That's not coming from AnkiDroid though -- that's your device's own gallery. 🤔

But what's strange is that if I look at my gallery separately, then I can see my image or screenshots clearly

Is it possible that your phone is pretty underpowered, so it can't handle actively running Anki + your Gallery in at the same time?

I don't know anything about Android / iPhone apps really, but I imagine when you open an app from within an app, both apps stay active (taking up RAM + CPU at the same time). When you tab between apps, or open one separately, apps you're not looking at probably sleep after a while (so they at least take up fewer CPU cycles, and might even eventually be dumped from RAM).

You could try switching a different gallery app to your default. Maybe, for example, Google Photos is lighter on resources and better designed than your phone's default app.

Its not my phone, it's my new tablet, Lenovo idea tab pro
