Files missing when export Deck

Hey guys,
I already created an topic for 6 months. Unfortunately my problem wasn´t solved there and I did not found my old thread.
I use AnkiDroid with a Samsung Tablet & Phone and use many many pictures in my decks. Learning on my own devices which are synchronizised with my Account doesn´t have any problems. But if I export my decks for friends than approximately 50% of the files from the images are missing.

Do you know what I could try to fix this problem? Sorry for my englisch, I´m not a Native 😅

You can try to click on the three little dots in the tip right, then on "check" and "check database" . Then export it

• How are you using/attaching the files in your notes? Take a look at the underlying HTML (in Browse click < > above the field).
• How are you using that field on your templates?

That is the file which is broken in shared decks:

• Have you run Check Media in your own collection? Has your friend run it on their device?
• Is that the text from your note or from the exported-imported note?
• In your collection, is the filename Screenshot_20250411_082411_Samsung%20Notes.jpg or Screenshot_20250411_082411_Samsung Notes.jpg ?
