it is godly, I was always burned out for having to press on sigils, one less button sacrifice for ring stats tho
I just tested it, you don't even need Sigils on your hotbar, it completely opens up another skill slot

the only bug I can remember is the movement itself being weird
the node on it that lets it not have a cd and cost hp. When you spam the spell to heal/deal damage your character gets stuck and cant move or attack till you use a spell or evade

iirc it was wack before because you needed the multi-hit from hammers to make sure you procced smite consistently, but now that you can get 100% proc chance it might be a lot better now, even if it's not quite as fast as hammer is

This is the general idea, if you don't have the unique you can use any sword and it still works, you just wont have as many smite casts. the idea is you use the fire penetration while holding a sceptre and global increased spell damage nodes in warpath to buff any fire spells cast while spinning, then it automatically casts smite and procs flame burst from holy aura which both deal huge damage

i feel like dual palarus has to be vastly inferior to having a sceptre mainhand to get the fire penetration

if you go double palarus its basicly double damage from smite since you double the casts
You get +2 flat crit chance per ring, some increased crit chance and some mana… I don’t think +4 flat is worth both ring slots, tho I guess maybe if your skill lacks any +flat crit chance on the tree?
Tho at that point I would just fit forged weapons into the build, especially with two of them, even if I’m not investing in minions that much

resummoning the MA in a closer spot usually helps with the wonky hit/collision-box thing
abom fight is completely bricked it wont attack the vessels at all even with A command or resummoning, there was no MA problem with it before 1.1.
in the lagon fight he does not use its whirlwind attack on the lagon tentacles.
I doubt the other bosses are all fine.
And area increases are not working since before 1.0

You can do 1h+shield ignite, or 2h/DW ignite/crit
because I needed the critical mass of guys before engaging packs in empowered monoliths or they'd just die.

DW Warpath, you need the aberoth scepter to be able to use Void Cleave

No so e.g. Forged Weapons have a base damage of 2 flat, you give it the fire tag (which also gives 10 flat fire) it's now a split of 2 phys 10 fire, and adaptive damage would split it between them proportionatly

Although now I replaced lunge with volatile reversal, so now I have to get through the game without traversal.
Maybe keep unspecced lunge when you travel maps ,and slot in VR for Boss Fights
That's not even the worst idea.
That said evade does an okay amount too. Like, despite no iframes, it does let you move through enemies.
Evade skill needs a huge rework... if you are going to add a evasive panic button then add it properly with iframes and all.

Like I said, it lets you move through enemies that is already huge NGL. Lots of AoEs end at the caster, so rolling to the opposite side of them does a lot.
Also it has been sufficient to chase after those dang sirens who sometimes backflip to get out of melee.
Also if you really don't like using evade you should replace it.
Uniques that replace Evade usually make you move faster.

I don't use volatile reversal, its annoying to use imo and I like LE because I can escape poe melee ancestor totems
i hate reversal, it makes build feel clunky
I have a few, but the stats are not great. I've been trying to do Temporal Sanctum lvl 2 and I keep dying. I'm hoping to make that a point that I actually get some of the gear

Res capped was done, although my tinkering has brough Necrotic down to 65%. Everything else is good

Those would be Erasing Strike and Void Cleave (which is mainly for movement but still deals a good chunk of damage). Only downside is, my damage is bursty rather than consistent, but I think I prefer that over spamming rive or warpath
lots of people also like to spec 15 points into paladin to get sigils of hope and use that as a buff for their 5th skill

I'm trying to figure out why some current erasing strike builds are stacking mana, I remember reading something in patch notes but now I forgot...derp
they can get extra echos with more mana

they wanted to stack mana already for more echoes but they have an extra incentive now with the world splitter unique
Ah right but only really works if you are using world splitter and not apathy's maw or other erasing strike variant
should i just drop void cleave? and use erasing strike as my general heavy hitter. and use something cheaper/free over cleave
cleave also means no shield
i don't think i've ever seen someone play erasing strike with a shield
Aberroth's Command will allow you to use Void cleave without a 2h

smelters wrath furnance visual is still bugged, is there any way to make it visible, liek graphic settings etc?
you just wanna have a decent sized mana pool with erasing strike and make sure you have this node and you're always critting with ES
combine that node with this one from the void knight passive tree and you'll never have mana issues again as long as your max mana is high enough

they won't be nearly as tanky but should still be viable and they can also benefit from palarus
No really as a main skill pretty dead with the ward nerf
certain versions of it are probably dead but anything that had it cast on melee hit or smite cast should still be solid

I'm so bad at building a character. I want to try and build something for FG weapon summons and their animate armor ability too. I just get overwhelmed when I start looking at skills and than items to compliment them
Then go grab a guild, minions are pretty easy. put minion damage on your gear and you're pretty much good to go

@quiet hearth yes there is javelin and can intereact with smite but gets heavy cooldown and with the charge skills that does nothing on dps wise and put you in mele range i think is a good concept like a lancer but it needs some interactions
There is more than one spear ability, so I didnt know what you were referring to. But with one duration point it's CD is literally the entire length of the ability, and it goes higher
