1. Hammer Throw is serving you no purpose. If you want single target, you're better off just going Smite Void selfcast because that will at least scale off all your inc void damage
2. Maxing out Time Eater and Void Maw in Anomaly is a little silly while you ignore Mark of Rot
3. Instead of maxing Eldritch Infusion in VR, max Time Rifts instead.
4. Opinion - I'm not a fan of auto Abyssal Echoes cast myself. I'd rather take Symbols of Hope converted to Void for Block Chance and free inc damage
5. If you're gonna use a set item, either use the full set OR use set affixes. The Defiance shield is costing you a lot of block efficiency and generic block DR
6. I'd drop 5 points from Abyssal Endurance and pick up 5 in Renouncement instead
7. I would drop Dread Form, entirely and use your next 5 points to get enough in Paladin for Symbols of Hope
