Ohhh, in that sense, I see
Hmm, yes, I can see why. Been a while since I was last with a girl. I've uhh, I've given in to femboys these days. Not much of 春雨 going on there.
Anyway, enough about my private life, let's talk about racially motivated rants
so basically
i will dm u
Alright alright
Wraithlord build vs. Abomination - anyone run both in S2?
There's still hope Moofy. In abomination we trust.
但最终哪种版本的整体性能最好?
wait this has been a chinese server all along???
我觉得用你的母语跟你交流会更方便。话说回来,你这赛季玩过憎恶和幽灵吗?
Ahh I see. I appreciate the attempt Moofy, but uhh, english will do just fine (in fact i'm just worried that we might get banned for this)
anyway last I played wraithlord was in 1.0, and rather briefly too
abomination is something i've been playing for a while now, on this patch as well
What's your end goal btw?
Yah so far in S2 Abom has been the best build I've played.
Oh just casual fun endgame.
Abomination is the epitome of fun, yes
whereas wraithlord just sucks you dry. It is completely devoid of joy, of soul.
Btw what are your usual sac fodders to your abom
Oh so you're on age of undeath? That's fine too I suppose
I'm running Plague idols for clear. But not sure what you mean "Age of Undeath" - what do you use to build your Abomination?
Age of undeath is that one node on the abomination skill tree that stops its decay at the cost of restricting its sac fodders to skellies only
we are legion
it might not even be a joke tbh
in all honesty i should start try to gear for necromancer or warlock
this whole lich thing is not working out rn
either this or i just start doing ES Vknight 💀
Yah honestly can't find any other builds I enjoy as much as Abomination heh. It's just.... so damn good...
Snapshotting is gonna be a no from me dawg
I don't' snapshot.
Abom without Snapshot is awesome.
I don't need to kill uber abby heh.
So uhh, the limiting factor here is your skill slots. As you start channeling your abom, you have 4 slots contributing to your minion type count. A standard setup would be golem, skelly, skelly mage, and wraith on these 4 slots, providing 4+3+4+3 = 14 types. Abomination itself and skeleton vanguards are no brainers, so that's another two types. Zombos have the unique property of not vanishing when you switch it off of your skill bar after summoning it, so that's 17 types.
Then you can start looking at speccing and despeccing to grab corpse parasite for 18 types, revenant off of your passive tree for 19 types, and crab/vine/book minion/relic mercenary/belt bee from your items for at least 24 types, maybe more depending on your book minion luck
Okay in that case I typed all this for nothing
rip me
Easiest necro of your career
wait nvm
Not at all - good to know how to max it out for those who want to snapshot.
But is it the base types or the total count of the base types?
i don't quite understand this question
do de do, exploding monoliths, got to get the blessings
OK so what I mean is when building the Abom is it the COUNT of the minions you absorb, or just the different TYPES (e.g. would 1 of each type be as effective as 3 of each type?)
@finite galleon
Count is limited at 20. My own testing shows that effective types go at least up to 23. In game text has no indication on there being an upperbound on the number of types, but another abom player called Henrik has tested a bunch with very high minion count, in which case abom seems to kick out earlier minions to make room for later ones. So to play it safe I try to summon one copy of each minion if I can nowadays. (Mostly because I really can't be arsed to test where the limit lies)
gotcha - BTW my Abom doesn't absorb Wraiths or Golem.
Yeah cuz of age of undeaht
it's fine to run age of undeath, but eventually when you're trying to do some of the hardest content, you gotta drop it to go big, even if just momentarily
or don't. It's up to you
Gotcha; but can you get 100% sustain without it prior to endgame?
without snapshotting?
yeah you can rather easily do most content without snapshotting
What I mean -- is a non-undeath build viable from level 50 onwards? How''s the abom sustained?
Oh then you gotta constantly resummon it
Unless
you're willing to exploit the age of undeath trick
which is that you first summon a big abom without age of undeath, with one spare point left in your abom skill
then you put a point into age of undeath, switch zones, and wah bam
now your abom has the best of both worlds
Yah I don't want to deal with that heh.
I think going bone curse for the last skill slot on Poison Warlock is the way to go
Interesting Wraith Lord is #1 build in Softcore for Necro (82%) vs Abom (17%). I wonder why that is.
Better clear by far
Yep, this bone curse is what I needed!
Even "non-snapshot" abom still is basically snapshotting. That's like, abom's thing, ya know?
Yeah it's kinda funny thinking that next patch without snapshotting, other minion builds' prep time is going to go down from 2 min to 5 sec, while abom's goes down from 5 min to 3 min
About hollow lich passive, is using "Burning avarice" give total 120% increase damage?
I'm understanding it's 3% fire + 3% cold + 3% lightning + 3% necrotic then x10
How do I fight Abberoth?
No, hollow lich doesn’t convert damage type specific leech.
Even so, it would only count as 6%, since it converts the affix itself.
You mean how to access him or?
Also how does bone curse help apart from the 4% mastery damage boost?
Sad. I'm trying to make a witch fire build but there is not enough information in the game
The only other way to get decrepify:
ghostfire skill was too clunky
also now grants kill threshold and bone armour
Pretty sure there’s a witchfire build guide in letools.
Oh, that makes sense.
Kill threshold only counts if the target is hit and you trigger bone curse’s damage.
yea, the fissure is doing hits
Then that’ll work.
at least for bosses its consistent
Oh i found it. Thanks o7
Yea, do you like have to kill all the harbingers?
Yes, continue on the Forgotten Knight's quest chain, you'll end up going through each unique harbinger
Yes.
What a grind...
Jesus Christ Wraith lord might have ruined this game for me. This build feels so damn goooooooood
I'm gonna be chasing this high in every single ARPG from now on
Get one timeline to 300, use catch up to speed run the other timelines, much faster.
ahh ok
it's a shell of it's former self
Bruh how I'm dealing like 50k dmg a hit and I'm not even in empowered monos yet
It must have been EXCEEDINGLY broken before then
Oh ABSOLUTELY
But to be fair, anything works before empowered.
Not anything does 50k a hit
Not early on, but later? That's pretty common.
Sure
But still, this feels much better than any of the builds I've gotten to this point in the game
Real. That's wraithlord.
I really hope this play style of having one big juiced minion is kept whenever the acolyte rework comes next season
It's really really fun and low maintenance
Wait until you gear it fully; you'll do over 1M per hit on shades and attack super quickly.
Even so, the damage is super low compared to other builds this patch
I do hear that the abomination build is all the rage these days, and it does look fun too, but I'm not really trying to get on any leaderboards here lel
I just wanna do all 10 harbingers and regular Aberroth, and then I'll consider it done for this season probably
this is an update to the first build I've made myself. is this build any good? do y'all think it would work?
https://maxroll.gg/last-epoch/planner/zr4mg040
Sorry but what’s the core idea here and why is it all uniques?
