there's specific echos where there are 2 mage spawn points at each of the 2 player spawnpoints
you basically keep going in and out (using portal) until you hit a mage, beat the mage, rinse repeat

Go far out as fast as you can, I don't think direction matters. Hit one with a high base corruption value, as far as you can go out without hitting too many deadends/backtracks. Look for a "deadly" enemy mod along the way, gives a good rarity boost to help you juice the fight.
Not all timelines have "deadly", so ideally pick one that has it (not super needed, though)

If you're target farming you need 80 and 90%.

The blessing that gives you increased unique drop rate is not as good as higher exp for CoF.

There should be a sticky or something for this. It's a mistake even I made when I got to CoF and basically it makes everything harder.
Using the right lenses and the right blessings will help immensely.
Also, you can get red ring from ascendance runes. But it's a 1% chance out of 1k runes.

Generally speaking, you do need to abuse the most broken mechanics in game like ward, etc., in order to go that high reasonably. Nothing in game is intended to go that high, so most stuff is balanced around much lower corruption, like 3 digits tops

So at 150c I’ve been able to find uniques but typically only 1lp on everything.
Almost never find any T7 exalts and I’ve yet to ever see a T7 exalted with +4 to a skill.
I just think the progression track on cof without being meta is not likely.
I feel like to really progress a lot I’d need to get some 2LP items with a T7 and T5 slam or something but just not seeing T7s at all.
Also, I’m convinced the Rank 8 CoF bonus cannot proc a T7.
