I am very confused about my damage on falconer. I'm missing around 100 CHD and 80 dex (269 vs. 380, 120 vs 200) compared to someone I saw doing a 1-2 min uber aberroth kill. 1-2 min is how long I spend in the first shield phase. It feels like I'm doing 100x less damage than this person and I don't see how there can be that big of a diff.

huh, i don't have anything super easy i'd want to test, if you can get your hands on a traitor with t7 melee% i'd like to see how it feels to you in place of one of the daggers you have. my reason here is that since you're not transfering melee damage through arsenal, its mainly being picked up by divebomb which is only 30%, melee% gets picked up by trained to hunt as generic falcon damage and talon knives in dive bomb. so it's just a theory, and it'd be nice to rule it out completely for a throw based build

first thing swap to traitor's tongues not talons, get way more dex, and then fix your talents you have 3 points in flock of crows (dive bomb tree) which do litterally nothing. You have only 2 poitns in aerial prowess (AA tree) which is one of the best damage scalars
