Well if you rely on looking at the keyboard all the time than that is not proper typing. This course teaches you how to type without looking (the proper way). Its all in the muscle memory. It might be hard at first if you aren't used to typing that way but you WILL get better. I got to a pretty decent speed within a few months. I don't do it anymore since all I just need now is the repetitive practice which I get in daily use.
