The main source is roght in the city. The only naturally radioactive areas i have are Plant that's located about a kilometre away and asteroid impact zone that is on another unpopulated island

@tired prawn the game apparently have no method to earn much money on the moon now, except researching alien artifacts and mining ores. The fastest way seems to be remove all residents and other non-essential facilities, let all the ore be mined till depleted, then rely on alien artifact money to reach the amount. It will take about 2000 in game year.
