And, the word "Doctor" (in spanish) used to translate the mini hospital building I presume
"Clinica" would be a better replacement in this context

GitHub user Takanashi-Hoshino updated many errors and most of them are quite obvious, including advertisements (local chat groups and political ones) and miscellaneous internet memes - and their PRs are approved, with that many mistakes and additional useless text.

If for X/Y reason (religious, ethical, moral, or whatever the reason is) you cannot translate the exact text of something in this case something related to alcohol/beer, there is always the option of NOT doing it, just leave it in English and that's it.
Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one.
