It's pretty easy. Slap set shard on an item at tier 1, seal it. If your build isn't legendary/unique heavy it's an insane amount of stats.

Yes it's Shield Throw build. I'm using the primordial axe together with Sigion shiel by playing Forget Guard. I'm going full reflect, only for the throwing damage bonus for shield throw and the skill is build to have CD, but much higher DPS for the overkill splash dmg. It's REALLY fun. 🙂

Depends on how much flat you have. To get increased to be worth more than flat you need like... ~1000 flat mana if not more, as prior to then just hitting T5 flat is going to give you more in total.
