Got an idea on how wars can be done in this RP channel:
To carry out anything like shipments of supplies, military operations, "secret" operations, etc. you would need to roll dice D&D style and hope for a larger number.
Health bars will track how much health both the army and country itself has, only heals with being resupplied and slowly by 1% each week.
A country can surrender anytime to the other.