The only focus I can see out of this is fire?
I really like the Chronicle of the damned item and wanted to do a fire based build around it paired with soul fire. So hungering souls being the main
There’s a better unique weapon (fire starters) and I don’t think the gloves or the body armour are worth it.
And honestly this build looks like it’ll suffer like heck during bossing
I wasn't sure if starter or this was better.
That was a worry I had as well
Starter has an additional % more fire damage mod
Unless you actually change the setup i don’t think you can do much about it
What would you recommend?
The easy fix would be to use Curse of Preserverance. But that’s a two handed staff.
SO i've come into alot of gear for some build called Stygian coal Lich
Fun build
folks telling me i have to do something called snapshotting
Got into 100 corruption with torment, and it feels quite rippy
The only other stuff I saw was snapshot minions
Is there anything significantly better?
Heard of people doing like 1k corruption and I cannot fathom
Don't focus on snapshotting, it's an unintentional thing that the devs are looking to fix. Tbh it's tedious to do snapshotting
Snapshotting is only really notable for minion builds. Non-minion snapshotting is bascially “skills casted while you have a buff keep the buff for the whole skill duration”
Snapshotted minions are the top. A geared coal lich and a well geared witchfire warlock can also hit high corruption
It is not. It’s just a gear dependant build
arent all builds gear dependant XD
Most builds are much less gear dependant than others. Coal lich feels terrible without good gear.
that's fair
Where in the world does ladle drop
gotta look that up
Exiled Mages
Snapshotting is like drinking all buff potions for 5 minutes before entering into a fight haha
With that in mind when should i swap into stygian coal? Rn im a warlock
When you got the gear to hit 100+ int and 200+ mana
Faced this wall as a bleed warlock too, skill tree/passive progression mostly ends and it’s all gear. It helped a lot to get the uniques I needed with 1 LP.
Then again it’s my first character on a homebrew so maybe some builds can clear 300c with blue eqs or smth
At lower corruption you can easily get away with ~50 int / 150 mana
DoT Stygian is quite strong still at that point 😄
I suspect you want more if you are going crit.
Considering the only coal build guide out there is for crit, pretty much
Not sure which guide that is 😄
I'm gonna guess Maxroll
Maox has a vid for Poison DoT which can be used with Stygian and transition to crit later
It's pretty much the same thing he's been playing for years
crit version in prime rn. blood mage gloves/new uber relic halped a lot
\o/ really happy with that. Only missed the necrotic res
(the sealed is useless but it was that or risk the 50/50 annul on t7 chthonic)
sealing useless garbage is totally fine
Sealing useless low tier affixes is like it’s main use lmao
Aiming for good sealed affixes however is a pain even with 60+ forging potential
Clearly, sir, you are not a gambler
been burned one too many
and honestly the void res isn't so bad, it lets me get crit multi blessing and still be caped
Its aite use it until you get better
will bleed leech with those 2 abilities?
I believe only the 2nd, as bleed doesnt count as a hit
yeah, fair point
Do all those fancy Warlock DoTs like Torment, Damned etc count as spells?
so, i'm running a torment build taken from the maxroll guide but it shows crit strke multiplier as the best stat for the weapon, catalyst and relic
how come? i don't see any source of crit chance except acid skin, is crit multiplier that strong with no other source of crit? how much difference is there from necrotic or damage over time?
Oh dear, someone didn’t read their skill nodes.
does exsanguinous just not mix with valdyr’s chalice? If I’m not wrong you want to have high max hp with low regen, optimally no leech/healthgain.
Both are great items for bleed warlock but don’t work well together
Nope. You don’t want leech or health gain while playing exsang/ low life.
But it’s technically a fixable problem. Have you heard of the Lich node “Hollow Lich”?
boys just wanted to post, cof whiplock killed uber abberoth
Nice. To be fair that’s not too surprising after what we saw dread do to abberoth with it. (Stunlock)
the stunning actually aggravated me in the last phase because he goes from free dps to interrupting and doing obnoxious moves
such as the blue blackhole shit
Oh yea I saw that but, the chalice has another component with health gain on kill, being literal I guess “leech” does not cover it?
Shame really, would enable some low life shenanigans
It does not.
(Which is the whole reason why old torment builds ran twisted heart for the health to ward affix)
I will admit it’s pretty entertaining putting exsang on and watching my hp fly to max while attacking, then seeing the ward struggle to compensate
Hey chat, what's the best way for me to hunt for an armor with t7 summon wraiths in it?
Imprint an armor with it. Before that? Mark it in your loot filter and pray to rngesus
So before I get one with that all I can do is hope to Jesus, got it
Not worth it to get like exalted armor prophecies or something?
I would imagine that is part of praying to jeezus
But I don’t think you should go out of your way to complete them. Some are such a pain
I see I see. I spent so much time looking at class guides I now realize I know very little about endgame item chase and crafting lol
Gonna need to study up on all that
If it doesn’t cost you, sure I guess
Huh, apparently the play is getting an exalted armor with t7 anything, putting a shard of summon wraiths in it, and rune or havoccing
yeah sadly all minions builds i have checked are underwhelming without snapshotting
im gonna farm wraithlord gear from my main and give it a go after i got some stuff,
Jesus Christ people have crazy standards huh
I guess I will too once I hit like super endgame, but still.
well first prophecy proc, that was easier than expected
nah man its just i cant find a build progress after 100c
farming plague idols and gonna try abom without snapshotting, then wlord
and im not looking for some super endgame build, 500c is enough
That's insane
I am currently playing wrajthlord and while I'm still in regular monos I'm fairly certain I could play up to like 200c without any upgrades
And I still don't even have most of the build, just some decent affixes ig. Wraithlord kills like empowered nemesis and champions in 2 or 3 hits
yeah cause you have gear for wraithlord duh
im gonna try it it looks good yeah, only non snapshot minion too appearantly
did i say
otherwise man
im playing cof too, got like x4 wraithlords in first prophecy, didnt knew its too easy get i wish i got it sooner
the biggest weirdness about this build is I literally don't cause damage myself
I couldn't kill basic trash XD
i got two prophecies to try and farm the helmet and i ended up getting it as a random drop before either of the prophecies were fulfilled lmao
yeah i mean thats pure minion build for you
they weren't kidding when they said it was easy to get
lmaoo
i got intimidated when i saw the drop chance
ye i thoguht i was gonna have to farm runes of ascendance or something. I was playing skelleton archmage and i was going to be doing that untill i got the helmet, i'm glad i got it quickly because i was doing like 1/10th of the damage
i tried that build too but felt pretty underwhelming nfl
abom is very good but is melee and cant clear
bro that build is legit worse than their outdated levelling build. Maybe it gets good once you get all the uniques it needs like the sword and the liche's scorn, but nobody should be playing that straight into monos
speaking of the abom build, i see yall talking about some sort of tech using plague idols, but the maxroll guide doesn't say anything about that, where did you learn it?
dude ong
my exact
experience
well its cringe
you go in planner and check mapping snapshot build
on item sets
and the gear you see they equip after they summon minion
oh i see the idols now. I think i have like one of those. Man, what really puts me off of the abo build is not even the equipment snapshotting, but it's the expectation to keep changing ur skill bar
Oh yeah abom without snapshotting can go up to 900c alright, higher than that I haven't tried.
