sometimes when I hold right click I chanel for 1 second, then even though its held down the channel stops and the snapshot releases, then after 1 second of doing nothing it starts again but not snapshotted

Not much you can do tbh. Mostly only shift cascade mana recovery and maybe umbral recall on shift. Having rrs and nihilis helps with Regen too

Falcon can give tons of mana on hit but...
There is also experimental belt affix for mana on potion but I wouldn't use it personally
Puncture for mana gen also works okay but you need to weave it in somehow
t7 +LM on body, Umbrals recall, t7 cdr on belt+boots for low cdr shift and I can pretty much spam 2xLM, Shift, smoke, repeat without mana issues π Nihilis is a bit of mana regen depending on the roll, 2LP Penumbras arent too hard and somehow it loves getting mana regen... π

good gear on lightning is way higher damage, clear speed is ok, bosses are just melting super fast too
yea lightning does a lot of dmg but you do need to care about the combo
SD LM is spammy, you really just shift, LM LM, shift.... but overall the damage is just lower
oh i wanted to ask @pearl forge since you have geared lightning LM high and tried uber aberroth, do you think the leech on it is consistent enough to deal with the mechanics as the boss gets to lower hp?
or does the downtime between mirages make it hard to rely on leech
havent really tried just standing in pools but you can still leech there

You will have to stay in tons of pools and lasers no matter what you do
yea you can talent cleanse on smoke and shift i guess
but also you can always go into maintenance mode with only using smoke and shift + LM
It's scary to not have traversal on demand tho
If he decides to spin where you are far or succ, you are screwed without traversal
So cleance is not that easy
Also it's really hard to move him in the last phase
Even when you bait him into running at you then he often just walks back and spins
I was spending most of the time of 4 min last phase on one half of the remaining zone
In general I feel like dot has better chances because you just stack dot and continue to leech even while you have to run

Jump mace slam or 3-sector = one shot
Spin if you are away = dead to dot
Succ if you are far=dead to succ
Necrotic waves if you don't see them, -10 permanent resist per wave

TrikSter's vid didn't talk about frostbite and iirc frostbite vid mentions double dot... maybe said it (frostbite) was less dmg more survivability? idr though, and that's just one person's thoughts

just frostbite has some uniques like snowdrift or the gloves i forget the name

the smites dont do any damage but they look cool
i played all 3, poison was most likely highest single target (only compared it at lower gear as then i just gave up on poison), in mono clear its completely useless
bleed is like middle ground, its fine, but eventually you get run down (might be playable if you build around phase point better than my attempt, just remember phase point is kinda bugged so you are only getting defense and 0 damage from it)
frostbite is best mono clear and its not even comparable because shackles and freeze multi basically just allows you to do whatever
but a lot of stuff you use for that doesnt rly work on bosses like freeze and shackles
also big downside of frostbite compared to bleed is that you cant rly drop bleeding heart from frostbite even though i tried
you dont need it on bleed for obvious reasons
so that kinda sucks because i have pretty well rolled nihilis :d
also for both bleed and frostbite you want reign of winter as your bow, you can swap on bosses its fine but for clear its a must
and its impossible to fix poison clear so there it doesnt matter just focus on bossing
oh also if you dont run around with 4lp legendaries everywhere combining bleed and poison is just waste of time, just do pure bleed
You don't think the Salt the Wound thing, building for bleed (and getting some poison on the side, basically) is worthwhile at all? Interesting
My biggest issue atm is that even with 3lp gathering fury or 2lp RoW or whatever, I do not get useful affixes
so I'm gambling every step of the way beyond dropping the original exalts
if I atleast started with a t7 attack speed base, it wouldn't be as awful lol

If you are running double dot and get armor shred instead of your bleed 3rd affix, it isnt wasted
if you get random armor shred then its not end of the world

but it takes like 2 secs to die
so it gets 300 stacks

Arguably yes, because you will scale both cascade and chakram with the same stuff
Throwing cascade has huge aoe coverage
but also you are using dark quiver on top so you might not be able to sustain coated comfortably

