........... All of you are insane on protecting gaming sets
When they say pour one out that is not what they meant nub
I will lose that if I have a thing over 6 years old
it's also cheap considering that brand has headphones likely for 8095€ instead of 80.95 lmao
I'll get it right next time
I guess you're not a fps player
fidelio x2 + vmoda boompro :p
personally I like Steel Series Arctis headphones
I prefer using controllers to keyboards unless its a moba that I can use the keyboard to wake me up from the nightmare I got myself into
mmmm ok
Oh steel series is available in China, cool
I have an oldie Steel Series and Razor headset..
The price is increased by numbers, like nova 1 =¥399, nova 3 = ¥659,nova 7 = ¥1899
I think Nova is new series, because mine just had Arctis and a number
My lord. Wait... Acrtis nova pro is the 2nd expensive one lol Eilte is top 1
oh no nvm, now I have Nova 1
oh man
That reminded me of deadlock yesterday
the guy on my lane kept trying to tower dive... and obviously dies.
repeated it like 5 times and then went to another lane

tbh I don't think there is a reason to go for the most expensive ones. Afaik once you have really really good, and expensive headphones you need whole setup for them
Yes my ears are wooden so I don't know why are they expensive
depends on their impedance, id still say its mostly people wanting to spend money over being able to actually notice a difference
probably true as well
👀 I don't think I can notice the difference in different headphones which under ¥1000
Pretty sure you can, closed vs open back alone plus vendors tune them differently.
And that comes down a lot to preferences.
closed vs open structure is definitely the most noticeable
🤔 Oh I will select Razor. It provide adjustments for the height of hood
Steel series don't introduce that
lol I find similar version of Holly's one
I wonder which brand have headphones in this shape, with cat ears
youd likely get better sound from regular hifi headphones
Yeahh those cat ear headphones aren't good
hhhhh sure
Promotions of Headphones always tie with fps games 🤔
hhhhhhhh but...Razor produce kitty headphones literally
So what you're saying is get me headphones like this?
I never really had a favourite until folks from work gifted me Barracuda X couple of years ago
MVP. It's what I want. Ok I know which one I will buy.
Xiberia S21.
I thought that said Xperia
It plus with a wireless charing base so I can charge that immediately + have a base to place
Thats a name I haven't heard in a long time
I dislike a full beam on my head for hours tbh so it's quite mvp, the price is suitable too
Idk sounds like it's 80% of the full thing while being more rigid and potentially less comfortable compared to normal headphones
Many hifi headphones do it like this
So it can adjust perfectly
This company promote themselves by their sponorship with many gaming clubs 🤔
standard thing tbh
are these headphones the ones players using it or they just made it for sponsorship? 🤔
I don't follow them so it's a good question
maybe they are using different headphones for games because there are so many players
If you won't play fps or competitive games, you can choose comfortable headphone instead best sound headphone
I even no idea where to start if I want to learn a Chinese gaming club
you need to find chinese discord server first :p
Oh...和平精英。。。PUBG...Krafton
will you play PUBG?
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I don't think I can handle fps games
Stardew valley
Tbf PUBG is a TPS xdd
it’s both technically but the game was intended for third person play originally
I forget they added first person later on cuz honestly I forget the game exists most of the time
yeah it’s not great
I had an Xperia mini when I was a kid lol
Thing was an absolute brick
i’ve had a hyperx cloud pro headset for eleven years now
never replaced it, never bought new parts for it lol
My last phone was xz premium
Thank you for sharing your headsets, folks haha
Should I make the choice of new one I will let you all know here 🤣
and who to blame
I have a pair of Astro A40s. Comfy, consistent, smei-expensive, but if you treat them right they easily last over ten years.
don’t blame me i’m just too poor to afford anything nicer
Mfw using a pair of Sony earphones because my HyperX are too good at noise reduction and I can't hear my wife or son when wearing them

loool
Cool. Launch game!
Day 11???? Oh?
🤔 Tech build let this game more interesting... Because it expand a game by consistent failures
Not much luck this time
I wanted to check out High on Life 2 (I enjoyed the first game) but disappointed that there hasn't been any official news from the devs since releasing to mixed reviews (mostly due to performance) on the 13th. Crazy how silent they've been for a game that costs $60.
Baazar is one game that tempted me, but I'm too affraid to ever purchase it
Not because of the gameplay, but because of crazy relaunches and monetisation changes
I use a pair of wired headphones with an independent mic and it's honestly so much more comfortable not having all that extra weight on your head, it's usually more expensive though of course so it's a trade off
I thought the monetization changes were well received, not that I really follow the game or news around it closely. Seemed there was concern about how the game would sustain itself as a live service before the changes.
Yeah I got it when it first came out in early access and I don't even know what's going on with the monetization anymore they changed it so many times lol
Nah they tried a few things that were received abysmally
Not sure where they stand currently though
I saw gameplay, thought it looked cool. Then I saw multiplayer. Noped out real quick
Ah, sucks. I know the general sentiment around the game itself was positive.
It's not real time multiplayer or anything, might as well be full PvE tbh
It's asymmetrical matchmaking
So no queue times or anything
So you aren't fighting another player?
Yeah gameplay wise it's solid
They clearly say pvp though?
Not directly no
Basically it instances everyone's build at each stage of the game
And you fight other people's "ghost"
But the person who's ghost you're fighting could've played their game days apart from you
I see so sort of like a snapshot?
Yep
Thanks for clarifying
How does that work in terms of making decisions based on the actual game being played, then?
If the ghost is just making decisions from games played previously.
Each pvp encounter is a random enemy
So you only see each person's build once
So you can't make decisions based on them really
Ah, so an auto battler
the gameplay yes, the monetisation oof
In that case, the "live service" nature of it seems extremely minimal.
even steam relase had controversies, because of paying again for existing players or something like that
The only live service part of it is that it stores and retrieves these snapshots during "matchmaking"
nevermind much older drama with paid rankeds
Well they release new content too
Yeah, but I mean that could be in the form of DLC, right? This game doesn't sound like it requires significant live service infrastructure. Its monetization model presumably could be sustained by just releasing regular DLC content
Yep
Is this how the backpack-like auto battler games work in general, too? No live matchmaking, just fighting ghosts?
Yes
Very interesting. I always thought it was matchmaking against a live player.
Yeah, that makes sense. The builds are static and there's no active decision making during battle.
