The main issue I have with them is their launcher
Is very slow, every time something updates, my whole PC is slow, even in the SSD M.2
And also, Steam have more really useful features, that is why I started purchasing games in Steam
In Steam I rarely see free good games, but the service Steam provides is way better, so for me it justify the price
