How do I access console commands?

I’m glad that the option to switch to left-hand drive was recently re-added as a console command. Problem is, I don’t know what that is exactly, and how to find/use it. Can someone help? iOS btw

You might need experimental settings enabled, then the console should appear in the pause menu