Yep, you never meet the same person twice so you can't counter what you saw or something
Well I mean you can but odds are your other opponents won't be doing the same thing so it's kinda meaningless to
unless there is a T0 or T1 metabuild
Yeah but it's hard to force builds, especially in the bazaar
hmm, I see why from gameplay perspective it's very good then
But it's for some something to be conscious of
These games always seemed more about "making the best out of what you get" rather than trying to force a specific build.
Is there a standard term for this kind of "multiplayer" model?
Asynchronous matchmaking Is the accepted term afaik
Yeah, async PvP generally. Not to be confused with Asymmetrical PvP.
Ah, not to be confused with asynchronous in like turn-based strategy games I assume lol
I have a very programming-oriented definition of asynchronous, which is basically "doing something else without needing to wait for another thing"
I mean that is what this is
^
You're fighting them without them fighting you
Yeah
What is Bazaar even doing with their monetization then, if their live service component doesn't actually cost much to operate at all given how matchmaking works?
Not sure what they ended up on, last I saw they would release new "items" in paid packs that would eventually be available to purchase for in game free currency
It's basically a single player game with a very small operational cost
Heh, wow.
I haven't seen any of the backpack-like games even doing that.
It was not received well at all though so maybe they changed it
Sap does something similar tbf
But there are key differences
It definitely sounds like greed
Just release content DLCs and be done with it
Everyone is happy, no?
Nah
Bazaar is competitive
So if you have items that others don't because you paid that's not okay
In sap you only go against people with the same "pack" which is the key difference
Right, but you can just separate the matchmaking into different queues based on content DLCs?
In the bazaar everyone plays together no matter what
You could but they didn't, at least not initially
Like I said Im not aware if it changed or not
Say they are storing the snapshot of a player's build, along with that snapshot they can flag the build as having content from X, Y and Z DLCs and only match that ghost against other player builds with the same content.
That seems like it would be fair.
Yes but that's not what they did at the time. People were asking for exactly that
my researched concluded with "baazar does unpopular thing, community backlashes, baazar adjusts" repeat
Yep
Good devs with a bad sales/marketing team? Name a more iconic duo!
Ah, yeah "Asynchronous Multiplayer" seems to be the tag that players assign to games like these, that's good to know.
tbf I do prefer that to Legends of Runeterra brand "great monetisation, horrible balance choices"
Runeterra didn't have terrible balance wdym?
It died because it made no money since you just got everything for free
And skins weren't enough
Like I got a board and pet and stuff and then never bought anything ever again
I have so many resources I stopped redeeming them because I couldn't be bothered with the animation lmao
So in actuality the monetization wasn't "great", it's what killed the game.
I will miss prime era of runeterra, the card animations were amazing and later, they started to release cards without animations 😞
and for monetization, I know a streamer he had enough green shards to buy 3 next expansions, this is how generous the game was
Yep
I was always able to buy and make an entire deck as soon as the expansion released and it wasn't even close
There was legit no reason to ever even consider paying money for cards
I could prob afford to have 3 of almost every card in the game lol
you must know Snnuy, I was watching him, I also bought Veigar board when it's released but after that, they said they will focus on pve and I left the game
yeah, you have so many shards lol
Yep I know of him
this game is like giving all candies you wanted but you don't want candies anymore lol
Like bruh and like I said I stopped redeeming stuff legit years ago lol
If I redeemed everything I'd have at least double
And this is with me already owning a ton of cards
I usually only need to craft a couple copies of a few cards for a new deck
But yeah I also barely play nowadays
Queue times are long and with no new cards it gets kinda stale despite rotations
I have Slay the spire on my phone, If I want to play pve card game, I am playing it lol
Like this is what a chest normally looks like because I just already have everything lol
and balatro is good too
you don't even need to open them
I wonder why they haven't tried making 2nd game
riftbound?
To the point where nobody can buy cards because they're perma out of stock lol
Yeah
Rift bound seems kinda interesting but idk it's not the same and it's obviously physical only so you cant play it as freely
Also way more expensive to play obviously
and there are no tournaments in my country 🙁 even I buy the packs, I can only use the cards for collections
playing warpforge as digital card game, I recommend it If you have interest on warhammer lore
beside that I left hearthstone and gwent years ago
I was thinking of maybe getting into magic but ugh
magic released new game
M&M fates
released 3 days ago
you can try it If you want
How's it different from arena?
Idk arena but board looks similar
Interesting
Anyway I'm not very interested in getting into another TCG right now tbh
Maybe one day
Nah I just never left :P
I play a couple games a week or so
I do really hope riot revisits it some day
It likely won't be anytime soon
I'd be totally fine if they slashed rewards super hard
Even just a third or the rewards they give right now is too much lmao
Like they give so much I don't even really get why crafting cards and stuff even exists
They might as well have just given everyone everything right away xd
i rly hope runeterra doesn’t go down the elder scrolls legends path
What did they do?
it has an active and vibrant community for years after the updates ended and then the servers just get quietly shut down one day and it becomes unplayable
I mean that's what runeterra did already :P
elder scrolls legends stop receiving updates a few years back, but they retained their vibrant and active community for years after
the servers got shut down recently
They stopped making pvp content a long time ago
No new cards or even balance changes
elder scrolls legends is imo the best digital card game ever made so
Just rotations
yeah
I never tried it, runeterra is my favorite
runeterra is great
i love runeterra
deias and i are thinking about getting into the gundam card game
we bought two packs and i rly like the art (these were the two rarest cards i drew from my pack)
If I'd get into something it'd prob be either magic arena or rift bound
Im not doing physical magic that sounds like a death sentence
Slay the Spire 2 Early Access March 5th HOLY
I wanna play more kynseed but I'm too tired sadge
Oh dope
God damn and Mirage league is the 6th. Not like this.
Is that the bird card game lol
Wait does slay the spire 2 have built in co op or do you just play multiple characters
is it me or you can play this game with 4 players now??
new trailer : https://youtu.be/PW22jwFNxU8
That's what I was asking
Idk lol
lemme join to their discord
found it
Climb the Spire with a new and returning cast of characters, each with their own cards, motives, and secrets. Make allies of the most ancient of the Spire’s residents, encounter all-new environments, defeat formidable foes, and uncover fragments of the Spire’s past as you ascend it again and again.
Also, while you can always choose to brave the ascent on your own, up to 4 players can now team up to face the Spire’s challenges together in an all-new co-op mode. Discover multiplayer-specific cards, powerful team synergies, and carry your friends (or get carried) to victory!
