially. the main thing is you have to start paying more attention to area mods

I prefer to move with right click, but it makes it so that i always use my skill bound to left click when bouncing around menus. Is there a way to prevent that besides unbinding any skill from left click?
As long as you aren't a full crit build, you should be scaling doom alright and that would make it a very nice item to craft with!

it seems like i have an issue, i was leveling new character and stopped at lvl40, then went back to playing on my main character, which is lvl97 and when i went to the gamble guy, they only sell items up to lvl40, i did reroll multiple times on the main char, restarted game, changed characters, i also looked on google but couldnt find anything, anyone got any idea? solved, they changed it to lvl40 cap

for example 200% would apply two stacks at once

Yes it will but it is small compared to all the leech you have
self debuffing doesnt scale with your damage multipliers afaik

If you mean actual UNIQUE, that might be a #bug
or it may mean that it doesn't see 'rarity' on idols so given both UNIQUES are 'adorned' you'd be hiding those with the idol hides.
can you add a layer above this to SHOW ALL UNIQUES? see if that works.

The unique idol is one of those 9 types of idols. For instance, Throne of Ambition is an Adorned idol so if you're hiding all Adorned idols it will be hidden. You have the solution already which is to always show uniques. It's generally good practice to have a rule at the top of your filter to show all uniques, set items, and exalted pieces.

That's not flat damage, that's 24*% increased *damage. And flat damage only affects minions if it specifies Minions.
Spark Charge is an ailment that procs a spell (handily also called Spark Charge) when the duration ends. The ailment does not have a cap so if you had 200% chance to apply Spark Charge, that should give 2 stacks per hit.
Ye if more than 100% doesnt apply 2 stacks its either a bug or should be clarified in the tooltip that it doesnt work like everything else in game

1 per mono but if you're doing empowered monos you can get the normal mono drop as well as the empowered on drop at the same time.

Ahh, I thought you meant the boss-specific drops, not the specific unique/set reward nodes.
No, the reward nodes are randomly generated, the rarer ones are more likely to spawn further away from the centre & at higher corruption (which you get by killing the Shade of Orobyss in his specific node, it's fairly obvious which one is which).

that probably depends on you. how interested are you in playing multiplayer/online, how keen to learn the game are you, how tolerant of restarting progress are you? any characters/progress you make now won't be able to be used in online play, but will still be playable offline
Entirely up to you. Any characters you make now won't be uploaded to the MP servers but you'll still be able to play them as offline characters after MP lands. The main benefit is the knowledge that you'll gain (& the enjoyment).
feel like if its in the near future it would be helpful to get used to the systems and figuring out the game if there aren't big changes to the game. dont mind restarting at all

The bag is already very large, if youre having issues youre probably picking up too much stuff that isnt necessary (which is the very issue smaller inventories try to prevent btw)
Unless the affix states minion then it doesn't affect minion. That looks like an Acolyte minion so no it won't be scaling with player stats.

Then maybe you should make your filter more strict. If you don't want to stop and compare every single tiny upgrade then go for bigger ones. Really there's no need for more inventory space as most people simply filter out the bad stuff and chuck whatever interests them into the stash and take care of it later. You don't need to go back to town every time your bag is full because you always get an opportunity to bank your items after every echo. And if you aren't doing monoliths yet there's absolutely no need to hoard anything besides maybe uniques
And yes the game is really generous to the point that you will find upgrades regularly. During the campaign you will either get shards to craft your gear, get a decent random rare in pretty much every zone or you can even straight up buy your gear from a vendor. This isn't poe or diablo where 1 extra hp/damage is a difference between life and death you can't really expect to run around in perfect gear

Just do anything you feel like doing. Pretty much all skills are viable. If you want to do a spell caster mage is probably your best bet

you have to repeat it, but if you can complete the dungeons early they skip you through large sections of the campaign
for example, if you complete the temporal sanctum dungeon (which is level 45 i think) you get skipped to the beginning of chapter 9
you'll need keys to access the dungeons though

Yup, that works too. I think there's a few hiccups with wrong values on some of the formulas listed but they're known and being worked on and pretty much have no real impact.

absolute strongest? a couple things come to mind. Flame Wraiths, Death Seal, being able to use Bastion of Honour / Auroras
being able to use Twisted Heart is pretty nuts
currently maybe Poison Umbral Blades, because it scales with getting hit, and has GB on it