NOT ONLY DO WE NEED TO SWAP SKILLS, WE NEED TO SPECX RESPEC AND DESPEC AT ALL TIMES WOOHOO
which is based
do you have a guide or a planner for this version of the build? I'm mostly interested in what skills they keep when not snapshotting
Funnily enough that's what ppl are actually after if they're using infernal shade as a buff. They unequip everything with int on it, then cast a infernal shade that'll only hover around 100 a tick. (Or lower, Zeckar for exampled used cleaver solution to make his int go to shit kekw)
by not snapshotting do you mean the tanky setup once you're done snapshotting?
I mean I'm still an extremely active part of the build, constantly summoning new waves of zombies, and throwing out chaos bolt splatters to detonate them, leave blood splatter buff pools on the ground, and proc apogee. there's also a lot of freezing going on arbitrarily XD
I am, however, very clearly a side character in the hot new isekai 'I was reincarnated as an overpowered skeleton minion in another world'
heck thats smart
I don't know at the moment, I'm just clearing out monoliths to unlock the blessings and getting levels
you uhh, you been watching too much isekai
eh like i said before i just don't wanna be switching my skills constantly. I'm fine with some vague degree of equipment swapping
Ohhh that huh
for me i think it would be getting a 1lp death rattle since i have an amulet with t7 minion damage to slam. Also getting a last steps of the living to finally switch into low life set-up
in that case no, I don't have a planner. I have a planner for the abom channeling step, a planner for the lich's scorn dread shade step, and a planner for the tanky step, all of which don't function on their own

I did just get a commanders fleshbound tome which was really nice
aintnoway after remembering skill nodes by their names, you're now doing the same to items and item mods
that's crazy
I can't even remember if a dude's name is Hans or Hank 2 minutes after he introduced himself to me
welp, maybe i should remain more of a wraithlord type of guy then 😭
build requires no funny business, just gonna stick with it then
this thing could absolutely be better but I think this is my offhand base unless theres a better version at lv 80ish
Here comes the point where I remorselessly shove all three planners down your throat
Wait, so we aren't going with legendary items?
ive looked at off hand uniques and I'm not sure there's something actually better
Nope he means literally 0 snapshot,
smoge
Well there's that Incorrect History book that you already have
I mean you can just play scorpion if you like map gameplay rather than dummy dps thing
no snapshot and insane clear, you cruise at 1k corr
Nah look look, if snapshotting was as simple as switching a few pieces of gear with minion dmg and +lvl to minion skill into some tanky gear after summoning? That's relatively fine (though I'm never gonna do it perfectly). But I will not play a build that has me constantly respeccing skills. That's where I draw the line
mage has si
simple neck swap but still weak XD
yeah the history book is like the only thing with a chance at competing, just this base has so much int, minion health and minion damage
yeah equip and deeuip half a stash of gear, respeccing gicing points etc
thats insanely cringe
i mean rogue skeletons are insane build too but it requires snapshot so no one plays
It's just really scummy to me to do with with skills, specifically. Doing it a little bit with items feels more like clever use of game mechanics. Like swapping a death rattle for that necklace that gives frenzy every few seconds, that seems perfectly fine for me
But like switching gears for every skill ur gonna cast and constantly respeccing skills is SO cringe lmao
10 minion flat spell damage is going to be quite a bit more dmg than the percentage increased minion dmg, although it is true that 16 int do be juicy. Btw if you're fine with just a tiny teeny bit of snapshotting, Lich's scorn can be the stone cold nuts
I do have one of those, why would I want to change dread shade to cold?
yep
How about after summoning your main pet, you despec the pet skill itself as well and spec into 5 utility skills?
blame maxroll they know this is unintented mechanic but only necro minions skills are with snapshots
Is that true? I have been using a wand with 100% minion damage, but I have a scepter with t6 minion damage on it, would that be better?
this is exactly why theyre brutally murdering snapshotting in S3.
they should
this is unacceptable, do maxroll managers really follow the game, or even play
It seems like such an easy thing to fix too. Just cause all your companions to be de-summoned when you switch gear
like lets say im a new player, i want to play minions
and maxroll is really good guide websitre
im a ultra noom with 5 hours into game
and there is a leveling guide that will screw me over cause of gold requirement for respec, and minion builds that require snapshot
?
Dreadshade to cold is actually going to be an upside with how much cold pen you're getting out of Lich's Scorn. The cold damage still gets added to your profane oblation, albeit fixed as the cold type
so its one of those 'weird mechanics things' I dont understand yet?
Bit of a cliche answer, but it all depends on how much flat and percent increase you already have, and what the added dmg coefficients are of your pet's main moves
Ye all be honest, the best maxroll minion guide I found is one they literally archived. All 3 guides they are advertising for this season don't sit well with me. Abo is full of snapshotting, archimage skele needs more gear to work than they let on, And I'm not even gonna comment on that INSANE wraith build they have with like 150 actions per minute
You literally have to be overdosing on Adderall to play that 😭
mine works disturbingly well >_>
XD
yep
blame lizard_irl ngl that guy is out of touch
To be fair to him, he does say you have to be insane to play the abomination build in his video
"do you want to be the strongest, but everything sucks?" Is like straight up a quote from that video lnao
Is anyone here good at making loot filters? I just did my first build and I want to test it and have a loot filter for it but I've yet to dip my toes into making loot filters
well, here's what my stuff currently looks like: https://www.lastepochtools.com/profile/Rathna/character/Ruanka if you care to take a look
None of them are really minion players especially on necro.
i am pretty lost about what to do with the weapon slot at the end of the day
Profane oblation is a necrotic spell, so it turns all untyped flat minion spell dmg to necrotic, and all typed ones retain their types. Both untyped and typed flat minion dmg get multiplied by its added dmg coefficient.
I mean its on devs really, there is build variety? ofc but outside of wraithlord and 1-2 snapshot builds rest is trash
It’s much better to make builds on a per build basis
i'll b real, i'm not actually sure that's true. The levelling build worked out so well, it really makes me think you can make a lot of different things work
I mean bad in what way. I think there’s a lot unexplored on Necro still lmao
To be fair, profane mages is pretty okay
I am amazed at the amount of thought I've been able to put into this build.
how do you guys learn about things that are not on maxroll ong
But ye most minions are bad in current state
I really like the golem build
I play em and make vids lmao
Letools, actually yapping in this channel, and stupid amounts of testing
like 'why is he a death knight'? because I want him to run up into melee range so dread wraith buffs the zombies.
