synced pc/droid deck shows no new words on pc

So I managed to sync my account between pc and Android but the same deck on android shows me I have 20 new cards to study while on pc it shows 0, i imported also the settings, the number of card to review is the same and after reviewing them on pc it synced on android but still it shows 20 cards to study on android and not on pc

By "sync my account between pc and Android" you mean syncing both to ankiweb, using the same account, and now pressing the sync button just finds them already in sync, right?
Which versions are the Anki and AnkiDroid involved? If for example one is on v2 and one is on v3 scheduler (recent versions force you to use v3), that can explain differences. Same if one supports a feature the other doesn't (AnkiDroid tries to achieve feature parity, often is a bit behind).
