- Install more ram
- delete some unused plugins
I usually just restart the game and refrain from restarting or closing it often

It was an issue with plugin preview image being so heavy to load. Try updating to 1.11.82 (Official Version) if that version is available for you and see if the issues still there or not (1.11.82a beta didnt fix the issue yet on my device despite saying the issue was fixed on the update log)
Removing plugins didnt help for me.