TESTING WOO HOO
Poison skele rogues is no snapshot and good. Crit is okay with no snapshotting
see, my instinc tells me there are other things that would work, but my peabrain is not good enough to actually come up with them
i need the handholding
initially it was because I thought death knights could cast MY hungering souls, but he got to stay a death knight because of the melee range zom buffing
for instance, i've been following this build for wraithlord https://www.lastepochtools.com/build-guides/keepers-wraithlord-necromancer but it's not even updated for tombs of the erased
Im sure there can even be improvements to typical builds. Like no one really explores on necro aside from a handful of people
i need to check it out, link?
so i have no clue if there's something better or not
To be fair other than one unique amulet I don’t think it’ll change much
wait, we don't use death rattle anymore?
I mean I'm using it and also mine is shit XD
looks nice
There’s a new amulet that gives a random minion the amulet’s stats and frenzy. Not sure if that’s good enough to swap
Yes
Starter vid from last season on my YouTube @fervent basalt
It’s probably the smoothest necro leveling build too
I'd call mine semi-starter viable, for as much nonsense swapping I did around stuff it's actually straightforward to level
start specing rip blood, then raise skeletons at 8, switch to mages when you get it and rush death knights so they replace your frontline, spec zombies at 20
thanks man ill check it out
then dread shade at 35, chaos bolts at 50
Ay yo looks pretty deece (not that I'm a wraithlord expert). Even when factoring in the cast speed, i still believe a t6 flat spell dmg mod is going to be more dmg. Btw don't forget to switch to pernicious pact on dreadshade once you hit a wall with bosses.
wait no nvm
i remember someone saying
doomed wrath not working on wraithlord
dunno, can't confirm, i'm clueless
thanks, my dmg deff feels great, i just need to get a good last steps of the living and then i can switch fully into the low life setup
Noice. Do you already have an Exanguinous and a pair of missing health to ward gloves rdy to go?
i have the gloves, no Exanguinous yet sadly, but as i understand it 2 out of the 3 should be good enough to make the switch
i'll start using the last one when i get it. Don't think it's super worth it target farming Exsanguinous right now unless i super need it
I guess I'll do a lil overview of my pre-Golem build. I didn't think Rogues would be so good
Next is Golems, then idk I can optimize Abom/Wraithlord maybe or do another skele build, like archers or mages?
I'd be more curious to see archers, I can imagine how mages would work but I have a really hard time envisioning how archers would work lol
I got a little plan for archers
Is there a snapshot guide for wraith Lord
Can't find one

Snapshot wraith sounds clunky as shit
why would you want to defile a build like that
COME OPTIMIZE ABOM AND LEMME KNOW ABOUT YOUR HOTTEST NEW TECH REEEEEE
kinda true, kinda true. 15% last steps with 1LP is kinda easy to get too, gl
Ye I'm gonna farm it as soon as I get to empowered monos
I could...
but do I want to...
🥺
Lol
I'm just curious how it would be done
Also why does WL build use low life and why not at least snap shot weapon for double shields
And julra and and red rings
Is there an updated WL build guide?
Not really any changes from keeper's, no
But that seems dated
Missing new gear and no snap shotting
I guess everyone only been doing Abom
¿ again, why snapshot when it can do 5k corruption
To do it with worse gear
The issue is that if it dies you are probably dead while gear switching to respawn it
I can check wraithlord after Golems
New gear makes little difference
But I mean they updated Abom build. I guess it's too much better than WL so no one cares
Maybe new ww amulet if you roll well
Keeper said there's no point in updating until post uber because there's basically no differences for 99% of it
Anyone know a streamer doing WL
not one that I trust 😛
Wasn't ward nerfed so the build should be worse
How does the pet stay slive
How? Telpertong?
Yes
I see
With the affix for pots refunding traversal cd
So that's the highest anyone got this season with WL
Or did they all to Abom
Ill search YouTube for an updated build
you can use my snapshot techniques for skele rogues the same for Wraithlord
but bossing is gonna be pain if you use Abom setup
What is the regular WL build setup
What you mean
Like for Abom you gotta summon a bunch of stuff first.
For WL is it just summon wraith and put on the two buffs?
Not enough new guides on this build, I also see the old video he has 20k ward I doubt that's doable now
Nah probably can get like 8-10k tho
Considering WL can't eat minions directly, yeah
Oh okay. So before I summon him I'll just put on the axe, gloves and rings.
And after he's buffed switch back
so there might be scenarios in which you can't. Idk the conditions
I also wonder if it's better to use cleaver and bastion with STR stack. Or Regen and vessel stack with two shields
I know sometimes when I was testing wraiths they would update on skill level changes, but I am honestly not sure how it happened or if it happens to wraithlord
Block > armour imo
With high strength doesn't bastion get real high block
you can get 90%+ block and still have DoT mitigation and such
you get more int not building str
I see
you lose your int nodes in tree
Okay so I'll try vessel and pray for two red rings to put hp Regen on
can you put regen?
Basically Abom set up
idk if you need stats
The Abom post snapshot setup
oh yeah whatever abom has for defensive gear is likely best
lmao I play CoF this league
yeah especially if market gets screwed
I got my red ring off the first prophecy I grabbed to farm it
I got a red ring on imprinter but only 0 LP drops. It's like playing with no faction
bout to get worse with the imprint change in patch lmao
Going cof for sure next season
What change
Wow when is that patcj
now lmao
Fixed a bug where imprinted Unique, Set, and Legendary items were unable to result in generating different Uniques or Sets than the imprinted one.
That's insane
I assume that's what this change is, but we shall see
MG can forget about any RR build
Does an lp1 red ring have a lower chance of dropping compared to a lp0 red ring when imprinting
Ya
it's the same calcs on drop for imprinted items too, think only thing is FP now that's affected differently with changes in patch notes
oh and maybe WW
Pretty sure imprinting rolls LP as if it dropped normally, so yes.
Yay to the lich players
Was wondering what was causing that
Hi folks! I'm sure lots of necros are using Profane Oblation. Seems super clear by EHG as a build interaction.
Do you find it starts falling off at higher corruption? more of a leveling build? Anyone have experience with it in the endgame? Thanks!
What is the meta-ish thing to go for rn?
