it's just a (slightly roundabout) way that the game handles rarity. The higher the reroll rate, the rarer the item is. I could try and dissect the math behind it but I doubt that that'd be very productive.

Bad stuff mostly. Like I said I don't know if there is still a market for hat. More and more people have reached the required rank to buy exalteds. I sold everything from magic items with class t4 or higher class specific mods for 30-50k to decent rares with synergistic affixes for 100k++. At some point when I needed to spend favor but couldn't buy extaldes yet I just threw stuff in there, that didn't get hidden by my filter, for 30-80k without checking what mods it had and still sold a bunch of those.
You won't get rich by doing that but at least I had a few million to spend when I finally reached the rank to buy items. I felt that was better than just listing stuff for 0 gold and not really a lot more effort.

Shield aside everything sells, but main is helmet, bad rolls 0lp go for like 200k good rolls easily sell for 400-500, same for 2lp, altho 1lp is a damn miss 0g

Chest and boots with LP both sell, chest for a 1-2m depending on rolls 1lp never saw a 2lp

Good rolls boots and chest can still sell for 100-300 even 400-500 if perfect or close to

the helmet the boss can drop for starters has a pretty good price range (and he drops that at 45-50% chance depending on tier). even without LP it can be 100k with decent rolls. with LP and okay rolls it can be a few hundred k and LP+good rolls into the millions

No, this is the Bad way. The good way is killing the mono end Boss to farm Gaze of orobyss. For each stack of orobyss you get 10+ corruption. Gather like 5 Stacks of orobyss, then kill the guy who resets the Web and you get like 60 corruption once. The more out from the Center the Boss is the more corruption you get either

Red ring is as rare and powerful as it is for that reason, it works on a lot of builds. Even RV isn't as widely useable. It's not build-enabling though, so no biggie if you can't get them.

Here is my story..
I was Rank 7 in MG and saw something i Will probably never see again.

A Red ring of Atlaria with LP1 for 1,5mil gold. Because of LP it required rank 8. And the worst part was it was up 2-3 days. And all of this was on hardcore.. the one that bought it is probably dead, because i jinxed the item in every possible way.
Went to marker 1000 times just to look at it and see of someone bought it…

Being honest, I don't think they have tested their market system, or if they did, they didn't take everything into account.

Also, there have been rumours about people duping items/gold, and the game is really infested badly with bots and people trying to make living off it

In my experience if you thinking in exalted terms, then there are some easy high value thinks i know
T7 crit multiplier on weapons
T6andt7 +Lvl to class specific skills on helmet and armor
T7 cooldown on belt , boots
T7 attributes on rings
T7 crit multiplier on neckless
T6 and t7 experimental affixes

And the idols is a huge mess

purples with 2-3 decent stats can go for 50-100k. Good stated can do 300k+. Tons of purps drop that are sellable because people will buy something cheap with high fp to craft something. Don't think you're putting up high profile items only, flood the market with cheap craftables so people can slam or get incremental upgrades and make as much money in the meantime

Idk I think mg is the best but I can agree it is kinda boring especially when you need to pay to post and pay to buy. Every time I leave base in hard core I am risking my life to gain rep and it makes me sad cause nothing ever drops.

I played cof up to level 70 then swapped so it took longer to access the market but all my gear was bought on the market and my build is solid

Cof is almost ranked 7 but after the double exp books nerf and not getting the drops I needed mg became my go to

CoF is ultra boredom, I played for 20-30 hours without a single gear upgrade

On market my gear upgrades has been rolling every several hours, and I am already 10 times better geared in few days

I have Lp3-lp4 items that are impossible on CoF

I have bought and crafted 6 lp3 amulets in last hour for a dozen of millions of gold, and was unlucky on all crafts, if lucky I would increase my dps by 1% maybe, just slamming better rolls

the game is great really, with as much content as there is you can play atleast a 100 hours before reaching gear/character cap

I have a dilemma.
Prove me wrong
Its about crit multiplier on weapons, their cost are unreasonable compared to other t7 weapon affixes.
Quick math, simple
1)Lets say you have 100 dmg with a spell(base) and 200 base crit multi
2) lets say you have a t7 160% crit multi on a weapon and t5 192% spell dmg.
3) your dmg will be 100x3.6x1.92=691.2
Or
4) you have a t7 380% spell dmg and t5 80% crit multi
5) your dmg will be 100x2.8x3.8=1064

So what the point in t7 crit multiplier on wepon🤔

spell dmg is not a multiplier, it stops having much value after certain numbers, like +300% spell dmg can only give you +5-10% dps, not 3x

spell damage adds up to the number, not multiplies it, if it would multiply you would see billion size numbers on screen

its fairly easy to get 1000-2000 spell dmg%

crit multi is godly stat, but only if you play crit build and have very high chance of crit like 100%

I have no crit multi and no crit chance (I am weak)

Does it increat the flat base dmg?