.
we can play it 4 players
not rly a card game
just a board game
i rly like birds tho
Physical MTG is prohibitively expensive. Putting together the deck I play ranked Arena with is like $1,300 irl lol
you could buy so many pc games with this much, joke aside, pysical cards prices are insane
so many scalpers ruining the fun

what the actual
that’s on the cheaper end tbh
how much is the most expensive deck
one of my friends, cole, plays ehg irl and just a casual deck cost him $400
A single card in it, which is basically the best card in the entire game right now, is almost $80 a pop.
Technically? Several tens of thousands of dollars
well that’d look like shoving every expensive card in one deck
God, and I thought W40K minis were expensive
But the card doing that is banned in every format ever so
and some expensive cards are limited to their color so can’t be used with other colors
at least those are all 3D printed / cast, intricately detailed, and also offer you a painting activity lasting several hours in addition to the usage in desktop gameplay
because of this a lot of the most expensive cards end up colorless
ones that can be played in any and every deck for the most part
like strip mine
This is why I mainly play digital and collect on the side for fun with the thinking of "yeah if I get enough to put together a competent deck just by casual collecting sure I'll do it"
high demand = high prices
not necessarily
Fk strip mine, a true asshole card
some cards are run in almost every deck, like llanowar elves in green, but there’s so many that they’re not expensive
and they’ve been printed for 30 years
even this card costs 20 bucks?
llanowar can get expensive once you get into special prints tho, like the unique ff14 print
it’s on the cheaper end for lands
That card is deadass one of the most toxic plays in the game
lands are often the most expensive cards in a deck
wow lol
It denies your opponent mana, which means denying them the ability to cast
some more advanced stuff are also counted as lands
and there’s ways to turn game winning stuff into land so most things can’t target it
which is why strip mine is used so much, it’s great for countering
what about legendaries or rare cards
By technicality the most expensive MTG card is a one of one print of The One Ring since Post Malone bought it for a few million dollars (he's really into MTG). Realistically the most expensive things are a set of cards called the Power Nine, and of those it's Black Lotus (again, banned in basically every format)
I heard the one ring, it was lotr set
The card I mentioned from my deck that's about $80 is a "mythic rare" card, no alt art or anything.
(it’s the card Child of Alara, but it’s a special promo version)
The reason it's an expensive card is because it essentially doubles the speed of your mana ramping. Per copy you play. It's crazy good.
(there’s lots of these)
then another question
do you buy packs or do you buy cards
which one makes more sense
If you want to collect, packs. If you want to put a deck together, cards.
yeah people do both
people open packs for gambling and fun purposes
people buy individual cards to finish their decks and stuff
I'm hoping our LGS has pre-release for the TMNT set coming up soon, I'd like to go I think
ninja turtles?
Yea

like it doesn’t make sense to open packs to make my deck when i need cards from across years or decades of different sets or ones that aren’t being made anymore
They come out early next month
but you can still play with old cards in tournaments, right?
There's some rare promo cards in the collectors packs for it that are styled after the comics and signed
depends on the card
Depends, there's a ban list. And if it's a Standard tournament then only cards that are of a designated core set or released in the past 2 years
tournaments are very different from the most popular format
which is a four player mode
(Core sets are usually just named Horizons [number] or Foundations [number], or sometimes just MTG [year])
so anything beside that like lotr set or tmnt set banned?
again, depends on the format and the tournament
Not usually, generally only in WOTC run tournaments in certain formats do full sets get banned
some tournaments will have different ban lists and stuff so
and different formats have different ban rules
Like a Timeless or Historic tournament has almost no bans at all
(Alchemy is a digital only format)
how? are you recording yourself while playing cards?
(alchemy is a mtga format and uses randomized mechanics that can’t be played physically)
well there are judges watching play at tournaments and stuff
and you have to submit your deck ahead of time
so they’ll deny you play if you have illegal cards
Magic The Gathering Arena (MTGA or just Arena for short) is the official digital game for MTG. It's good.
I have over 250 hours on Steam with it, another 50 or so on standalone, and probably like 70 on my phone (all same account)
yeah she’s a loser
😔 and yet I'm still not in mythic rank
looks at my 125 overwatch hours in three weeks
Furthest I've gone was diamond 3 in Alchemy which is still like, top 3% of players so I take my ego where I can
it's ok, I have an unhealthy amount of hours in Darktide and I still suck
mtg looks more complicated than hearthstone, this is why I've never started but after you saying these, I know I shouldn't start lol
i still rly wanna try darktide
everytime it goes on sale i just can’t justify it
i plan to get it once i have a job
No need to play ranked really, it's pure ego and a couple free packs every couple months
MTGA is really beginner friendly
hearthstone is just a different kind of complicated
I am gonna start attempting (and failing at) modded true solo runs in DT so I can git gud
I started to play rogue trader
it's chill like hearthstone
If you like darktide, you can try it
Isn't that a uh, WH40K CRPG? Or am I thinking of something else?
Gotcha. Those games all have wild names so I can never keep em straight lol
warhammer has so many games, I want to learn more but step by step 😛
and god saves the souls who reading the books lol
I have one of the FPS ones. Necromunda or smth like that. Also the ARPG though it runs like ass on my laptop so I never played much of it.
Necromunda is a bit of a cult classic I have heard
jank but fun
i’ve tried playing it but the jank is too much for me
Definitely jank yeah. Shooting felt pretty nice though.
but for the first time ever I am looking forward to a Total War game
can't wait for the launch of Total Warhammer 40k
droolworthy trailer at least
i think the only release i’m waiting on rn is the next plague tale game
it’s a prequel
Zero experience with Total War, not really an RTS fan so never looked into it
same
I used to play some RTSes way back when very casually, like Sins of a Solar Empire or Age of Mythology
never got into Total War
I have that first one you mentioned. I spent like 45 minutes very confused
rts’s feel like the depths of insanity
i can do turn based strategy
but never an rts
Sins of a Solar Empire was GREAT
Total War is a different kind of RTS from what a lot of people might normally consider (like Starcraft, Warcraft, Age of Empires etc)
they made a sequel and got a lot of flak for it
Unrelated. Neat looking indie ARPG coming out of early access (Ash & Rust) soon that I'm probably gonna get. Also Hero Siege season 9 finally got a date.
Seeing the devs of the cute, silly little frog game make that is really wild
find my rover
I hear a lot of praise for Hero Siege but why is the Steam review mixed
oh boy
genuine question, I have no idea
Looooong story. We are technically in "Hero Siege 2" and that update was extremely controversial (because it made the game a really shitty Diablo 2 clone for like two years). After enough community flak they started turning it around. It's quite good now.