The Torment WL build is listed in speed, but now in 100 Corruption+ I get into rippy situations and also don't really know what items to look out for/what build to steer into
I know about the Abomination or Stygian Lich snapshot memes, but they sound like they are cheesy/might get bugfixed, and the Endgame/Aspirational gear for the Maxroll Torment Speedfarming build has some insane items from crazy bosses that I don't think I can realistically farm & don't know which other itembuild I should instead try to collect as Witchfire/Torment seem to be ranked really low and I almost feel like I made a mistake with the character choice 💀
If normal Archmage can push to 1k then profane oblation should be able to as well
You just have to mana stack to scale I’m pretty sure
Cool - thanks for the insight. Definitely a strong node
im not sure what do you mean by stygian lich snapshot. stygian is just strong build
also it doesnt matter how builds are ranked. if you have problems at 100 corruption your problems are more fundamental
any build can do 1k corruption
1k might be rough for some builds, but 500 & normal Abby I’d agree with
stygian doesnt have snapshot
stygian more of a bosser ngl
Oh nvm I meant the roid mage one, I confused them
I'm just unsure which way to head rn
any thouths on walorck malatros buiod:
Spine is probably the stongest warlock build atm
I am going over freeze stuff (always loved freezing enemies in any game) and specifically minions.
Skeletons only have the ice arrow which has 6 seconds (or more with extra arrows) cooldown. No freeze on base arrow
Frost Golem has base attack freeze (twice to base damage, whatever the value of this will be), and their extra freeze spell, which is not allowed to freeze bosses though
Frost Mages have their spell which they exclusively use, but low freeze rate.
Anything missing?
does the abomination absorb the inherent freeze from the archeres using freeze for arrow nova or just physical dmg from absorbtion
good question
im sure its just phys but still lol
wish there were a way to make archers only use frost arrows (single shot in this case of course) to make a army of frost archers, would be soooo fun
they know we'd be too strong lmao, but more variety than stygian would be a nice cange in meta
I am pretty sure it'll be better.
AFAIK, before the patch the game tried to roll the imprinted item, if it didn't hit it then you'd get a bunch of white/trash items. Now instead of the trash items you may get different uniques of the same type
Neither, it only gains generic increased damage and additional base health
at base anyway, then the skill nodes you spec into do whatever they do
aw damn
is this normal every time you zone into a new place
no, unless you are changing gear prior to zoning in somewhere I assume
oh so it still drops a pile of the unique when it hits?
I read it as instead of dropping the unique when it hits, it now drops similar items of the same type when it hits with the potential of dropping the one you imprinted wrong..
Does anyone know why this amulet is different colour?
Oh I see, there are 3 different variations of this amulet
Yup, one for acid skin, one for penance, one for decreptfy
Nope. Know that it is very hard/impossible to freeze bosses after 300 corruption.
okay now its really going to be impossible to get LP RR. Whats the best non RR build for Acolyte
All the same builds without RR.
Which is that? I see Stygian and Abom both use. And nothing is as good afaik
Every build that uses one in Acolyte, works without a Red Ring. They'll just have a lower possible corruption, which is most likely still "Past 500c"
Then there's a very good chance you'll need a Red Ring or two.
ok ill come back next time
10-19% DR is no joke.
they would nerf imprinting the day AFTER i literally get a RR 😄
Just play wraithlord and don't get hit 👍
Nodes, rune of ascendances, praying to RNG
F
If i get another Frey's retreat ima scream
1 more quick question is their a better way to farm Alchemists ladle?
Do you guys think the fire whip fissure warlock is better at bossing than the Marina's warlock?
Warlock is blitzing 900 corruption maps fast and safe for me, but hitting walls in other areas.
ok cycle of putrecense is amazing for my build
Mad alchemists ladle?
yea
Fire whip is warlock's best bosser. At the cost of dogwater clear.
Murder as much exiled mages as possible. That's it.
Theres a good woven echo (forgot the name) that has 25 exiled mage's in it
Hello, I'm playing Witchfire acolyte, and I wonder when can I switch from Soulfire to Downfall of the Righteous relic ?
Once you can proc witchfire
With both ignite and damned overload, how do I know if I can ?
By testing, and I can. Thanks 🙂
Hmm, at what point am I allowed to spend passive points on the Necromancer specialization? I have free points, but when clicking on Necro nodes on the starting side, zilch happens
Did you have 20 points in Acolyte yet?
nope! derpazoid moment.
Hello everyone!
I've always liked the ARPG style but I'm a complete noob. I've been following a build guide but something is odd.
I can't pass 9k damage even with T6.
Can anyone help me to get clear what I'm doing wrong?
Any build planner?
Gotta need planners and all
is there a best leveling build to acolyte? or can i just use fissure as warlock
Hey everyone, I'm considering trying out a DoT build - how easily achievable is that with Acolyte? Or is it worth waiting for this acolyte rework?
DoT is Warlock's whole theme. So yes.
i cant get this to drop aaaaaaaa
shield drop blessing, unique blessing, ran out of envy glyphs, so painful having to farm stability
Do you expect that it would still be fun, pre-rework?
I'd hate to play through it prior to the rework and then feel like redoing it afterwards haha
ive seen from people commenting that minions would be the focus wouldn't it?
of the rework i mean
but iunno maybe they'll upend everything
It will most likely be mostly untouched, since the rework focuses on Lich and some of Necromancer, and not Warlock.
Lich is the core focus, fixing minion snapshotting is the secondary.
for what its worth, my experience playing a bleed warlock is a little strange
its supposed to be a bleed DOT build, but you get there by stacking cast speed and hitting 100000 times to stack bleed
so it feels more like a hit build in practise
i think if you went the torment route you'd be able to plop a fissure down and walk around waiting like a real DOT degenerate though
I'm using this:
https://maxroll.gg/last-epoch/planner/o771k00f#3
(I don't know if it is a valid planner)
Welcome to standard DoT affair, we stack attspeed/castspeed and just hit 300 times for 999+ stacks and let the boss bleed out.
Inside the planner says that the damage should be around 149k, when I pass the mouse over my skill is just 9k LoL
- Trusting tooltip dps is asking to get lied to.
- This... looks like the maxroll leveling build, which is known to be a bit weird.
I mean, my friend has a mage and is dealing around 300k damage..
This is why I'm thinking 9k is VERY odd..
Well, you're using a leveling build that relies on stacking ailments which is normally not well shown with tooltip dps.
I'm running around 200+c with my biggest single stack dot at 50-70k ticks and that clears trash pretty well.
as Kzb said there is no reason to look at tooltip dps as dot build. and also a little one reason to look at it at all
Tooltip DPS is very funny. A tooltip dps wrote 5mil, while in reality it hit for a bit less than 50k dps.
its like when sorc played static orb. cast speed was like a major factor for tooltip dps. but in reality cast speed was a worst stat
Yo, I'm having a hard time evaluating warlock builds. Theres a ton of options, and no real info I can find regarding how good they are. Currently going for a witchfire version: https://www.lastepochtools.com/build-guides/witchfire-warlock
But unsure if anything is strictly superior or easier to gear for. Is there any resources for this?
Oh hey I was part of the "Check if this is okay" for this one.
More defensive than usual, but is a well and proper WitchFire build.
