Cloze shortcut in basic

How to enable ctrl + shift + alt + C when doing basic cards, ive installed a plugin that autoconverts from basic to cloze if there is a cloze deletion but on my new laptop this no longer works that is the shortcut no longer works

I'm not familiar with that add-on, but it seems unnecessary. If you want to add a cloze note, use a cloze note type. If you aren't using a cloze note type, Anki doesn't offer the cloze shortcuts.

Yeah but when im making 200 anatomy cards a day its really useful to save a few seconds between switching from basic to cloze