A lot of is the dev himself, too. He's one of those "I shut down everyone I disagree with" type devs. Not saying that game isn't good, but the dev definitely seems questionable.
He doesn't handle criticism very well.
The rest of the staff are at least decent, some of them are really fun to be around they love shitposting about mistakes they make during work
lovely
Honestly though as long as the game is good and the devs are receptive to enough feedback, that's usually enough for me.
I don't really care for their personal beliefs.
They're doing a lot better on the feedback end over the past year or so
We got huuuuuge endgame changes coming
not that gamers aren't assholes, but tbh if you can't take the heat then get out of the kitchen. Managing stuff like this is part of the job in a lot of industries
it’s actually my goal to the biggest Gamer
Yeah, he's definitely not a "people person" haha
Genuinely, if you can get the game for cheap it's well worth it imho. I have all the DLC and shit, I really don't regret it
i think my next step is playing league of legends
I think CDPR and Hello Games (NMS) are stellar examples of how to deal with catastrophic amounts of vitriol from gamers
tbf cdpr has released every single one of their games very very buggy
Yeah definitely would wait on a discount if you do grab Hero Siege because it goes on big discounts
it doesn’t bother me but it’s consistent for them
yeah
I feel like it might be because of the pressure of being a literally integral part of the Polish economy

possible!
Witcher 4 is going to be a buggy disaster. But I'll still buy it and try it out with confidence that CDPR is gonna polish and fix it over time.
kinda crazy when you think about it
THE LIKE
Regularly goes on sale for like, $3-5 and the DLC all go on sale super often too. That said, bunch of classes are changing to free (and as time goes on, more of the existing paid ones too, yes existing owners are compensated) next season so that helps too.
TEN YEAR PAYPPF
PAYOFF
OF CIRILLA FINALLY BECOMING THE PLAYABLE CHARACTER
ough i’m so happy
lol
ykw I still haven't actually played Witcher 3 beyond a few hrs
Looks good so far
it’s been so good to watch geralt’s character arc as he learns how to mentor and protect ciri (the real main character)
Same lmao, I need to go back and give it a proper playthrough
I've tried so many times. Really do not vibe with the game sadly
and the payoff of ciri finally becoming the playable character is just great

Is Ciri the actual main character from the books? :P
Basically yea
I actually did vibe with the game, idk why I ended up not playing more
Haha, nice
I think it was just PoE things
not technically but all of witcher revolves around ciri
but now since I'm not going back to PoE anytime soon, I could try again eventually
The books shift perspective to be far more aligned with her story as they go on, kinda how the games are goin
geralt’s whole character is about ciri
aren't the books legally distinct from the games due to the entire tragi-comedy around the rights
the witcher 3 ends his arc as he realizes he’s getting too old to keep doing what he does and that he needs to leave it to a new generation and his adopted daughter, cirilla
this is after years of changing the world, usurping kings, changing the fates of entire continents
Sooooorta. The author is mildly mad because he's a loser. But he signed the rights away to CDPR so lmao
What, didn't expect the success it garnered and wanted more?
I should just reinstall and keep the game in my folder so I eventually do fire it up
basically. Iirc he sold the rights for a flat sum rather than royalties on future income
Haha, mad at his own financial illiteracy.
The best kind of mad.
Corpo circus shit is the best way I can sum it up
Maybe he didn't hire a good lawyer (or one at all) for that contract.
Dunno why you wouldn't ask for royalties
Even if you didn't think it was going to be that successful
Just think about the amount of his life he poured into the books
afaik the books are kinda mid, is why they weren't a commercial success
might read them after playing the game, since the introduction I got to the lore from the show was quite intriguing
I lost the will to continue watching the show, didn't finish the last season with Henry Cavill. Definitely don't see myself watching with the new lead actor.
S2 was actually dogwater, sadly
First season was peak, as soon as Henry Cavill was sounding alarms the show was already dead in my mind.
last few episodes were some of the worst I've seen since GoT S8
lol
the worst show i’ve watched recently is probably steven universe
the best i’ve watched recently is probably adventure time
i’ve been on a bit of mid 2000’s cartoon network kick
Adult Swim? Aqua Teen Hunger Force? (one of my favorites lol)
never seen it
not rly an adult swim fan
only thing from them i care about is smiling friends
I'd love to be able to watch AT in order. I know it being jumbled is the point but it's like, hundreds of episodes and you can't expect me to unravel all the lore and time shit across that lmao
Yeah I don't think you'd like it then if you didn't really enjoy Adult Swim
ATHF is definitely a show of all time. Funny. Confusing. Sometimes a drag. Overall I'd say it's at least a solid like 7/10 show.
This is my gta 6
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PW22jwFNxU8
real
tbf he did not even finish writing the books back then, or it was very shortly after, and the rights were initially for different game and different studio iirc
but I think he now does recieve royalties
or at least he does have a new contract with CDRP
The whole case with CDPR ended up with both sides signing new agreement in 2020
News of it likely flew under the radar, because covid
Covid did kinda screw up a lot with information availability and such yea
ah
I don't know if anyone else can relate to this also but the next-gen update killed it for me
I was having wayyyy too many issues with that update
oh, no idea about that
It worked for a lot. Ppl loved it
I was among the unlucky few who got fckd over by that update
good morning, 12 days left before free day :)
C'mere you slippery little rat
Been a while since I played, but game is still cool. Content is coming out a little slower than I'd like, but can't complain too much since it's a solo dev.
Looks familiar
It's VOID/BREAKER, FPS roguelite
Ahhh, yeah got it. Have seen it around. Might even be on my list, not sure
I gotta turn down that motion blur some more. I think having some is good in a game like this, but it's still too much.
I always turn motion blur off on everything I can, makes me nauseous
Yeah, understandable
Ah, yep, it is there lol
I like having some because it can be good to convey speed and make a fast-paced power fantasy like this more immersive, but definitely not great for motion sickness.