How to evaluate is sadly mostly experience and knowing how gearing works.
Thanks, good to know its not garbage 😄 And it feels good enough so far - was just wondering if there was consensus on an "optimal" build for pushing monoliths.
Most decent builds can break 500c, so 'optimal' is mostly for those that want to break 1k corruption or even higher.
And most of the time those are hell to gear for.
Alright, thanks!
What's the highest someone here went with Wraithlord for this patch
https://www.lastepochtools.com/build-guides/keepers-wraithlord-necromancer
Keeper claims 5k corruption.
Yes, Scroll down, there's videos at 4k corruption
The video dates seem to be pre patch
Thank you
Does anybody know how much differnt Wraithlord scales with **int **compared to Minion damage?
any help with either lich death seal or stygian coal? lv 79 all base items for the build in place and cannot handle corr 100, dmg and survivability sucks hard, quite unplayable (items used: mad alchemist, marina's lost, coal, grasp of the blood mage, grimoire, exalts with +to skills, some hp crits).
im doing stygian coal atm
its terrible to level this up
You can come on discord and stream i could take a look at it if you want. i played it myself this season.
you keeping your mana topped off and not spamming drain life?
ususal error i see ppl do
no i use drain life every few sec like designed, spam rip blood for mana
actaully i respecced now into death seal and its much worse hehe
The thing is Lizard that made the build Said the DPS output is higher if you spam it.
do you have the 5 points in the warlock tree that converts int to mana = more dmg
i tried that on dummys but it ramps down alot of you go oom
occultints mind node?
yeah
not yet
it makes a huge diff
Int is equal to 4% inc damage
im running 2 red rings so i cant say i know 😦
I should agree with you too tho after testing with with a level 100 Lich pretty good stacked gear i still felt spamming it gave better dps output and tbh listening to lizard that have played 1000s of hours of lich and he said the same i trust his judgement.
i have 1 waiting to wear, until i lvl up a bit more hehe
oh yeah seems lvling is your goal atm 🙂
you can also add an extra ailment with either gear peice or idol for the spoon to make its magic
other then that getting the warlock node and the ring equipped will be night and day
ok ill go back from death seal to stygian gunner rn and lvl a bit up
do you mind post screenshot of the passives or your build?
What’s your hp/res like?
booting game, dont remember closing it
around 1900hp + 600 ward, half res capped, and a few under 75%
1 int = 4% dmg? Is this this way i should understand it?
oh yeah do you have blessings for defence?
my stats atm, im just following the stygian guide on maxroll
Surviving as a lich with seal,
You 100% need to ress cap everything or close with 60% endurence and crit reduce capped & also have atleast 1 Red ring imo & also have some high health since seal caps it.
my lightnign ress will half once i get the mana blessing
i use mana blessing also
also im cheating and using a 1 lp shattered worlds with int on it
alright, ill try with prioritized occultist's mind node
yeah i see your int is crazy
its deff a big boost, then after there is unclosing wounds
im stll looking for more t6+ int rings to slam it
1 red ring only has 8 int on it so can go higher
and they are +4 to artributes 😛
bad luck on eggs
mine egg gave me 30 % poison dmg 🥲
Fx. This is my Infernal Lich build. With Seal i have 75% Armor with almost capped everything other than Poison because there isnt a mop that does poison attacks other than ground attacks that i can out leech.
Endurance is 53 sadly i want to cap this asap. Im doing 627 corruption rn.
I can't use redrings in this build if i could i would.
Give it some time i had the same build as yours and i could easily do high corruption with it tho you need levels and jew few gear pieces more.
i guess ill go back on my paladin ~800corr to farm some more items to boost lich more later on, i just really wanted to play lich
yeah thats what i did, my VK is maxed out and killing uber, had 57 tabs with shit i could use and slam
thats some crazy armor
yeah

which passive node do you think is least important from the maxroll guide? As i should focus on occultist and unclosing wounds?
i just wish sentinel wasnt So damn boring
Im 48% without Seal. Mostly my armor comes from that.
4% increased damage, yeah
otherwise it would be a good alt to work on but damn the ennui
i would assume Tier 7 minion damage would be better i guess.
reduce as many passives as possible to get the minimum point bonus i guess, but that is a good question
on the maxroll guide it wants you to take 10 or 8 points in Elixir of Death, skip that one and take Occultist and Unclosing Wounds as fast as possible, 5 point bonus first for mana
ok
also if you have a crap ton of CoF favor use the expensive lenses to make the screen fill with rings, great chances of red rings
all random
i just use npc default +60 mana grand blessing from previous char, i dont farm +90 yet on lich
wait i can use blessing from my other characters? 😮
lol wtf i never knew that
it gives you min value of the unlocked ones
you just need to kill the mono boss at least once, even not empowered, to unlock the slot on a new char
i never looked at that npc so could be why 😛
huh if you got the grand ones its still an upgrade even if its lowest roll
lie to the sanctum thing _P, they wont know 😛
by letting her live lol
maybe she cant recognize the player in reaper form
anyone playing whip warlock?
aight this weaver node is insane
Yes
I have one, Even killed uber with it.
can u share your lootfilter? please
My lootfilter is extreamly shit. like the worst.
I could just tell you want you needed instead. You cant use mine i have like 5 differnts builds inside mine.
my plan was to get one from warlock and include heartseeker, multishot and necro stuff lol
Is anyone getting notification that your skills have been unallocated everytime you change zones after the new patch lol
Happens to me when i go the CoF place.
fastest speedfarm build? 300-500 cor?
Warpath, Torment warlock. Lich infernal warlock. Bonk strike build. You can see the Speed farming on maxroll.
But for Acolyte its probably torment.
or lich infernal.
Had infernal crit killed Uber? Or does gaving to use set gloves make or too weak
torment with marinas? is wheel bad
Minion upkeep is a bit difficult with uber abby
Mostly people going Marina's Lost Soul. I have seen some Wheel tho.
cant say if bad bad. i havent tested it.
Did he try two putrid rings
Not the number of zombies thats an issue, its they instantly die to AOE
Ohhh
Lol
I saw anatz take it to 1400 so it seems good outside of uber
And only one expensive item
Its a good mapper, but its a bit tedious to play
I played it before switching to stygian coal
I think minions just arent for me, they just slow me down with their janky AI
I kinda like it other than minion respawn
Should try it, really strong build, only struggles with uber
But from what Ive tried its definitely doable with it
It has enough damage
If you can manage the minions well
You talking about infernal lich?
Ya
haha what im playing rn. Having fun ngl. Pretty good build for farming Monos
This is pretty solid for a 3lp stygian. I'm imprinting to get a few duplicates but should I havoc the necro res to ele res? I feel like necro res isn't super important since we have reaper
if you can get the Tier 7 on the multi that would be S tier.
