Hello guys, how can I review each card only once instead of learning and reviewing it multiple times?

Are you asking about how many times you are shown a card when it is first introduced? That's controlled by your learning steps: https://docs.ankiweb.net/deck-options.html#learning-steps. However many steps you have is how many Good (or Easy) grades the card needs to graduate to Review.