It's the same reason I don't do things with flying in them, especially like spaceflight
Never been more sick than trying to pilot the big ships in Warframe for some reason.
lmao
I'm the opposite, I love the idea of spaceflight without inertial dampening, just pure thruster controls
Naturally, I'm a huge Battlestar Galactica fan
Yeah that checks out
I always turn off motion blur, I get enough blurry vision out in the real world whenever I'm not wearing my glasses 🤣
Sounds like I should bump Warframe up on my todo list if it has that fast-paced piloting action
Too real (the only glasses I have are nearly 6 years out of date and even then I don't wear them regularly)
lots of game devs use motion blur wrong anyway tbh, blurring the entire screen to hide low framerate instead of blurring individual fast-moving objects
It's... strange. Takes a bit of time and grinding to get to it but there's an entire gameplay... area. That's all in space and managing like a large (slower) ship, but you have the option (assuming you have either other players to manage the main ship or a good NPC crew) to hop out of it into the weird personal thruster-pack things and zip around real fast to fight against enemy units and board their ships
Idk if it's still the case but there was some very hard meta weapons and a very strong warframe tied to it
Seems like this game also does the whole scene, might be why it feels so extreme
My average morning:
lol
This is on a super low motion blur setting, too
0.2 or something, out of I think 1.0
Hearing that all I can imagine is setting it to full is just simulating a migraine attack
tfw the entire world blurs when you look from left to right
Oh, I'm also probably an idiot. There's two motion blur settings and for some reason I set the motion blur quality to low lol
Yeah didn't read this text that pops up when you hover over the option lol
Alright, that's better motion blurring lol
Yeah now it just actually looks like my vision
Me too, just a little worse than mine. I really need to get my glasses updated
There is like, two places that take my insurance in a 35ish mile radius of our house, and both have a 4ish month waiting list on new clients lul
Crazy, sounds like you only have private practices nearby, no corporate chains like LensCrafters.
Maine has a problem with not enough health professionals/medical staff to cover the admittedly small population
May as well book an appointment, 4 months compared to blurry vision still seems worth it
Yeah pretty much where I'm at, I'm on a cancellation list so hopefully someone ends up not going to their appointment and I can go in earlier xdd
Yeah like why is the gun that's basically stationary relatively speaking so blurred lol
Uh, this is like the weirdest build I've ever made in this game lol
Ridiculous, I've never had the game spoonfeed me this many crazy weapon mods lol. One of the mods makes it so my projectiles fall from the sky instead of shooting from the gun.
What a chonker
This is the optimal spaceship layout
I'm actually slowly expanding it still, I need to hold 10 of those 7 hex things that I put on the black hexes
right now I'm making two trips to complete the mission
Hm, I'm coming up on the end of the first Diablo Sin War novel and the way the book describes ||Lilith's true form through Uldyssian's eyes (thanks to Lucion's spell) seems to suggest she has a more reptilian appearance. I thought maybe that was what Lucion wanted Uldyssian to see, but Lucion later reveals his true form to Uldyssian which confirms the sibling resemblance between Lucion and Lilith. So I guess at some point Blizzard decided to completely change her design.||
Probably just went with how she looked like in d2
And I wouldn't be surprised if they just were too lazy to make a new design for her there and just used Andariel model
Also, she ||got really freaky with Uldyssian, a lot, in that book. She is the mother of all nephalem, smh.||
Doesn't surprise me there
damn I'm getting scammed
...be allowed to wear more clothes? I never disallowed it wtf lol
She's just a nudist but afraid to admit it
You might not like it (I sure don't lol) but this brick is unfortunately what peak performance looks like
fits all 10
https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/s/TLGGdDFXk6
Excellent analogy of 30-year mortgage
Man I'm so bummed the max hexes are just barely too low to get a nice symmetrical design going
Embrace the asymmetry, embrace chaos
ez
Hungry...
It's a claypot rice, ingredients:
Rice, Cantonese sausage, beef, egg, scallion, choy sum, soy sauce
It's a type of traditional rice food which run soy sauce here, highlight point is crispy rice at the bottom
Beat the final boss of LORT
Have to say, it was a lot easier to do solo than I expected
but I guess I got lucky with drops
and also being able to deal dmg from range made it easier than being full melee
Now I'd just need to do it wit the 3 other characters
Teh tarik with boba is much better than Thai milk tea with boba 🤔
But HK milk tea with boba still is the best
Learnt a wave of traditional food in Taiyuan, different flour food is the most common type so it mean this city is flooded by nap culture (too much carbohydrate they ate for lunch)
A bit understand why Chinese think traditional food in Guangzhou are amazing
(I guess I can't drink yummy milk tea for a long time soon)
But balance of traditional food, local weather and traditional architectures is hard itself so make sense
(Guangzhou is good at traditional food but sucks at local weather, traditional architectures are less;
Taiyuan is good at traditional architectures but traditional food are less, not sure the weather)
Oh hidden buff of Taiyuan is it's cheap to buy a high-speed rail ticket to take a short trip in capital of China, Beijing
(It spend 3h only)
Forbidden city (palace museum) is a must-go location
... Alright only tickets for Feb. 26-27th are available to book on palace museum's app so far
I'm too early lol
⬆️ One of things I hope I can experience in 2026
Maybe it's available after I saved enough money to visit Beijing for 5 days (so it's a week after plus a day to come and a day to back)
less than 5 hours for 1200km, wow
I hope you experience these trains before me, I need to go beijing first :p
Meanwhile here it takes like
an hour for 100km lul
the car traffic is so annoying in europe
My boi defect is thicc
and when you travel with bus, it's worst
I show my friend sts2 trailer
and he said: this is same as 1st game with co-op mode 😭
I wish we had train systems like that in the states. That would be so wild.
we need trains everywhere for real
and high-speed train is faster than planes 😭
it's so annoying to wait on airport
I used to travel a lot and yeah, it's not the easiest at times.
But tbh that 1h train for 100km also stops at every town on the way so it can't go as fast
I think it comes down to common courtesy of others while traveling as well.
You have but it's for goods lol
Yeah.
Also doesn't NYC have trains?
this is a type of train people make videos about 😅
only way to travel is jumping from bridge to one of wagons
I dont recommend it :p
Can confirm.
May or may not have jumped in one of these as a child....it wasn't moving but
I know rest of the story I think lol
Yeah. I was one of those kids in the movies growing up who did some really stupid but fun stuff
stupid but not crazy.. 👀
who didn't 👀
I thought this was a car in traffic lol 1h for 100km for train is pretty bad
honestly it is not best in my country either, 4h for 700km
Well actually going to the capitol by car from here does also take about an hour
and it's 100km
We used to live close to a military area and every year these huge cargo trains would show up to supply stuff for them. It was like a free parade because sometimes even tanks would show up tied to those frieghts lol
cars make more sense than train there
it would be so cool to see tanks on trains
while I was working at gas station, train station was only 2 buildings ahead and I could see its cargos, mostly cargos from abroad
but once I see wagon named corona, I still wonder what was inside of it
Yeah, you would see everything on those bad boys
truck is carrying plane wing
That's just a Kaiju bone wrapped to keep people unaware...
