instead provides max hp, as you see the roles on those 2 armor sets
one gives 58% healing effectiveness and 23% hp & the other one...
17% healing effectiveness & 32% hp, but for some reason with the 23% i got more hp

honestly a bit of a waste, the titan heart is indeed better with 15% flat DR. the null portent requires you to have 30% overcapped res to hit that amount, and doesnt even cover DOT (which titan heart does)

One of the most frustrating Items to Farm. Please Change Gaunlet of strike so you can reroll values with any LP of the same unique or Make it maximum 1 LP. This only makes sense because you also Changed Legendary crafting to be able to select the Mod you want for a 100% chance. Its killing my game progress and very frustrating to get a upgrade drop that is useless.
