That dungeon is pretty harsh, I don't think you can survive the 1 shots, but you can have a tier 3 run and test

The problem with that dungeon are the elites that have a huge aoe which stacks so they can push around 5k damage in one double tap with capped res and 25% armor

I plunged the toilet today. It was the most difficult task I engaged in. It took multiple attempts, but finally, after consulting a concise plunging guide online, I allowed dipped my staff into the murky waters gently. Once submerged, I began to channel all my intelligence and strength into the staff. The waters churned, as I utilized my skills, intertwining critical strikes with my hits while shredding resistance away. Finally, it all went down.
