Selfmade … there is that tsm last epoch Discord that also makes trade filters

They sort by super high price items and completely filter out small medium value sales so I didn’t use it since I couldn’t see loot and sellables anymore xD but well less to pickup I guess

Sadly for some the change to search function will come to late keep in mind poe league is like 2 weeks after LE. So me bazar search still chunky as hell. Try search some specific idols and you see 10k results and filter those.

To my knowledge there’s not much protection in LE so the sellers buyers and hackers can just do whatever they want… same as most other games have shown the fight against them just doesn’t do much

Same rule applies only the first 1-2 weeks are „healthy“ market wise and then you just have to accept you can’t afford any further upgrades or swap to COF this will repeat on each cycle

Enjoy the fresh economy while it lasts 😄 there are reasons why heavy trade players only compete in the first days of leagues

I generally iterate on Maxroll builds/items. It's always more fun to make your own builds, but I'm not arrogant enough to believe I know every skill, nodes and interactions, so it's always wise to check out their ideas.

They cover a pretty large base of builds so you can always find something that's roughly alongside what you want to do and build up from there.

question - coming from D4 and traded pretty frequently and I liked it a lot. But seeing the builds in LE, there're lots of build-defining non-class specific gears. How easy is it to manage and keep track of the market values of a piece of gear that arent used by your own build?

In D4 it's so straightforward because end game builds are all class specific, and there're only a few good rolls

I never played D4, but poe and D4 are daily mentions in the global chat on Last Epoch and from what everyone says LE is the best of the 3 as far as a game goes, but the bugginess could definitely be frustrating to someone coming from D4

LE seems much more diverse so I fear it’d increase the difficulty of trading, since I don’t play all the builds I wouldn’t know if a gear is worth and if I’m filtering out pieces that could fetch a high price

ArreatSummit.gg is going to have two filters, one for cycle start that's not strict at all, and one for a week or so later that's going to be more selective and progressively filter out lower item values as the cycle progresses. It's not "super strict" to start out at the beginning 🙂

When in doubt: always price check!

Things to have on your radar are rare and sought after idols as well as lvl affixes.

Favor is fixed regardless of gold value. So if you just want to bump your reputation as fast as possible list unique or with lp for 0 gold. But also buying for favor ups the reputation.

In the early cycle you most likely run out of favor. Later you’ll have lots of favor and a shortage of gold because you want that 3lp item for 30‘mill or whatever

Some skill affix items go for 50k per level, others for 0. that just depends on if the skill is in the current meta.

And then of course the value explodes when you get t6 or t7 skill lvl on an actually useful item.

So as a takeaway you should be familiar with the current meta for all classes with regards to skill affixes and idols. Then you don’t miss out on that huge sale

There is no powerleveling for MG rank.

You gain rep for earning favor and spending favor. Favor is gained when you kill stuff and complete monos. Favor is spent when you either buy items or list items for sale. Rep gain amount is the same both for earning and spending favor.

Once that happens, you basically have to organize a lot in the passive tree and skill trees. In order to hit that threshhold, I do need a fair bit of T6 affixes that provide big boosts to mana

But what you can do is max out mana idols early (they're a bit expensive cause mana stacking is pretty popular), and fish for LP stormcarved testament, fractured crown, urzil's, stuff like that

I've only completed one normal timeline and I'm already rank 3. Not sure how hard it'd be to get 6.

In the mean time, another approach you could take is to level an alt and get some rep as that character. You know, because I also like thinking in terms of solutions.
