How important is it to get the right implicits compared to the right stats when building for 200ish corruption? I've put together a loot filter that hides everything but the one implicit for each slot that I want, and asks for two good affixes at at least T4. This has, predictably, left me with basically no drops. I'm having a lot of trouble at Corr 200 and I definitely have space in my build to swap some stuff out, but I haven't been able to find gear that will be direct upgrades in the right implicit.

I swapped out Healing Hands for Sigils and I use Orian's Sun Seal to keep them up. I'm wildly overcapped on my resistances, but I haven't been able to find anything to replace stuff with yet.

I get implicits after I get the right stats. Usually there's a couple implicits that are good past leveling for any build. But I usually roll MG and can filter down for the implicits that I want

I tried doing CoF this season but I'm really thinking at this point that it's more trouble than it's worth. :/
Iāve only ever played cof but it can get to the point where itās hard to get what you want end game .. especially in LP

Not too much trade in legacy. U can't get lp gear for a lot of stuff if u rmt for it. And by the time u've gotten 5 classes in cof you probably have a decent collection and could benefit less from trade
I'm nowhere near the point where grinding for LP is a thing. I can't even do Julra reliably yet. š

Yo. I was trying to put together a type of "void mage" void knight. I don't want to use smite though, so I was looking at devouring orb, abyssal echos and anomaly. I used the Omnividence two handed staff.
I like the possibility to build into high HP while having good spell void damage. Also I don't want to build damage over time. But somehow it didn't reall work well. The anomaly time wave hits pretty hard, but that's about it. Since it has a long cooldown that's not really reliable. Any suggestions?

I only see very few builds on LEtools that combine Hammer/Smite with Stormcarved Testament.
With Mana, Spelldmg and Lightning Pen it seems to have 3 really good stats to me.

nah merophage was way superior i tried maw and it was slow af

crafted a lvling 2h sword and when i was done with it i shattered it with mero equipped.

palarus's sacred light has smite on meele hit up to 3 times per second, is this 3ps max unqiue to each sword? e.g. if i have 2 palarus's can i smite up to 6 times per second (3 for each sword) or 3 times per second?

i did that with my bee build and it worked out well except dots, but it might not be worth it without dot mitigation but the swords are doing tons of dmg but are constantly getting mercd by bosses

fg has dr passive, attunment scaling and % block effect so much tankier than both of them

depends on your build, but smite / warpath build, sceptre are mandatory with the affix that reduce smite mana cost by 3, and yeah, the obsidian one with a big base spell damage is the best

So I am looking to try a pally build but I dont have much time to play. I always try to get the more OP easy builds that allow me to progress and get to end game without much gameplay as normal. I was looking at the hammerdin but someone also said something about warpath and smite. Is there a better build? I havent run a pally yet in this game just wondering what is a good idea.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some suggestions. I have a Void Knight, level 75. I am currently doing lvl 90 normal timelines to unlock empowered. I feel that my damage is relatively low. I know that it is because of my weapons etc so that's not the problem as much. I am following the Rive Void Knight guide from maxroll.
I just want to ask if you know of a high damage output build that may be better than Rive Void Knight so I can spec into it and work with that. The gameplay of Rive does not sit well with me that much so I'm just wandering if there's something "better" out there

you can get mana refund with void essence
basically you get a decent amount of mana and it should be autosustaining
u crit with erasing strike for void essence (usually if u hit a big pack u get max stack)
thats why i said its not a 1 button build because it has multiple mechanics interacting with each other
ah i know what i was doing.. accidentaly had the + 2 abyssal echoes on erasing while lvling. was draining my mana
u need more mana
abyssal is part of the build. if mana really is an issue put vengeance in your skill bar and use the mana on hit node
but having more mana really fixes your problem since 30% mana refund is a lot with decent mana pool
Void cleave also has a node that gives mana back on Crit, but that one only mostly covers for VC itself

The spear is in a weird place. Jav doesn't have many nodes for increasing on-hit damage, and one of them is specifically related to the number of enemies pierced š I'm not entirely sure if that bonus actually ends up applying to the bonus javelins, but it's definitely a weird synergy

sure, it is faster to fill up the timeline, but you have much less item rarity so the droprate is lower

Very true, for me I get burned out when I can't "unlock" a build I have made and I am searching for the gear I want from the builder ect and IDK I always struggle to get that and "identiofy" the new gear I should be swapping to ect and i get overwhelmed and then just end up with 20 tabs of exalts and not really knowing what I should swap or use ect
I usually swap to an alt at that point if something isn't working out

the idea is to stack with that and other things that benefit standing still in an ARPG
because the gameplay of standing still for 8 seconds while things hit you is not fun gameplay.
Especially in a game where speedfarming and doing power echoes is so important

