I think I figured out my problem
I isolated the antenna because I wanted to make a little base, and then I used power lines to lead the energy away from it. It wasn’t producingnoowere because, as it said, the power was at a high voltage and so it can’t be transmitted by power lines (normal kinds) but if I put it next to zones it distributes the energy

I'm wary of just wasting 7MT for a mining station by placing it on something that might or might not be minable, that's why I haven't tried it very much yet … by "rubble" I mean the field of small stones, either grey or blue. when I tap on them, there is no notification. I built a mining station on a "shiny rock", and it turned into one of those grey rubble patches.
