p2's problem is, cut your legs and give you a crutch.
For air, anti-air forces ability reduce(-25%damage) and almost controlled skill can not effect the air.
For ground, you can directly crash the ground by dark templar which is much better than 20/s sustained damage.
Although, some of skills can effect hero in p2, but in other prestige, Stasis Ward and Disruption Web also can effect hero. However, Stasis Ward's duration reduce 75% in p2.
So, if there is anything use of Vorazun P2, the answer is for fun if you think it is fun.

P2 Vora does defending ships in ME better than the rest
Make Corsair and Voidray, keep half of your Corsair on auto cast, half on manual
AoE DoT from Corsai does a great job of subtracting HP from the infested horde while Voidray beam a bunch of 1 HP infested
Add in Cloak walk with 1 or 2 openings to funnel the Infested better
