If you're sure that you're synced with ankiweb, you could choose restore from ankiweb which will redownload everything to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ichi2.anki/files/AnkiDroid , then manually verify that you still have your decks and media, then maybe manually delete the old AnkiDroid folder.
Alternatively, you could use a modern file manager app to copy everything from one folder to the other, this would only save you time syncing