Ok so i JUST switched from a Physical based Shield Bash build, to a Fire based Forge Guard build, and the guide I'm following uses the "Nihilis" amulet. Now I'm with the Merchant's Guild so I can buy it, however, the prices are ridiculously high, so I can only hope to find it sometime, hopefully sooner rather than later...
Anyways to the point, what would be a good budget amulet to get until I can afford the "Nihilis" amulet?
Also the build I'm using uses two "Phantom Grip" rings, but it is the same story there, too expensive so I need alternatives.
I'm currently using the "Orian's Sun Seal" ring, but it rarely procs "Sigils of Hope", because I have both low mana and mana regeneration(literally working this very moment to increase both). So what would be a good replacement for that ring aswell?

It doesn't. If you have 100 stacks, you get 1500% More Dmg

What's the base?
It'll change in to a specific bonus that has a value based on the range (100%-350% when slaying a Harbinger)
Unfortunately this spear is pretty dog, the affix it gives you is another bonus on evading. Improved Haste effect on you after evading if memory serves.

Ya, most of the harb weapons don't seem to really serve a purpose and are mostly meme / niche, unfortunately.
Maybe we'll see a rework of what they do in the future, because currently I don't think a single one is used in a build.
Plus having to slay a harbinger with it equipped is meh
World splitter is deffs used as an end game wep. With a lot of mana you get a lot of +crit multi, +area for skills etc.

Also you donāt have to have any points in sacrific if you just want the smite to heal you instead of doing damage .. you can use the tree for holy wave soothing balm panacea and righteous fury and righteous flurry if you just want the smites that proc to always heal you and more attack and cast speed if your damage comes from another source

Is this a viable belt for end game? I love that it gives +1 to my skills but I need more hp. Should I swap it out for another belt or should I try to slam another Thorn Slinger with HP?
A thorn slinger with double hp slams would be better (unless you have a ton of endurance stuff), but you can also probably find a belt thatās better for your build
I donāt know the build but belt is a big health slot to give up. If itās not a critical unique, Iād use an exalted until I get a proper slam.
Thorn slinger is great if you have phys skills that benefit from the +1. Move speed is nice and it's easy to get LP on.
I think I got a pretty good slam. I went down to 41% endurance but myhealth went up by about 400. Is that a good tradeoff?

You basically can pretend endurance doesnāt exist. If youāre getting one shot, you were likely above the endurance threshold anyways.
Health also gives a little endurance as you have a minimum threshold of 20% of your health.

like I dont disagree dmg is overtuned right now but it makes a huge difference unless you're just in silly content territory.
They give a pretty good amount, but with 3.9k HP and 60% endurance and a threshold that looks to cover about 2.2k of my HP, it would make sense that my endurance should be giving me about 1200 more ehp, but at no point in the game have I ever felt that.

ok, first thing you need crit avoid at 100% OR reduced bonus dmg taken from crits at 100%
reduced bonus dmg taken from crits is easier to do for sentinel with a lion helm
I'm going to guess this is using healing hands to generate a ton of ward for your main defense (and is why your hp is so low), so the get more hp advice isn't needed
however, healing hands ward gen got super nerfed this cycle

I'd say keep hh because you would need to completely re-gear to go pure vk, plus hh is just good to have
strength and int also don't add flat dmg to rive (weapon specialist node)
imo you should try to grab a weapon that has a ton of flat damage on it for your offhand since you want to keep cleaver solution for the int (probs flat phys since cleaver does phys)
something like this would work to just get base damage into your attacks
you also seem to be split between physical dot and fire dot, we can get ignite chance for flame drinker elsewhere

so leviathan seems more preferable
spear also has advantage for farming LP
but assuming I manage to get t7 AS on leviathan i think it wins
also its looks way cooler

Take item. Throw in forge. Use rune of shattering. Receive semi random amount of shards of the affixes based on tier
When you have plenty, you just disable/delete said filter.
You should do the same for other useful affixes like hybrid health.

