To craft a legendary you need:

• Unique (orange) item that has at least 1 legendary potencial (LP)
• Exalted (purple) item that has 4 affixes (cant have 3; sealed affix doesnt count) - this item must be the same type as the unique (bow to bow; 2h axe to 2h axe; ring to ring; etc...)
• key to Temporal Sanctum => you kill boss and there will be a machine where you put the two items
• If you finish the dungeon at tier 2 or higher, you can select which one of the four affixes will 100% go from the exalted item onto the unique (and If your unique has like 2LP or more, the remaining 1LP is randomly picked out of the remaining 3 affixes on the exalted item)

Since the ground umbrals stack all you need is cooldown and high crit for razorfall AA cd on crit really, even 140 dex is solid: 13 umbrals x 2 = 26 on ground on second AA cast = 130% midnight aviary multiplier. Can put them back if ur mapping and remove when doing orobyss
