The price of them is ¥325, ¥365, ¥292 and ¥532. Yes, they can more expensive than a 3a games easily... For a 6-12h experience.

Spears basically have the Mace problem where they have "20 skills" but really 2 of them can clear and 4 of them can single target, and everything else is utility or just dead in the water

yeah PoE1 and 2 have pausing now which helps, but at the end of the day SSF is too much of a chore and playing trade kinda mandates a bit of a tryhard mentality because I'm used to having a certain level of player power

Careful with Rogue Trader though, it has a lot of build depth... it even got to a point (when I was playing on release, mostly) where I was dreading having to level up and pick options for every single party member lmao

But it's one of the few CRPGs I played from beginning to end, that's how good it was for me. Only other one was Baldur's Gate 3.

You aren't caring aboutDisdain because it converts life to ES, you're caring about it because it gives you 10% flat damage reduction from all damage you take.

yeah, and there is a node thay adds armor based on boots ES, so if one grabs it the hybrid boots are even worse. For chest I usee Voll's, which once I grab CI gets worse but I like the utility it brings

TBH the two uniques (the other is beacon) are the two items I'm not 100% sure of. Shapeshifter abilities are very parasitic, so you end up with free gem slots. And Technically both problems (charges and penetration) are solved by stacking combo/priming for stun into pounce/wing blast or just oil barrage applying exposure

But it also feels way more clunky than just smacking with wings and fire breathing :/

before this the highest I've been was like... 85 or so?

I just don't find the end game very interesting in poe2
the map layouts are kinda ass & too large
and also I've to say it kinda gets jarring to wait for the boss to be attackable
like sure, i want to wait 10 seconds for the bog queen to do her little speech, animation and then attack to get out from the swamp
and then they've to finish their death animation before they drop loot

I'm honestly not expecting it to get any better in 0.5
or whenever they'll put out the "end game rework" they promised and didn't deliver