Necro res is pretty dead on lich
you can try couple havocs.
And you still have to pray you dont hit double res haha
lolol facts
So imprint as is, try to get t7 multi, t6 crit/ele
If I succeed, imprint the better version
Then pray I hit?
yes, if you have spare FP creation rune it
Oh yeah cause it won't get any better after that
indeed, so you have 2 attempts
I have 2x 3lp stygians tbh so 🤞
yep gl dude
14/70 and 18/37 lol
I would reroll the 18/37 first
2 affix legendary stygians are cheap
unless you are on COF
I'm cof
I'm not worrid about 2lp stygians
sorry I mean 3 affix
Are they really? Damn lol
I've been using the Maxroll Acolyte leveing build and really enjoying it. I like the Warlock playstyle with all the dots but it seems theres no really advice on how to continue it on the site, as it just takes you to a bunch of guides for different builds.
Is it just a case that its not viable at all now im level 70? Or is there something else i can transition to?
If you want to play a game of 'Throw every dot possible but at low damage totals but is carried by two passive nodes', search for bagel warlock
I had a look at that, but it seems like a Crit based build, which DoTs cant do (I think?)
DoTs can't crit, but torment has a skill node that makes it scale damage from added crit multi
Ok, so maybe thats where i should look.
I tried a couple other builds already but they all felt bad compared to the leveling one (Obviously dont have the gear yet, but still didnt feel the skills).
I'll try respeccing again for the torment one and see how we go lol
What do you look for in stygian? It's just the implicit rolls that matter, right? 16/70+ ish? Idk the balance btw the two. almost feel like necro dmg is better cause we have so much int elsewhere
Yup, just the implicit. Int is the important one. Necro damage is secondary. Everything else doesn't matter.
Int > necro damage
That's what I thought but mel said to reroll my 18/37. I guess just casue that 37 is so atrocious lol
And before you knew I was on cof
37 is basically lowest roll haha
sohard to get 3lps on cof though lol
Yeah just slam it
I'm moreso starved of the exalted items to slam than of LP 😭
Same ruanka
I am so bad at farming t7 affixes for some reason, I have no clue how some ppl get that stuff in their day one of gameplay
Except for stygian
Im on MG so I can just buy everything
Cant slam yet. My havocs ruined me and haven't farmed new ones yet. t7 necro res atm lol
Except some LP3/4 stuff which rarely pops up
It really depends what you need.
Fx. If you need Tier 7 Dex. You could use Redemption or havoc to get.
You can use the new runes from wolven to change Tier 7 Str or Int to dex for 1 forging.
havoc/redemption crafting is king
If you are CoF you can get the 22 rune favor to get Runes
Dex, int & Str is easy to get now.
in Tier 7,
So basically if I want t7 +level to summon wraiths I should be farming for any armor with any t7s and then just havoccing?
That's what I'm going for now. Just haven't been to the prophecies yet
Well I guess it would also need to have at least one level of summon wraiths already on it
Just rune of removal, craft t1, havoc
Im pretty sure the only summon wraiths shards I have are the ones in my current body armor lel
Cant help you there haha
But that might be worth it, worst case scenario I guess I don't lose that much
Yes Exactly. What im doing rn.
You can also Redemption but thats a bigger gamble.
Would it be worth it to imprint it in the woven tree?
Make a filter to highlight those shards and removal em to guarantee more shards
So I could imprint an armor with any good ol t7 affix?
What is the end goal? If I imprint like t7 health it will have a chance to drop t7 summon wraith?
you just want consistent drops of high tier items
crafting is much easier when you have the bases
I see. So for the shards themselves there's not much that can be helped. But after I have a few I need to farm armors with high tiers to craft and havoc
That's the jist of it?
Havoc/redemption yes
set your loot filter for shards
as in items with any level of summon wraith
I should sincerely hope the filter I got from the wraithlord build guide had those already but it never hurts to double check
I heard the loot filter is a bit buggy after the latest patch, not sure if they fixed it
They did say they fixed the loot filter stuff.
I'm gonna do that and highlight it in the most bizarre color possible to never miss it lmao
idk harvest / death seal lich
harvest isn't a spell and the leech makes up for the health regen
and the melee attack speed
why doesnt rip blood arcane absorption have a buff icon ?
beats me, it is hard to track
so hard to track it sucks
i wish i farmed my 2nd red ring before the patch
now its harder to get aparently even with imprinting
imma go spend my 500k prophecies haha
hi, i'm currently working on a hungering souls shotgun build, anyone know if the damage over time-node for hungering souls affects dots other than the base one, ie. ignite? and does the curse of perseverance-staff's reduced damage for hungering souls reduce the dot damage as well?
I finally got one to imprint the day before the patch lol. So no LP ones for me I guess
Now I'm looking for builds that don't use one I suppose
Wraithlord and infernal lich
i got mine as well with 1lp tho so i imprinted that haha, hoping for one with 1lp ill be happy
We're you get 1lp just random drop?
Yes, yes.
anybody playing wraithloard on high corruption ?
I've played Acolyte for maybe an hour or so, and I'm finding the really early game a bit awkward to get into; nothing seems to be doing much damage, it's all kinda slow or killing me as I use it, I don't want to be in melee, I want to be DoTing targets and moving on
any suggestions for level 10 and around there that works?
I'm just not really sure what skills to get started with
Wandering spirits + spirit plague if you want DoT
thank you
early on i relied on a lot of skeletons
skeletons and you hitting someone with bone curse is pretty potent
Bone golem with the flat cold it gets in tree is nice early as well for minions. I actually kinda like rogues too lmao
I levelled up following the 1.1 necromancer levelling guide from maxroll, it still works perfectly fine and can take you to empowered monos pretty much
It basically relies on bone golem + skeleton arch mages + volatile zombies if I had to sum it up
what off hand should i use as a warlock like uniques ?
depends on what kind of warlock
this type xD
i was about to say "hey thats me just without profane veil" then i realized how many ways there are to build these skills
tbh with u im following a build on maxroll that has full crit multiplier and like 0% chance
depending the bone i do crit
but not as much as the video on the build
oof cant help then, im only familiar with bleeding
Is this torment? It's the only reason you would build crit multi with 0 crit chance.
Bone Curse isn't much of your damage.
yeah
I use bone
then just throw everything
but still like i went to uber abberoth
I was not dealing any dmg at all
xD
I think this build limit is like idk 500 corruption ?
guys, after I summon an abomination, the skeleton mages keep summoning only 1 type instead of the 3 that I have, is this a bug?
That, or it's the stupid lock to one type bug again, relog.
Even though you have access to acid skin which would allow your profane orbs to do much much more than bone curse? Bone curse is famous for not doing enough damage unless you hit 50 times a second.
