there are some synergies with chill in runemaster, and there's an affix that gives FRM per Chill Stack
You will not see your global freeze rate multiplier go up when an effect applies a buff directly to a skill.
the C menu only shows you global stats, not skill-specific information

It doesn't do any direct damage. The point of getting stacks is for Copied Scrolls node to double cast

the CFC invocation is called Reowyn's Frostguard, and yeah, the point of copied scrolls is to get extra ward. While it does deal some damage when it explodes, that's not an important part of the spell at all.
the extra ward is only a secondary effect, tbh. The main effect of frostguard is not the shield, it's the damage reduction.
copied scrolls is fine, but not really that exciting. There's just not anything better to take.

I've a lot of forging of almost all my equipped items, and ive other in stash but i ve still no real clues on what i should look for the most (fb, cast speed, intel, freeze rate...)
intel is a tier 2 stat in terms of frostbite build
its nice to have but not important
for rings u want freeze and elemental dmg over time
same for belt
and for necklace u want freeze , dmg over time, frailty and armor shred
t7 freeze on belt and rings takes prio over t7 ele dmg over time, necklace T7 armor shred is prio

freeze rate from 1k to 1.5k or something
ive a bug. Im in an echo and not able to disable loot folter (ive it on left on the screen it is disabled but i cant see items). Changing loot filter to nothing does help. Did som1 encountered this already ?

nice, if that int ring has forging left, or enough forging left, u can try to seal the necro res once
if it seals u can add ele res to cover ur lightning and fire res and add more cold res
if no, u can try to reroll it into a res u need
same for belt, both of the suffixes u dont need but are T4, can try to reroll them
the no int ring same, health regen, just reroll it if forging left
would advice to try and farm 1-3LP snowdrifts and get move speed onto them for easier and faster mapping, then try to get twisted with LP and get +FC into it
i recommend if u got t6/t7 move speed boots for slam
add ele res and flat armor to suffixes if possible
that way even if u miss the move speed it will still be helpful for u

yeah with key held-down for runic and using rush off cooldown, i find myself running out of mana
in like dragon and shade
if i use them sparingly i dont think i will

mana blessing is a bit underrated, it can nearly double a lot of character's mana pool on its own
but it is a competitive slot, lagon has a lot of good stuff
meanwhile half the rewards are drop rates you don't care about XD
i think the only weak ones are the affix shard droprate
the gear droprates are all good
I have trouble caring about those because with MG it's infinitely more likely that I'll get drops that someone else wants that I can sell for a good price, to buy whatever I'm missing, rather than getting SSF drops

but it's not a very interesting pool and I wish it had a "eh I'll pass" option of literally anything that wasn't just a gear droprate boost you could take instead

Question: Elemental Nova's Shatter Nova node (more 30% dmg to chilled, frozen, ignited, shocked enemies) gives more 30% per ailment or 30% IF ANY of the ailments are present? Example, if fthe target is chilled, ignited and shocked, it will give 90% more damage or it will stick to the 30%?

So i just slammed 2 Barbutes for my Plasma Orb Mage One got 12 Int and 12 Dex and 19% chance for Mana with Runebolt and the other one has 6 Int and 6 Dex and got 17% for Mana with Runebolt and 3 Lvl to Runic Invocation im not too sure which one is better

Yeah, I'm not aware of there being a bug with that. However, if you have something like Snowdrift boots that converts Freeze Rate Multiplier into Frostbite Penetration, it won't convert the FRM you get from Word of Heorot, only global FRM.

I'm leveling a fire dot/ignite disintegrate sorc and am trying to decide between using meteor or fire black hole to help proc more ignites. What do?
I should clarify... If I do meteor I would be scaling ignite procs, but would use just regular fire dot with fire black hole
Multiplicative. But also all the mana modifiers like that only apply to the "mana orb" - there's also separate mana gain effects like the on crit and on kill that aren't affected by the more/less multipliers (not sure about the mana on rare/boss hit)
the separate ones are instant mana gains, so easy to tell with a quick test
Meteor is not very effective for scaling ailment damage, not sure how good black hole is for this purpose but it's gotta be better than meteor at least
I figured that if I went meteor, I could get a bunch of them raining down and also use shrapnel to get a bunch of ignite stacks going. Craterborn would also buff my distintegrate.
But fire black hole looks better for single target from what I see so far
eh i don't see it. you're gonna have severe mana issues if you're "raining" meteors plus meteor doesn't scale with dot. feels like you'd be spreading your build thin trying to force it to work when black hole is already dot

I've been testing a lot of different builds out, but I'm not planning on going Reowyns, this is more of a homebrew style build, want to limit test

As for flame rush, you don't want increase in travel distance in that case, because you only start generating runes from flame once you stop moving
Gotcha. The idea of the build is that I'll basically become a nuke after casting flamerush, so I'm mitigating damage by going Regen as Ward
cuz I'm gonna be in the thick of it most times

u just need to make sure ur flame rush is ice
and for the first 2 u can frost claw > x

but its hard doing a triple element invocation efficiently
a double is much better if ur gonna frost claw
Well anyway, as for the items, you definitely want fundamental criterion for any build involving runic casting

I tested both Weapons Mad ALchemist ladle and Frozen ire (for frost claw COLD pure cold-freeze multiplier etc).......The dots are so random on both sides that i cant tell wich has better damage.......
Test on reign dragons boss, and use timer time to die, cause less random cause the bos just stand still

tho my dots deal way more with frozen ire than laddle simply because of the fact of how fast i can stack vs laddle

yeah its getting worse, on launch iwas getting 70-80 fps, now i barely keep up at 40-50
im convinced that every patch just makes it worse
on launch i could play max settings on 200+ stable, now im on low on everything and its still 50-60, and when mobs pile up i go below 10
the memory leaking issue is also getting worse and worse
i felt that, dash into bunch of mob an d my screen freeze for 3 sec and im dead
32gb of RAM and i run out of memory in 60mins of playing because of a leak 😂
