You gain minimum skill levels as you level up. Once you're like 80+ you can basically fully respec a skill to max in 1 map. Until then the final couple levels always take a while

You can skip a lot of the side quests while leveling because only certain ones give you skill points etc, but I can never remember which ones they are so I end up doing them all

spamming shield rush testing online after the patch: all the desync/getting stuck seems to be fixed, I played for 5 minutes and had no issues whereas before patch I'd have issues constantly.

however, the old bug where mana memory sometimes fails if you spam too fast is back so you either have to solve mana somehow or still restrict how much you press shield rush.

Blood mage won't work since I'll have a lot of ward, will have full hp unless I use health -> ward gloves with half my hp or something

healing hands costs 11 mana base and it consumes 12.1 mana per melee hit

so it drains a little, if your using the 10 from time and faith to recharge mana for other skills your gonna need some mana cost reduction from HH's tree
