I'm thinking the higher the population density the higher the % loss of people

Everyone will get a chance to argue about measures taken to prevent starvation but we'll all have to lose some numbers

so the countries with the highest population count suffer the most

Each year every nation faces a population loss of: [10 * (Population Density)]
So for Pingdom as an example: 10 * .52 = 5.2% of people were lost.

I'm going to implement a roll a die command for Pidroid if I get time, where we can each roll a number to counteract the percentage of people lost.

That way it won't be biased and it will be up to chance