The only thing I don't like about shuri is how it's dependant on both bleed and poison stacks. Your don't get the good upfront damage because there are no stacks yet on enemies
those teleporting shits idk whats their name are causing me some issues tho as those are hard to freeze in place

Iβm not really complaining because bladedancer gear is cheap but shuriken stuff got real expensive

my season starter was chakram falconer and i enjoyed it. I thought about bladedancer but i kept running into not having a 5th skill that worked well (lethal mirage was the best i could think of only for kill threshold) while falconer of course has falconry for kill threshold and falcon marks for more attack speed and damage

i dont think the buff shows, but a concentration cooldown shows up when its broken
anyone know the calculations for armor shred? I'm a reign of winter armor shred HS. shreds up to 600 and feels good at the moment but I don't know how it would be further down the line.

and the cold res is also giving ward retention and this build seems to have a lot of ward when tanking stray uber damage
ppl were linking that vid before, apparently that dude just plays offline, could've also just generated way better gear than in his actual planner

What do you guys think of snowblind + shattered worlds for HS? I think I can get this up to 80% crit even without peak of the mountain with that setup. that 80% already accounts for crit vuln

You'd lose out on some dex which helps all the time, and instead boost your dmg against bosses and rares (so your clear will also be boosted, but only when you have enough rare density)
Are you trading a t7 dex? That'd be a bit sad, but you're mostly losing out on the %dmg there. Check if both are the same multiplier type and just compare the percentages directly if they are

FYI:
- AA umbrals are 0 mana. AA only costs itself.
- Exposed weakness doesnt work, no melee attacks used ourselves on bar. DB is minion melee.
- Rangers mark does nothing, no bow attacks used.
- United assault doesnt work, no throwing or bow attacks used. AA umbrals dont count
- Phys res shred affects hit damage too. It decreases the amount of phys res per stack of shred (5% for non bosses, 2% for bosses). Caps at 10 stacks. Each stack lasts 4s.
- The effectiveness of armor shred diminishes after a certain point (around 150 stacks), so going beyond that point has less impact.
- Side by side node in falconry doesn't work, no melee/throw/bow attacks used.
- Featherfall does significant damage, bosses can only take 1 feather hit per DB tho which is why we take 1 point.
- Shadow falcons deal 30% of dive bomb damage x3. Default shadow cap is 3.
- Cast speed affects AA animation. Get frenzy off falcon's havoc in AA (20% cast speed) + 100% frenzy effect off shattered worlds = 40% and wake of wings 5s buff in falconry (15% cast speed).
- Flock of crows doesn't work unless birds aren't real is taken. Only get 10-15 dusk shrouds off smokebomb with or without 3/3 flock.

mostly just for weapon mods crit multi isn't recomended unless you are playing the synch strike variant

1v3 mins don't matter when it's being able vs not being able to at all for most builds
its the same thing with minion snapshotting, it was always a thing, but it was never necessary to kill endgame content so it wasn't a big deal to them to fix. Suddenly youtubers are talking about how you need to snapshot your minion stats then swap to gear that keeps you alive for ubers and its a problem that needs to be removed

Dunno, boots are the easiest ones to make imo. You just look for str/dex/int/att t7 and put move+hybrid+cdr(or whatever else you want as 4th on it). Boots have a tiny affix pool on prefixes so it's kinda easy

This feels like an oversimplification. They both have pros and cons. Daggers work with talon knives and help dive bomb scale better. If youβre maining umbral damage, then you would rather aerial come off cooldown faster

Depending on your damage output, you might end up in a situation when the last phase will take more than 3 minutes and you will have to constantly stay in pools and lasers which apply heavy ward retention debuff. I recommend either trying to increase ward gain per second as much as possible or leech with life version

You generate a shadow instead of yourself while you are hiding in a shadow realm
so if you never hit it, that deactivates the crit multi node on falconry

4-5 prefixes for cold pen will be up to 30% cold pen
30% cold pen > 8 dex

Meh, I don't really believe it. It has too many broken interactions and they won't fix all at once for sure. On the contrary they are adding things like razorfall and inheritance amulet to multiply them
theyre nerfing it the wrong way
and the sad thing is...there are still bugged interactions that don't work. If those get fixed, it's free power level