YOO Spyro! I thought you like to fly, but that's awesome
It's done finally!
huh...I don't want to play any nonograms for a while after that. Played it enough
I want to used to travel a lot too 🤔 You have took planes frequently before?
Yep Yep!
How much max weight can your luggage be on the plane and how much weight your luggage usually be?
I guess the value will increase after your total distance is more and more
The size of luggage follow the same logic
Actually, I travelled smart because I hate checking my bags, so only what I needed + personal item which was my bookbag with other stuff in it.
Make sense, that's a good way to force yourself to figure out which items are what you need literally so you're clearer on how to spend a minimalist life
Do you have special requirements on pillows or you can adapt any pillows in hotels?
It maybe sounds odd but personal pillow is what I must bring in travels lol
I just use whatever they have...after checking they're clean
Some people take their own pillows but it is just one more thing for me to worry about, carry or possible forget
Pillows in hotels always too soft, they can't support my neck at all so it's a terrible experience to sleep on them
Down my head to focus on homework on a flat desk for years let my neck becomes very fragile
Who takes my mirror lol
that's what I will do when I'm focused but the difference is I'm standing instead of sitting
I used to sit on a chair for 7h+ per day (because I must do my homework & take lessons & take exams) so I can't sitting for over 1h now
I can imagine it'll quite challenging when I take a plane
Work at something for 4h is quite easy if I'm standing, but 1h is my max if I can only sit so lifting table is the best invention I'll appreciated
I already feel old
I can't imagine myself in 50 years with this posture
exercise and workouts are the best
and some back massage ❤️
It was amazing today, not a lot of people. Good snow, nice sun
I like it, don't forget to drink hot chocolate or coffee ❤️
@fierce moth I'm sure they would've already said if they had a special guest on stream today.
Also if every stream had a special guest they would stop being special 😉
🤔 Common guest sounds cool too
It would also mean they can't be working on content at that time
And a lot of people don't want to appear on stream either
I stopped showing up on ny friend/DM's streams when I came out (dropped out of the campaign too), just wasn't comfortable putting myself in public like that.
Damn LE dropping s4 on 26/03
That was my expected day for the release of StS2
Thankfully it comes out 05/03
First time to see EHG release new set items
wait until you learn about how many updates other games with smaller teams get lol
echo chains that doesnt sound so bad..
Ngl I kinda hate how uniques have to be such high levels
Set uniques*
Usually I've already got better gear by the time I find these and even on a new toon I tend to craft/find better items
I still no idea how it work so far
I also dislike how different uniques from the same set have different level req
well me neither ? but they add spices to endgame which is what should be a thing for longer running of endgame
Maybe this was also the case in d2 though so I don't remember
since no one talking about new boss, I gave him moustache
Oh that's it... It appeared in past teasers and I'm confused "what the hell"
Familiar hands
nice catch, it was his hand I think 😉
The only good thing from the trailer is the music
EHG sound team is peak
Big respect
Also is new mechanic ultimatum or breach or ritual? Lol
lol
I just interested in learning echo chains if we talk about what can attract me from this trailer
seems to me like minimalistic breach
More like breach, I think
I just... No idea why EHG want to make set item spicy
"kill mobs in circles"
won't you click it? come on click it
i need to learn run last epoch faster because i always burn myself before reach true endgame >.>
What true endgame
big corrupted areas
Corruption grind is f$$$ing pointless
I still can't believe I hit 100 in both poe and le lol
Both very boring games after a while
Spamming temples / loot tiles is also pointless
What tf do you even triple t7 gear for
Or quadruple idk
You know you want to
yess I want it
well 90 can be reach in and that's me as noob
100 is like double time of that
People doing thousands of corruption and spamming the same god damn woven echo layout desperately need to touch grass
It's not even pushing difficulty, it's literally doing the same mind numbing crap over and over again
I'm just saying by the time I reach level 95 in poe I'm basically done
But this league I was commited to reaching 100
I guess this one is exclusive drop from this new boss... Don't understand what these affixes mean because new terms are too much and no connection each other
It's a reference to the character Guile from street fighter
Sonic boom!
PoE has its own problems, but it at least has an endgame grind. The difference between an ultra juiced t17 and an alch and go t16 is astronomical, both in terms of risk and reward. More importantly, you have OPTIONS in what you want to do in endgame
well poe is shorter in that way than Last epoch is because of double needs of reaching same epoch powers..
One without corruption and one with on..
like forceful 30 - 40 maps in total for one timeline
It's nowhere near thar much now
You have glyphs of envy
And needles
You can climb hundreds of corruption in a few hours if that
Much faster with meta builds
it has so many terms, I just know dexterity and vitality, what are guile, brutality, rampancy, apathy 😱
It's why I don't attract by this new unique item on the other way, no elaborations for loots at all
I hit 500c on day two on a build that was so bugged it was missing 90% of its damage
Yeah because EHG can't balance if their lives depend on it
I get the feeling it's probably telling you exactly what they do on the item
EHG want to spoiler something but they spoiler nothing at last lol
Ah the other thing. I see they plan to release a new type of idol
But no info for what this type of idols will do at all
I want to know how to get these corrupted altars too but still, EHG spoiler nothing
what If these slots activate new abilities?
I click dislike button. Not a good trailer imo
It was a very good trailer.
No they just upgrade idols placed in the highlighted slots, we have this confirmed
oh, so there is no way to learn this item before season4 drops
Watching experience is quite smooth and keep the level yes, it's not a good trailer on info they spoilered
Because the idea of the trailer isn't to spoil everything.
oh i wasn’t even talking about arpg’s
Wait, maybe it's where these altars come from
ah okay i thought that was bouncing off my original statement in reference to le having nothing
i played some witch hand last night
It seems pretty cut and dry yeah
that game had me going “HRRGGE” constantly
up until i realized i could collapse towns and found the fortune teller
🤔 Good power to replay echo chains
My brain is cooked because I just got here and I read that as "Claim powerful adultery"
Average politician:
i do that every wednesday!
