Having issue with VT Verttrack Novice S3

I just started training and I'm not very good - but VT Verttrack seems impossible to do
I watched Matties tracking video on youtube and it looks impossible - I have to lift of the mouse too own.
I paid for aimlabs+ to find sensitivity and it's about 1.5 (DPI 800) yet the task is actually not doable.

first up, dont use the AI recommended sensitivity. (Dont worry tho, AL+ has other features that are worth it lol)

Also, start using the x/360cm format for sensitivity.To do that, go to settings->sensitivity->general->sensitivity options->advanced. Then the sensitivity->mouse->hipfire settings will be in cm/360.(Make sure to scroll down and set the 'CPI' option to 800 too)

As for verttrack, it needs a lot of arm aiming, and its probably best done on a decently high sens.
It is notoriously known for its difficiulty as well

To add to what Krois said, try to aim on vertical axi with the mindset that you need to make much larger motions than you might think. Also why it uses much more arm.
