the difference (for me) in poe2 vs LE is that in poe2 you should make use of all the game systems - you should go to the merchants .. you should start min-maxing early on or you WILL fall behind rather quickly - i feel LE is a lot more forgiving in build options & build crafting.. it's not as "rigid" as Poe2 as in .. you are not fully optimized or using the right skill in the right way - you will be stuck behind a wall for bosses ect - LE is more forgiving having more builds "viable" and easier to adapt..

definitely true but i did not need to do this in POE1. POE2 is an outlier of campaign difficulty and i personally dont find it fun by any means. If you are not rushing and palying softcore yes LE campaign is super easy but as streamers learned s1 and s2 LE is not as easy as it seems. over half of them died to void damage or lagoon. LE is far more about mechanics and knowledge of game than itemizing in campaign while itemizing becomes more important late game. If you dont know when to build void resist or cold resist and make use of good early game uniques / ascendance runes and know how to handle certain mob types or bosses you will absolutely die in HC

There are honest logical reasons why the trade is the way it is, it's based off human psychology and not really easy to explain without going down a rabbit hole.

The thing is, people are using it. There are a lot of players playing MG, and if they hated the system, they would just play CoF instead. And while people dislike having multiple NPCs to trade with, there are more concerns about search and gold inflation than about having multiple shops that you have to run to.

It's not an emotional concept. It's designed to be awkward and time consuming to use to prevent rwt or market manipulation, but the overwhelming majority of people do not like it because of all of the awkward features, such as there being an individual vendor for each item, trading items being locked behind bazaar levels, limited amounts of trading allowed at once

Trading being limited by play time is also good, not bad. Nobody wants billion useless items just lying around server memory.
Multiple NPCs is a valid thing to dislike, but if you hate it that much, just play CoF.

Eh, judgement pala wasn't even that good in high arena or high corruption, because at that point everything just oneshots you, and you need something that can permanently move while dealing damage like minions or offscreen damage.

My 2 cents are as always - if you want a healthy progression with your characters, you can pick something that advances in a healthy pace and doesnt rely on gimmicks and super rare item compositions, so you can use this master-toon in order to unlock all the needed mechanics and a stable way to provide a stream of items and shards to your stash

in the meanwhile you can just use your stash to start organizing specific items for niche builds