I got both confused and curious at the same time not even gonna lie
I see now that the trailer dropped my brain has been too Slay the Spire 2 infested for the past 24 hours. I apologize
@lean fiber Are you a casual guy like Van or you will challenge all bosses included uber ones 🤔
I'm worried about I will not have a chance to meet this new boss because I don't know if it's uber.
lololol
Rift beasts used to test my action skills quite hard 🤔
Haha, I'm more casual
But I will be playing S4 a lot
I guess it's the final boss for omen encounter
So a new item faction like the woven will here? Rank 1-Rank 12 give different buff
I hope they'll make the weaver faction lvl a bit faster
They didn't show a new faction did they?
Oh then I see. Omen encounters maybe connect with...Echo chains
Monsters in circles calls omen champions
Such a pity that Derrick can say nothing
https://www.engadget.com/gaming/playstation/sony-is-shutting-down-the-studio-behind-the-demons-souls-remake-195234213.html well, there's goes the plan for Demon's Souls remake port for PC. 🙁
They said it wasn't planned for PC port and it having Steam icon on the release vid was a mistake
Different colours for their horns, maybe it represent elements. Different elements connect with different idol altars 🤔
Yeah, it just shows how distorted the relationship between Higher Ups and Devs
I guess they're omen champions, mini bosses
But I do efel bad for the studio
They had a lot of potential... and then they were put on a live service God of War game
Which is pretty terrible fate itself
Mildly related, the GoW prequel looks awful
Some people like it apparently but the trailer turned me off so hard
Bad art, bad voice acting
Other than TC Carson's narration kinda sorta, but even that didn't feel great tbh
I've no idea of any GoW prequel
it looks fine
it’s a side entry not a main entry
made by a different studio
just looks like a decent fun sidescrolling action game with some metroidvania elements
Not the first side entry we've had either, if you don't like it or aren't interested you don't gotta play it really
🤔 we know 7 types of idol altars available from trailer, yes I'm confident that my guessing is right.
Omen circles come from echo chains, the boss in each circle calls omen champions, we can get idol altars from these champions, different colours of their horn tie with different types of idol altars, they maybe drop that new type of idol and runes of corruption too, once I collect all types of altars or kill each of champions xxx times, I can summon the boss, exulis is the exclusive drop from final boss of omen.
@lean fiber
I opened the trailer with a lot of excitement, I was interested in the prequel story
But ehhhh
The voice acting in the trailer turned me off. I'd have ignored the art style if the voice acting was good, but nah
Guess I'll just read a plot synopsis
They should have just had TC Carson do the lines instead of narration, I don't feel like he's a good narrator
🤔 it will more interesting if that new idol type can place on normal slots
I am always impressed at how much detail players get from the trailers 🙂
The gameplay looked alright actually, would have liked to try metroidvania style since I could never get into that genre
prince of persia
The Lost Crown my beloved
nine sols might be above the skill level you have if you don’t play sidescrollers
but nine sols is my favorite metroidvania
The honour from the passion of logic puzzles.
Is the Prince of Persia sidescroller still available?
I had heard that game was actually very good but they shut the studio or something?
I wish my copy of prince of persia: two thrones worked
but noo, the DRM it has doesn't work on anything newer than like
vista?
Oh wait, rune of corruption maybe come from these champions too
The Lost Crown is still available yes. It's very good. Not shut down, because they were never a separate studio to begin with, just a smaller team in the Ubisoft ecosystem
Miss that, let me add that
You can also try The Rogue Prince of Persia if you like roguelike elements, not sure if that still has work being done on it though (I know they did some post-release stuff but no idea how much)
Nine Sols has the best story of any metroidvania I’ve played
That game made me cry
Deias can confirm
Yup
(The story focuses a lot on moving past your grief and learning to make the world better for those who deserve it)
(And part of this is because you play one of the people responsible for screwing everything up)
general is boring again
I took me 23 hours to 100%, though I am also a very experienced metroidvania player
I would say it’s worth $30
It’s one of the highest quality, most polished games I’ve ever played
Alright Mike, Kain and Derrick don't respond that, then maybe I overthink EHG's behaviour again
Not sure do I have time to play s4 is the other problem... If s4 is interesting enough
I'm fairly sure they just posted it now so it's not at same time as poe league reveal stream
Take a trip has higher priority if I have time
Take some fresh air and explore a new place
No plan for poe so I didn't check that trailer indeed
Mar. 7th... I can't catch it up too hhh
I got a better game to play on 07/03 👀
Hmm
It is Path of Exile, right?
Yeah, I knew it would be that
was just making a joke
Good one
I might shockingly skip Slay the Spire 2 for now, not because I'm not excited or anything like that
I just think by then Mewgenics will drain all my will to play roguelikes for a while x'D
StS 2 right before new league is tragic for me, but at least I can pick it up and play when I'm done with the league
for me it’s like. should probably just wait for the full release
I probably will.
Yea same with me but the other way round 😂
(i also just can’t afford games lol)
also very fair reason
Neat trailer, nice to see that other games also embrace the "kill things in circles" mechanics ^_^
Back to the status can't sleep over 5h but glad to know 11 days left before the free day...Zero sound insulation my bedroom have hhh
Daily worship for pro artworks 🙏
https://www.artstation.com/artwork/nJnbv1
Remind me of a new question maybe interesting to think. How will I design the floor pattern for an arena if I have a chance 🤔
👀 I can design a voxel arena by myself for fun yes
we're shaping fr
are you making transistors
nah not yet
well, I never will in this, but I will be making pseudo computers eventually
What am I lookin at
shapez 2, factory game
Ahh. Gotcha. I do know the name at least
apparently there is a research paper talking about how Factorio is actually an excellent way to learn computer science?