I mean the dmg come with using bolts - vein and the skill line
I see like 20K+ dmg
but like out of 10 hits only 2-3 hits crits
while on the build guide its much more than that
A bug, was happening to me a lot, reloggin fixed it
Acid skin most likely, which means you need generic increased damage or increased poison damage.
Remove the skeleton mages in your skill tabs and replace it with another skill, tp to the closest town or another non enemy area then return back to the enemy area to resummon your 3 types of skeletal mages again.
the cast speed and dmg on ladle is big
Marina’s is good for Lock usually not Lich imo
Are there any other effective builds for Lich besides "Death Seal" and "Stygian Coal"? I can only find those two on Maxroll.
So is there a certain Youtuber that does up to date Lich videos, that I should know about? In that case please let me know!
It keeps happening, idk what to do about it, even relogged and same problem
It does every now and then, the method I provide works for me everytime. It is also a good way to remove everlasting poison from my abom for another run. You can also try to limit your skeletal mages up to 4 only, I see it works to other players.
the shade one is nice
zombie shade boom
Could you DM me a link to where you found it please?
it is already limited at 4
Is the Leech from Ribbons of Blood for the player or the minions?
anyone else experience a ton of lag with stygian?
yea cus my pc sucks
It recovers the minion's health, leech always recovers health of the thing doing the damage
Okay, thank you
what would you say is best relic for minion army?
so for more ward then and mana?
But I like the Ward from Vessel
The mana is whatever, I run it entirely for the Ward
yeah feels like all relics have only half or even less stuff is good for necro ^^
Ambition is great if you can get a good one
i have one with hp regen ^^
i like the ward because it makes it easier to see if a big monster had died 😋
XD
can you do ambition in gauntlet of strife?
Not sure but I don't see why not
its also +1
I'm currently stuck at around 140-160 corruption, and while I was originally gearing specifically for Aaron's Torment Warlock but find myself unable to transition due to a lack of T7 necrotic resistances, and I do not know the minimum threshold of necrotic resistance and general survivability stats I need to survive my own curses.
I've also heard that something like Valco's torment warlock might be stronger than Wheel of Torment. Would I be able to scale Wheel of Torment high enough to consistently kill Uber Aberroth, or would it be better to switch to Valco's torment warlock? Here are the relevant build guides:
Wheel of Torment: https://www.lastepochtools.com/planner/QkV1w1DA
Torment: https://maxroll.gg/last-epoch/build-guides/torment-warlock-guide

but can fissure / bolts (which I'm assuming is the volca torment) survive as well? I feel like a glass cannon against Uber Abby would be...a bad idea
for uber abby its lich and whip afaik
literally nothing else?
single target is bad i doubt it
not even worth the grind to perfect that gear to have a chance
They're likely the meta, but they aren't the only viable builds
yup, and thank you for giving such a detailed reply 🙂
someone linked an excel pic of the classes the killed uber a few days or a week ago
it wasnt good for acolyte lol
week ago
Where is the data coming from?
torment just doesnt hit millions of dps and its so squish
necro with 80 kills isnt good?
i mean its abom
Also this looks like a very small portion of the player base has even reached Uberoth
I thought wraith was the reason necro got to 80 but I've never played it, just heard how high it gets in corruption
Considering it is exploiting, I would hope so
with torment u have to drop dps or get 3/4 lps
Wraithlord is probably the best build not abusing exploits for pushing high corruption
and if u do red rings u lose atleast 80 nec res
and u dont need insane gear for wraithlord imo
you need pretty good recovery if you have low dps afaik on last phase so idk if dropping dps would even help you
on ward build
i was just playing wheel and torment set ups rn. not very geared. 700 nec res 400 crit multi 5k ward
single target is so bad with wheel
It is a lot more AoE focussed for sure
i wanted to do some dot warlock because prolif is fun but after trying some setups it was just so meh i went back to lich
Yeah, it says more about what's popular than how many builds are capable of it tbh
which is ofc why necro is the top acolyte one, it is consistently very popular
I'd say yes, idk what else has done 5k this season that isn't somehow exploitative
And WL didn't really get buffed from last season afaik, aside from loot changes
is there any written guide that explains the mapping minion snapshot for abom?
or vid
bleah, I'm lv 81 and half my resistances are trash
https://www.lastepochtools.com/planner/om49MvnB
I don't feel tanky and my damage is mediocre at best. What should I change, and what should I keep in terms of stats of; Items, blessings, idols etc. etc.?
I'm fairly new to the build so the biggest part is most likely a "learn to play" issue for me. However there's always room for improvement and this is where you veterans come in.
I'd really appreciate constructive criticism and suggestions if you have any please! 🙂

man, watching through the warlock tree actually makes me want to build a warlock now xD
is there any actual double overload build, it looks quite fun
is there any synergy volatile zombie's bringing to your build, aside from the pale ox deflection? it's splitting your damage types which can really affect your overall killing power
I have honestly no clue why which is why I asked you veterans. I was following a guide a person linked to me on this discord and here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1O2xXdQU-Q&t=1626s
You bring up a very good point aswell, splitting damage types is not idéal in my humble opinion
@candid escarp What do you think I should change?
honestly I don't know, lich in general is an annoyingly gear dependant spec since its survival relies on both having enough health that low health isnt one shot territory and enough damage to max out their sealed low health every half second or so
If you are doing the crit lich setup, those zombies help spread your Infernal Shade without casting it yourself
its more than just deflection
Sort of yeah
I have been working with damage zombies a lot recently so it's where my mind goes
I see
Immolators Oblation belt can help pump flat added spell dmg.
I dont think the scaled necrotic dmg on that helm is doing much
Getting a source of shred armor would be nice, I didnt see if you had it
Yeah please excuse my gear I have a fairly low budget so I took what I had and went with it, but ok that belt shouldn't be too expensive on the MG market.
Helmet(or some items) with armor shred ok cool, anything else?
can get shred on neck
kk
if you are having issues with Reaper form and transplant sharing cooldowns you can pickup the Unholy Dominion Node on the left side
Drop Necrotic Res shredding on the deal seal tree for "The Quick and The Dead" it'll give you haste afterword which is nice and the shred isnt useful for you main dmg component
other than that it might just be up to mechanically playing better. Death Seal Reaper Form etc.
@candid escarp @pearl snow Excellent! Thank you both for the info and for keeping the criticism constructive 👍
I'm working on my own build right now I know it can be tricky
Anyone who shits on builds in the game is wacky. Build crafting is bis regardless of outcome
True
speaking of which, anyone wanna help be find some ways to fix my resistances/up durability?
Also I made a frostbite chaos bolt build I literally cant talk shit to anyone
I have somehow managed to get to empowered monos by running around screaming like an idiot but now server hiccups cause me to explode
so its finally time to stop not fixing my resists >_>
the build itself works great though.
Mana is rough I take it?
drop them gloves lmao
yeah I'm not sure why I'm wearing them
