Banned after going inactive for a few months.

Uhh... I tried going only to check on my online regions, but It said "error: You are banned." i haven't done anything in the past few months so I don't know if this is just an update error or something else. Help...

I managed to see online after logging out of my account, my main online city/region seems to be safe, but when i try to login with my account it still says I'm banned... I haven't went online for 75 days, from the last time i checked my city, so it's impossible for me to do anything at all during that time, i do update my app without opening it so whenever i tried playing again, I'll be surprised with all the new updates anf features, like the new loading screen and Title screen, but I'm quite confused to how my account is banned...

I mean, you dont always get banned immediately after something happens

That's the point, i haven't done anything at all... The last time i actually played is around the time where the online servers got overloaded by the massive surge of Indonesian players, prior to that, i only went online to check over my city so it doesn't go inactive too much to avoid deletion, i kept updating the app without actually opening it the following months so it doesn't get outdated, but after updating to the current latest version a few days ago, and trying to check my city again, this happened....

I just tried logging into my other account, my main one (Evimeria) and it seems like it's also banned for some reason... But whenever there's no account in my game, i could see online regions... I'm now very concerned and confused about what's happening...

Also, regarding my accounts, I've managed to fix it... But i lost everything... Gems saved up before, all the extra gem shop features, and all my online regions & cities... *Including all the plugins i had before.

Unfortunately as bunny said there is nothing I can do in regards to the banned accounts, I dont have access to the technicals behind the app and those systems

When you email,.send that video you sent here + screenshots and as much information as possible. And say that I asked you. Maybe also cite both your usernames too. I know you've already tried and didnt get a response but hopefully you get a response this time