Itās like the base of the crafting system. I do also show all class specific affixes for a bit to shatter so I just have a stockpile when I need to chaos an affix to something else. That eats up runes much faster though but at least you can buy 6-10 off the vendor every few echoes

I have a void smiler but thatās more of a crit smite than a dot
I dont do any dots
I havent tweaked my damage very much should probably scrape off the %phy dmg i have for just meme throwing my pennat axes and put it into void
because i see that not being very effective later as fun as it now
The draw to a void⦠anything honestly but especially shield throw are the echos
the echos throwing the warpath axes is pretty fun
Part of me is like a 1sec cd on the passive tree just doesnāt seem worth

Technically yes, it can stun them with time wave, but that's because it's just a normal spell that hits, and all damaging hits can stun. Anomaly doesn't actually have a stun node.
Do we think one day Future Strike will be more than a meme?
If it counted as a melee void attack and got a % of the flat damage on your weapon, like how javelin gets some of your spears flat damage
I made a suggestion for it back then where everytime you would apply a stack it would reset the timer on all the stacks and then if the total dmg become greater than the remaining life of the mob it would pop
That is a very cool idea, the only other source of it is a relic i belive which is a low % chance on hit. Conceptually it is very cool but without a way to increase the ammount of stacks you can inflict with 1 ability its a rough one to scale
The only time we used Future Strike was when Mad Ladle did not have a cap, and Sentinel was the class with the most ailment available
Give future strike no cap
Give the node for it a 5 point breakthrough effect of: if an attack would apply future strike, all time rot stacks that the attack would apply become future strike stacks instead
So you can scale the amount applied without adding a bunch of new passives and effects

Yeah, future strike is the only void DOT ailment that actually has potential to be a build's main dps, and it's mechanically different from all the others which makes it cool
I get that they want void to be the odd type out (kinda, electrify is weird, too), but I wish it was a different one instead that didn't have a unique mechanic... most of the others are really boring in comparison, just different flavors of simple DOT
i mean with a shield throw MA richochet build with lava bursts and echos you can get a stupid ammount of stacks but..... the over all ability is capped at however many hits you can perform since its just a 100% chance max per hit

Electrify has fewer affixes and uniques that support it, so easier to gear from that perspective, but has a lower upper limit

it makes sure that they aren't on full health so you should always be able to proc the "on heal" thing

Any good hammerdin buld ? Maxroll is nice for start but itās not well optimized beyond 350-400 corrupt in my opinion. I think I am starting to see a wall with how far can I progress.
I have very sub-par gear. I have Redring on my mage, but I donāt see it fits this build. Damage idols are out of reach with mg prices.

Playing both this season, bleeder with a little smite and full hammer-smite. Imo if you focus on either it should get a good tad stronger.
Your rings, weapon and belt could f.e. focus more on phys/dot to emphazise the bleeding more

Both builds can use the same skills, only perhaps skilled a bit different and you want mostly complete different gear, to either emphazise phys/bleed/dot or lightning-/spelldamage

Shield throw with lava burst, ring of shields, smite on throw, HH for travel and reset, VR for pop. You run around like a hamster ball bouncing your shield throw off your shields procing many ignited and smites and your regen is crazy and most of the time your HH reset is priced since shields are minions

It's usually setup this way
At the start of the tp and at the end you cast a Void Rift. Thoses rifts apply a debuff on the mobs "Increased Dmg Taken" for 4 seconds . It's basically like a More Dmg. The debuffs can stack. If you play a Hit Build it's 60% More Dmg (2x 30% without Cdrs) . If you play a Dot Build it's 180% More Dmg (2x90%)
180%More Dmg means x2. 8 times your dmg

Basically, you encounter a big tanky mob, stay close to it for 2 sec. Press Reversal watch it melt
Using Multistrikt to proc HH and then multi strike to proc smite will net you more procs in total (if you so choose to go that rought$

You spend 6 pts to get 2 extra ricochets that get halves. So basically all 6 pts in the right side of the tree give you 1 extra ricochet

Have you tried a Bleeding Heart Amulet? It gives generic Leech. So you could leech from your Ignites.

Passive mode in void knight that changes its scaling to Vit, ans dmg to Void. And then in the tree you build it normally like most crit smites

Any dual wield VKs in here have a good suggestion for upping single target dmg? Between Erasing Strike and Multistrike, trash just evaporates, but bosses take a lot more to kill. I'm using a void smite proc on attack setup atm.

I thought it used to summon a sigil even if itās not on your skill bar but I canāt remember

You don't need it on the skill bar..Was doing hammers and my sigils were procing on kills
Yeah itās not procing anymore for me - even tested in arena and it wonāt proc
but the odds are low though 6% cast on kill so you need a lot of Mobs
