Think about the other colours that could be used - Blue? Against blue sky, not good! Purple? When yellow street lights come on, it'll look black...

Red, Yellow, Green have Long, Mid and Shorter wavelengths so good for becoming apparent at the relevant distances and are very clear regardless of lighting conditions

and the new endgame is somewhat similar to GR in d3 in a sense that you don't need to stop your gameplay to loot item, just blast till the end

@vagrant topaz it's just the closest thing I can think of gameplay wise. There's not really turns in it, all combat is real-time and from a third person perspective. Most of the time you're focused on chaining attacks as much as you can before breaking to dodge according to enemy and boss patterns. You can slip in magic as well (I don't usually in the early games, hitting things is more fun).
As it gets later into the games the attack combos can get insanely long too, and some of the later games (DDD and 3 for example) have a lot more aerial combat options and environmental stuff to throw around, KH3 has the longest chains by far, the entire "tutorial boss" can be fought in air if you really try, despite the fact that there's not much reason to do that lol
