the issue with shield charge, and similar skill like whirlind blade and leap slam is it scales with attack speed, and can't go through pits / walls (except leap slam, it can but won't go through attacjks)

so you need a frostblink or similar equipped anyway in case you need to dodge stuff while slowed, or simply dodge boss mechanic

but those 3 skills will be huge for fast movement
