Hi there, I've been using 2 plugins lately, one updates notes content, the other just loops through notes and uploads all of the linked files. Two different behaviors, yet I get the same problem: stuck on Processing... for so long that I usually end up End Tasking Anki. So far the database hasn't corrupted, but it can't be a good fix.
Any ideas what might cause me to end up in Processing... hell? How do I avoid it?
By the way, ran it in debug/console mode and there's nothing logged when this happens.

Figure out which add-on has the problem and disable it. Then check the add-on page to make sure that add-on is compatible with your version of Anki. If so, you can get in touch with the developer (add-on page > Contact Author) and ask about the issue.

@frank horizon Ok, so we're assuming this is not normal Anki behavior that triggers with things like multiple changes to the database, or something. Anki should never trigger a Processing... dialog? If not, then can I assume that a plugin is creating the dialog?
