D4's server is owned privately through it's a public server, poe's server just overwhelming and they're not friendly for new people because this game never lack of players, I never play titan's quest so I don't check out that server, torchlight infinite's server is for mobile gamers more.
Only le's server focus on ARPG's discussion and players here willing to share their knowledge for this game type. EHG is very close with players too, their employees appears here always, Mike is the most, a few community managers will answer questions from players by themselves instead of asking them to contract game support.
As a new player on ARPG, I'm learnt a lot and get lots of help from here too, I always can get help whatever ARPG I'm playing... EHG as the owner of this community, they're not block these discussion too and they'll even join in the chat sometimes so it's very open on multiple games.
That's what the community I want to be honest... I can focus on any ARPG to discuss even jump out of this circle if someone here have the same topic with me. So... You can say le isn't good enough yet, but I'll guard this is not a good community.

🤔 I guess you stack mana regeneration by wearing utility belt so you don't need to find mana regeneration on passive tree, then you can stack more magnitude of shock from more sapphires