I mean yeah
it is
same with stuff like minecraft redstone
But for most it's only good for learning things like how logic gates work and stuff
only insane people go deeper and make stuff like rom's and stuff
It's good for intuiting how/why logic truth tables are the way they are for example
People build whole ass games in this shit, it's wild
Not like, in-game minigames. Like real world video games inside of the game
yea
Thing is I can imagine how one would go about doing it, but it's still super impressive since obviously the games wiring systems usually have quirks you gotta work around
I've made some very simple processors in emulators, nothing that would run a game but if it wouldn't take too much work to make that happen for something like tetris or pong or whatever
But I wouldn't know how to go about it in something like minecraft since I'd need to learn redstone first
The worst part would honestly be actually writing the programming for the game, not so much making the computer lmao
since you'd need to write it in pretty much machine code unless you make a custom compiler for your processor which would be even worse than the entire project combined rofl
The most impressive one I've seen so far is the minecraft in minecraft one
since it has quite a few features
like leaves decaying and dropping items, that's kinda nasty
Iirc they made a custom compiler that translates python into machine code that their computer can run
which makes it way easier to program features for the game but making the compiler in of itself is crazy like I mentioned
It's funny that I truly enjoyed Boolean algebra but never got into coding
🤣
to be fair they're pretty damn disconnected nowadays with modern programming languages
you only need to do boolean algebra in niche optimization cases
Ah
I thought it was a pretty standard foundation
Then again, I am the Jon Snow of coding
nah, you learn it in CS to know the foundations and inner workings of computers basically
and like I mentioned it can come in handy in some niche situations
so it's good to understand for sure
but doesn't come up very often
Like we're not out here doing boolean algebra to add two integers together
you just say A+B lul
It's useful for stuff like masking and filtering though for sure
bro why can't I get an educated rat in my colony wtf
That is an amazing line out of context
Yo I'd want an educated rat
I'm playing a game called whisker wood where you make a colony of rats and to research stuff you need an educated rat, you used to be able to start with them but I don't think you can anymore so now I just gotta spin the wheel at the casino and beg one arrives fairly fast
I’m stuck in bed… browsing Reddit… halp lol. This is a cool idea though: https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/s/EeKKjJGlXZ
is it true programmers don't know what are they doing and copy/pasting?
Kinda lol
Depends on the person. People copy pasting from StackOverflow has been a meme based in some truth
I don't think people writing all of the codes, do they?
I can't imagine coding last epoch
They do, yes. But not every piece of code they use was written by them. For example, EHG didn’t code a game engine, they use Unity.
If it works, don't change it :p
but why do you want to learn programming?
what do you want to do If you learn it?
The same reason I learn most things
Out of curiosity
And then proceed to do nothing with the information
Are you asking me or asking in general?
Generally no. If we exclude "vibe coders" you'll know what you're doing and writing, the copy paste meme comes from when you encounter something new that you need to look up. Someone somewhere will have wondered the same thing and someone else will usually have answered them by writing a snippet of code demonstrating how to do it. So you can just yoink that code and paste it into your code
But that's all it is, a snippet of code for a specific problem usually
You wouldn't really be able to program anything by just copy pasting from stack overflow or something
It's not like you couldn't figure it out, you just copy/paste a snippet someone else already figured out. Once you see it, you should understand it, though
Unless you're literally just stealing someone's entire application lol
Yep, basically you'd write the same thing anyway
And the person might have spent some extra time on it to make it nice and optimized too so you don't need to spend the extra time fleshing it out
Or it might be something where you are unfamiliar with how things work in a new programming language you're using or trying to learn. Something as simple as reversing a list of values or something like that. You might look it up and just copy paste something.
It's like if you're building a massive Lego starship, and when making the engines you wonder how others did it so you look it up and find a super nice well made Lego engine that fits your Lego ship designed by someone who posted it, why would you not just copy their design
Obviously you can make changes and adjustments
But yeah
Honestly though I've started using stack overflow and stuff less and less in recent times
Stack overflow is actually kinda dying
StackOverflow is basically dead now
I usually just look at the documentation and figure it out nowadays
Finding answers for you from documentation is actually something LLMs are good at if you use them that way.
Yeah their "dedicated" community was just super toxic and made it annoying to use
Everything is a duplicate even when it's not and nobody answers anything they just say it's already been asked and answered when it hasn't etc
I was asking you because we could find someone here to help you lol
I think replacing StackOverflow is one of the actually truly useful applications of LLMs.
I've got about two decades of software engineering experience... so while I'm always learning, I'm not a novice lol
My career is in software engineering
Honestly as much as they give wrong answers your success rate is likely higher than it was with stack overflow lmao
Senior Software Engineer is my actual job title lol
SO really fumbled the bag tbh
SO was out the door no matter what, I think. But yeah the fact that they didn't reign the community in really accelerated it IMO
Yeah I think the format would die eventually no matter what but they killed it themselves before LLM's or anything else did
It was just a miserable experience
Oh yeah I had already noticed I visited SO links less and less even before LLMs
Back in the 2010s, you'd Google something and if you saw an SO link that was the first thing you clicked.
Yep
Mostly it has affected my job in a good way, because our company doesn't mandate its use and is in fact anti-AI for coding. So the use cases where I use AI is mostly for really tedious things that humans shouldn't have to spend time doing (as opposed to writing code which is the opposite of tedious, it's fun).
For example I've used the AI in Jira (ticketing / task management system) to do boring crap like formatting tables or organizing data in my ticket comments and such.
Boiler plate code is kinda soothing sometimes ngl
Okay yeah formatting tables and stuff AI can have
Frfr
It's nice that I can just feed it raw, barely formatted data, and tell it to tabulate it in a Jira ticket.
public static void main(String []args) is what's up fr
is it type of app for cinemas or ticket offices?
Every new project needs a little boilerplate
Atlassian Jira is a ticket / issue/ task management system for tracking work. Many companies (and probably most tech companies) use it to track the work being done at the company.
It's how we know what to work on.
I mean, in regards to how I use AI at work
I mostly just use it for simple things like the stuff I do in Jira
The company I work at obviously has its own business
b2b?
The only thing I've used AI for programming wise is for stuff like build files
Nah, we do both B2B and B2C. We're a cloud computing provider, think like Digital Ocean or AWS (but much smaller) or CoreWeave (before they went AI-heavy, in fact a lot of CoreWeave's talent started off at our company)
9 times out of 10 you have to go in and correct it still but its a lot of braindead stuff so it does most of it right
AI can do a lot of things well as long as you can fit every bit of relevant information within its context window.
But it also depends on the model and how well trained it is.
So AI sucks really bad at big software projects, it just can't comprehend the entire scope due to limited context size.
so many businesses and companies, I wouldn't trust to AI
and it doesn't like companies prefferring AI either
then why microsoft, twitter wants to use AI
Yeah for sure that's why I like it for build files, it usually can gather most of the context and if it gets something wrong it's pretty simple to tell it how to correct it
Microsoft and Twitter have a conflict of interest with AI, so they sell false promises.
And hype it up.
Obviously I think if your build file becomes massive it'd stop being as good, but for small projects it's great
AI is a tool, nothing more.
Yeah, when you start using it to architect and write your applications, that's where it gets super messy.
Yeah I think some companies are way too over invested in AI tbh
I feel like that gives AI too much credit. It's a controversial tool! 🤪
