i have noticed an issue with the premade maps in the game: when you are making the world you can adjust the relief of the heightmap, however when you generate the world, the height map stops working and there are no hills. i am on pc if that helps

Dude, you can actually do that without editing that file, but it would take forever to make, i actually managed to make a custom none square region, it's pretty Massive

Download that height map, then enter the game, make a new region and click on the folder 📁 icon, choose the height map and the game will generate the landscape, although it will be random biomes

I'm actually making some height maps, but i currently lack the proper platform, I could only do much in my phone, if I'm ever going to make better maps i needed a pc or someone who uses a pc to edit it out for me

Yeah, it's hard to edit photos on phone cuz my fingers are on the way, and i can't properly aim on the spots i need to change

Then use a stylus or add aluminum foil at the tip of a pen give it a small ball like shape and try using that 🙂

as I know glass is harder than aluminum foil so it won't scratch maybe.. but it's safe if you check it online

Oh I just checked, it says that the foil needs to be fully clean and well cushioned and smooth after you put it at the tip of a pen.. if you mess up then your phone might end up getting scratched 😐.. yeah that's a bit risky for us newbies
