1st time doing this, but basically you option to have the city still be active while you go into another app or something.

Mostly for earning income or getting supplies for Rockets and such, stuff that takes awhile and you don't feel like sitting there watching your city do stuff.

DSA in it of itself is a plugin, it probabbly can't access that game logic
